I dont usually write reviews, however one review I read on Luggage Pros gave me confidence to try them and Im absolutely happy with my purchase. Initially I was skeptical the bags wouldnt be new because of the price disparity I found with other major retailers but I gave it try . The bags came brand new and the delivery was on time. Just want to say thank you by writing this review.

Do not buy from them. Bad company. Return policy is not followed. Wont return my money. I returned a piece of luggage but followed the salespersons suggestion and agreed to leave the money in my account as I still wanted some luggage and he said this would make it easier. I forgot the money was there until two months ago when I asked for it. Although the return policy says you will get your money back with $4.95 deducted, Accounting refused to send the money and told me I had to buy something instead. We are talking about over $200 they are holding. I have recent emails from them stating I had to buy instead.

I have just recently discovered this place, and I LOVE it! I have purchased 2 Briggs and Riley bags here, and have had 1 of my older Briggs bag repaired here. The repair was quick and great quality. The only person that I have ever dealt with here is Matt, and he is incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and NOT pushy - like some of the similar luggage places in the area. I would highly recommend, and will go back. When you go, ask for Matt!

Customer service for this company is amazing. Being mainly online, good to see the service is top notch. Their chat option on the site worked perfectly, I was dealing with Ashley and she was so kind and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and sort out an issue with my order. Cant say enough about how great she was. Inventory and pricing is very reasonable as well.

Ordered some new luggage from Luggage Pros about a month ago.They had the best pricing I could find. I realized AFTER I had ordered from them, that they are actually located only 15 miles from my home. And, they have a nice physical store. I stopped by their store, and realized that one of the two pieces of luggage that I had just ordered online, was a different shade than it appeared to be online. Spoke with them regarding this, and they took excellent care of getting the order changed without any issues. If I have any luggage needs in the future, or know of anyone else that does. I will most definitely refer them to Luggage Pros.

I had a great experience with this company. It was my first time ordering something online from them and when my suitcase got shipped I believe it got stolen off of my front porch. They quickly and without question replaced it at no cost to me and dealt with FedEx. Great quick customer service! I also loved the 30% off they are offered on the suitcase that I purchased originally.

Decent selection, one staff member was helpful and attentive. We were discussing and looking to purchase well over a thousand dollars worth of luggage.My husband picked up a CLOTH SIDED bag and the one beneath it fell over. He apologized and made the joke nothing worse than the luggage handlers, Im sorry! The other staff member came over and scolded him. She said well we still have to sell them so you need to be more careful.This was a cloth bag that tipped over maybe two feet. For her to be that condescending to grown adults looking to give their business a substantial amount of money was embarrassing and completely put us off. Its not as if he was running amok and being careless. It was an accident, he apologized. We will go elsewhere.

They advertise free 3 day shipping. When you order they tack on a $19.95 “handling” fee and blame it on FedEx. Are you kidding. Buy your new luggage anywhere but at Luggage Pros. Then when you ask to speak with the owner they tell you he doesn’t speak with customers. I guess not after he try’s to play them for idiots.

If you want real luggage and not the cheap throw away stuff found at the department stores, visit this place. it isnt the cheapest place in the world, but the products and service are great.

Always liked Luggage Pros. I bough a Travel Pro carry on YEARS ago. Luggage Pro has fixed my handle and there was no issue with the warranty from Travel Pro to repair the handle at no charge. Great store and resource for comfortable travel.

Stay away from this shop. They cancelled my order because of fraud, They did not inform me about this by email before I have called them for information. When I asked them why they cancelled the order and how they want to help me they told me that I am not longer their customer, that they do not want to communicate any longer with me and that I should never call them again. I have ordered the item at B&H and got it for the same price within 2 days.

Be aware, similar to online SCAM, they charge you before confirm the inventory, the case has been lingering for a month. You might save 5 bucks, but you loss 5 weeks and they do responsive, but all negative answers. The staffs are ok, it is the company policy.

Luggage Pros has a very extensive selection in the store (even more online) to choose from - everything from Samsonite and Delsey to Briggs & Riley and Tumi. The sales staff seemed very knowledgeable about the products and they seem to travel extensively as well, so I felt very comfortable with their recommendations on new luggage. I went with the Briggs & Riley line (Baseline) for all of my new bags because of their lifetime warranty, awesome engineering and good price. If you need new luggage, briefcases, computer bags, security travel bags or just need electrical adapters or passport holders, Luggage Pros is the place to go! Thanks for great service, Luggage Pros! These folks are the best. I ordered a TravelPro Crew 10 and the website said it was supposed to come with a luggage strap to attached another bag. I received it and the strap was not there. They checked with the manufacturer and it was not supposed to come with one. But instead of fighting with me on it, they bit the bullet and sent me a strap for free. I didnt expect that. But what a way to make a customer for life. I will buy from them again. THANKS LUGGAGEPRO!

Awful customer service. I ordered a suitcase from them that was on sale for $284.99. They sent me the wrong item twice, and then wanted to charge me almost $200 more to send me the correct item after all the weeks had passed (given the time loss to ship it back and receive the wrong item back again) and the discounted price had gone away. I repeatedly showed Eric Mullen (their Customer Accounts Manager) the order confirmation I had received with the right name and id of the product I ordered, and he repeatedly refused to recognize that the item I received was wrong. Im not sure how I could have made it any clearer to him, since the order confirmation contains all the info about the product, including the product ID, which is on their website. They ended up blocking my number, so I couldnt even reach them through phone. Just unbelievable! Im glad consumer protection is a thing these days.
