Well organized colorful exciting store, had just what I was looking for.I was looking for a kite. They had many sizes, types, colors in different price ranges. For adults and kids alike.

Lots of options including smalls you do not find elsewhere. Like marbles !

Came to spend money on Magic cards today but the employee would rather harass long time customers about masks. I was the only person in the store and he came from the back just to tell me, use common sense.Time to update your guidelines in accordance with the law.We spend many hundreds of dollars on board games/cards and will never return to your stores. Amazon and Target have everything I need.

I got what I wanted for a fair price.

A truly massive assortment of games of all types from traditional favorites like Monopoly to numerous ones never seen before. They also have a gaming area for customers to play. The employees were outgoing, asking us if we needed help finding anything & offering suggestions & feedback on some that we were looking at. The checkout employee went above & beyond retrieving the last box in the store of an building blocks item she wanted.

Employees got to know what kind of games I liked best, what kind of friends and environment we enjoy best, and were able to refer a handful of top games for us. Very knowledgeable of all games and very friendly to work with. Moreover, the game was priced the same online as in store so still got a great deal

Games by James is very militant about masks. I cannot wear one for health concerns and I was harrassed by the manager who called security to have me removed. All I wanted to do was support a local business cuz Lord knows Amazon does not need my money but Games by James will not take my money cuz I cannot wear a mask. The manager was condescending and mean. I will never, NEVER shop at a Games by James again.

Your one stop shop for everything role playing or tabletop games. The employees are very knowledgeable. They also have game nights that are available, free, to the public. Its a great place to get your toes wet if youve never played before! Not to mention this company has been family owned, right here in Minnesota for the past 40 years. I highly recommend them, their products, & services!!

I found this store by accident. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Its a board gamers dream. The staff was friendly. The store was clean and there were signs for social distancing. I found a game that I had been trying to locate for weeks. This will be my new go to spot.

As a board game store, theyre aimed more at the younger generation.Great selection of items, but I wish they had a slightly different leaving selection. Still a great place to go! Employees are very nice and helpful.

Games by James always does an absolutely fantastic job. The store is jam packed with all sorts of board and card games, and its always kept clean and well stocked. Plus the people who work there are always very knowledgeable about their inventory too!

Did Pop-up Gen Con at the store this year. So fun! Played tons of new games. Staff was so friendly and helpful!

An amazing amount of games and puzzles! Service wasn’t the greatest but it’s alright. If you use the Chinook coupons there is a coupon to use in your purchase of 25 bucks or more

Tons of things to choose from which is awesome. Prices are a bit high though.

1145 am, Friday, June 19th. Store is supposed to be open, but it is locked up. Website and phone message says its open, but its not. Drove a distance. NOT HAPPY!!!
