Northern Fire Grilling & BBQ Supply is by far the best BBQ shop in the area. The folks at Northern Fire have done a great job with this store. When it was Quetopia, it was always hit and miss. Tony (previous owner) always had weird hours; you never knew when he was going to open or closed. That is not the case any more. And they have way more sauces, rubs, brines smokers, grills and supplies. Not to mention a better meat selection. The staff is always willing to help and they are just good people. If you need anything BBQ or grilling related, this is the spot to be.

They are extremely friendly and helpful. They have all of your bbq/smoking needs no matter if you are just a casual bbq/smoker or a competitive one they have the stuff for you. They are super knowledgeable and great to bounce ideas off of.

Never knew of this shop until I had a pork shoulder on the grill in a Saturday @ 8:30am and my temp probes took a dump. Googled BBQ supply in the area and these guys popped up, 10 minutes from me. They got me set up with a sweet ThermPro 2 probe system (I can now be 1.5 miles from home and still know the status of my smoker 👍🏼) that was much superior to the one I had. Of course I paid a superior price, but extremely happy with the service and how quick I was in and out. Thanks!

A great resource for everything BBQ! They have a wide selection of rubs, injections, grills, pellets, wood, etc. They also have a wonderful selection of high-quality meats that are hard to find locally (SRF Wagyu, Compart Duroc, Sushimi Tuna, etc.). I was like a kid in a candy store upon discovering this place. Highly recommended!! I cant wait to go back.

Nice buncha folks. Nothing exotic for smoke woods, but they have the essentials in all sizes. Plenty of accessories, fire pits and all the rubs and sauces.

Absolutely top notch customer service and products! We love our Masterbuilt gravity fed combo. The charcoal and wood pieces are phenomenal here, too. Highly recommend!

I’m from Las Vegas visiting family in Waconia and Victoria. My sister wanted to pick up a Wagyu brisket, but they didn’t have any and probably wouldn’t get any for another week. We ended up getting the Prime Cut brisket along with several Zabuton Beef Steaks! We grilled up the Zabuton Steaks the first night which melted in our mouths. The brisket was smoked over Applewood for 14 plus hours. It turned out amazing! They have a HUGE selection of dry rubs and sauces that are lower in sodium than your typical dry rubs, which I need due to my dietary restrictions. I’m actually headed back tomorrow to pick up some meat to bring back to Vegas with me! EXCELLENT customer service, meats and products!

I recently moved here from Texas, and in my search for some Texas Rib Candy sauce, I found it online, but for about $9 a bottle more than what I paid for it in Texas. Plus Id have to wait. And Im fat, and want to have it now to fire up the smoker since its getting nice out.I found Northern Fire, they were listed as the closest distributor to me. Theyre about 35/40 minutes away. But Im new-ish here, and we felt like exploring, so we made the drive.They were super friendly, had what I wanted plus a HUGE selection of rubs, spices, and sauces. They have a good selection of meats both frozen and ready to go. They made sure we were attended to without hovering, and made sure any questions I had were answered.They have grill accessories for days, and a nice selection of grills and fire pits. They have a great selection of wood and pellets, as well.Ill definitely make that drive again to shop there and support a local business over a big chain store. Ive found my local-ish BBQ store!

Seriously, this is the only place in town to go for your BBQ needs. Great selection of smokers, grills, and all sorts of rubs, sauces and accessories. However, you need to check out the fridge and freezer, the offerings are incredible. Brisket, pichana, tri-tip, ribs, shoulders, steaks and so much more here. Its a 1 stop shop.

Some of the best service I have ever experienced buying anything!! The owner, Aaron, was so helpful on everything and even to the point of giving me three heavy duty ratchet straps to borrow because I ended up buying a bigger model than I expected and it was much heavier.
