We knew what product and size we wanted but couldnt wait to get it shipped by a cheaper retailer so we thought we would spend a bit extra and pick one up from Motherhood Maternity. Niccole was very skeptical of the size my wife needed based on nothing more than a glance; my wife had to try a smaller size on before we could try the one we wanted. We were assertively informed that there are no returns (though my receipt says otherwise).Save yourself the time and money; shop somewhere you wont be discouraged by an associate when deciding on a purchase.

Being pregnant with my first I was reluctant to buy actual maternity clothing, but a friend recommended this store to me, so I checked it out. The customer service was fantastic and I was treated very well here today. I will definitely be going back for future needs.

So-called coupons and discounts with their so-called loyalty club are limited and deceiving. Their stuff is over-priced for items that youll only wear for a few short months. Expand your discounts and coupons to be used on unlimited items for a longer period of time. Every time I go there, I feel they dont like me or hype up their deals to be bigger than they really are and I get disappointed at check-out. I may get one or two staple pieces there, but Id rather shop thrift stores or elsewhere. The staff was not helpful when explaining or implementing coupons/deals. Ive given many chances and may not come back again.

Great selection of both maternity and nursing clothes and they always have nice deals on nursing camis. It can be a little pricey but definitely good quality.

Friendly staff, the clothes I bought here have held up great during my pregnancy. The sale signage can be a little misleading, so dont forget to ask specifically whats on sale.

NEVER go to this store (Ridgedale Motherhood Maternity). Horrible customer service. I planned to buy bunch of clothes but the middle aged lady was so rude that I just picked up one legging. That too, at the cashier counter she was behaving as if she just wanted me to leave. There was no other customer so it wasnt that she was busy. I told her I wanted to see some maternity t-shirts and she didnt even respond so I just left. She lost a lot of business and definitely a customer.

I had the worst customer service experience here. I was in the store for almost an hour, carrying an armful of clothes to try on, and the sales person never once said a word to me. She didnt welcome me into the store or ask if I needed a room started. Once I went to check out she was bothered by having to help and then was extremely arrogant and condescending about a return policy that she was wrong about. The return policy was clearly stated on the online order printout and she still denied that it was correct. It did not help the experience that she was on a personal call when I walked in and then picked up a personal call during check out. I will not be back.

When I came into the store, there were about 2 other customers shopping as well. There were also 2 employees working. Both of which, were trying on clothes in the changing rooms. As a customer, this was extremely disappointing to see, and somewhat awkward. Instead of being concerned with their customers, they were more concerned about weather or not they should buy a particular dress because it was going to be discontinued. Horrible customer service.

Decent selection but overpriced.

AVOID. After reading other reviews, looks like I am not alone. After failing to return an item and being told to call customer service and figure it out on your own, I dont understand how this is still happening! Very, very rude manager/checkout lady.

Would suggest some seating for husbands/fathers.

Awful service. Tried to return an online order and the girl in the store was horribly rude. Didnt realize until I left she only processed 2 of the 3 items. Not even going back to deal with this again. Guess Im out $20
