I was so impressed with our shopping experience here. My little is extra little and we have a heck of a time finding “real” shoes that fit her. The staff was incredible. They were efficient, professional, kind and knowledgeable. I also loved all the free space in the store for my little to try the shoes out. We’ll be back!

Weve been going here for years for shoes for our three kids. We make appointments and the staff are so helpful! They measure the kids feet and then check to ensure the shoes fit properly. They also give suggestions on shoe brands for each childs feet. We dont go anywhere else for shoes! Thankful for this local business!
Staff is rude and literally refused to get us a shoe to buy. Sign on door says walk ins welcome, but despite it being nearly empty, staff refused to get the shoe we had chosen from the back. Didnt need to get fitted, just needed a shoe. Staff was just sitting there, waiting for other customers to make decisions. Said she couldnt multitask. She still made the bizarre choice to saunter over to the desk to pull out a book and ask for first and last name so she could put me on a list so she could get our shoe...another time? She refused to say when it would be. The process of doing this took twice as long as if she had just gone in the back to grab the shoe like literally any other shoe store on the planet. Ill just buy the same shoe for $10 cheaper on Zappos. No point in supporting a local business that treats our family like this.
The only place we go for toddler shoes. Excellent service for the adults and kids. Especially helpful with our kid’s wide and large feet. He has fun there too.
Our daughter has orthotic braces and usually it takes us forever to find shoes. I think we were in and out within 10 minutes with new pair shoes for a great price. The service was outstanding I am planning to go back.
Little Feet is a wonderful place. It feels like you are spending a lot on shoes for your kids...but, you are buying shoes that fit your child and they will actually wear! Or you can go buy a bunch of cheap, ill fitting shoes from Target or other places and spend more in the long run. I realized this after years of a house full of shoes for my kids that they never would actually wear. We are little feet fans and will buy our shoes from them from now on.
Terrible customer service. The ladies who work here act like they’re bothered with your business. Very unwelcoming, I am surprised they are still in business. Spend your money at a better children’s shoe store.
Little Feet has been our to go for kid shoes for years. I love the selection and the expert help in selecting a shoe that fits for my kid’s feet. With small businesses being challenged because of Covid-19, I was eager to support them. I ordered from their website and received the shoes in two days complete with status emails. Little Feet is a safe haven for buying shoes for little and for those who used to be little. The store is laid out seemlessly. There is adequate space for kids to run and try out their potential new shoes for speed and comfort. :) There is a play space for siblings to be entertained with when helping the other munchkin. They also have an adorable section of gifts/books/winter ware/socks/stuff animals and a clearance section.Now, about the staff... They are the most personable, kind, thoughtful, patient people on the planet. I considered inviting them to Thanksgiving dinner after I spent WAY to long trying to comprehend that my toddler had moved into little kid sizing.It is such a great experience EVERY time we walk in the door.
Our 6 year old daughter received her AFO braces yesterday, and we needed shoes that fit over them ASAP. We stopped in here tonight and were helped by 3 wonderful ladies. They were really knowledgeable and took their time helping us with over 10 different brands and styles of shoes. We ended up finding a perfect fit and we left very happy! Doing a great job during quarantine helping my 6 and 4 year old get shoes. We waited so long both kids had holes in the bottom 😬They took pictures of their inventory and helped us find the perfect shoes for my kids. Thank you so much!
Very helpful staff. They literally only had one pair of high top shoes in stock in the size our son needed (toddler 5.5) but they worked! Sizing availability is sometimes hit or miss but they are fast to order what you need. Yes, you sometimes pay more than ordering online but youre also supporting a small business that delivers quality and cares about its clientele and community.

They we encouraged to try their shoes out to make sure they are comfortable to run in. Large selection, even wide shoes and the prices were great. It was so welcoming as it is all about the kids. Well be thrilled to return. A business like this makes it an absolute pleasure to buy local. There were things we never knew about the importance of our 1yos first pair of shoes. They made it fun and easy.
With limited places open we were glad to go in, however, in only an hour in the new sandals my toddler has scabbed blisters on the top of each foot. The style has a small band pushing on the top inside of the shoe you dont see. For how very expensive the sandles were, I would have thought theyd have better made shoes for kids. Examine their recommended shoes closely as you would elsewhere.
After struggling to find my 1 year old shoes for about 2 months I am so thankful that we found Little Feet. Great Service and he loved the store as well. We are so happy with his new shoes and will certainly be coming back for more pairs as he grows. So glad to have a small business like this that we can support and not have to order 15 pairs online to find ones that fit.

I have been shopping at Little Feet for greater than 12 years (since it was in the mall!). We now drive more than 30 minutes to go (we have moved) to support local business. However, the last two or three times we have come, they never have any shoes that are actually the size of my boys. Today, we needed a 12 1/2 and wanted black shoes. There is not a single pair in the store. The prices are also higher than Zappos online. Unfortunately, I think we will not be coming back to Little feet again.
Excellent selection of kids shoes, and some quality outdoor apparel as well. I go here because they are SO helpful with sizing and are excellent with children. Best place for kid’s shoes in my opinion!

We love this store, weve been shopping there for a couple years. They help find shoes that fit and they have interesting toys and books.
They are a pricey but they only sell high-quality brands and the service is exceptional. Weve been in at least 6 times and they have always been fantastic with our kids and have had great advice on their products.
I was going to head here just to get my kids feet measured and then buy shoes online, but this place had the shoes I wanted cheaper than Amazon! Definitely a great deal for me. Check them out.

When attempting to buy a rain coat, they would not sell it to me without recording my personal info in their system. When a manager came out she accused me of it not being my card, tantamount to calling me a thief. Made it seem like it was my fault for not wanting a company to record my information. Will never show here again.

Great store with large selection
Buyer beware! Purchased 3 pairs of shoes and 1 was from sale area. Shoes were 1/2 size too small so went to exchange less 24 hours later and store would not honor the exchange. We have 4 children total, go through a lot of shoes and this store just lost all of our future business because of it.
It was really busy and kind of understaffed, but they got both my kids sized and taken care of.
