Horrible company with even worst customer service. I ordered some blue bins, took a week to ship but in the mean time they sent me 12 emails of nothing but fluff. Bin arrived busted up, poorly packed in a box with no protection. Called PAC to notify and resolve the issue, was told someone would call me back. Four days later no call, called again this time told to send photos by email. Three days later no response, called again and this time got the rudest rep on the phone. NO ONE NEEDS THIS KIND OF SERVICE.

I had less than a month to outfit my shop before I had to leave for a two month training period.
