I wish I would have went with a company local to me! They tell you they are going to make sure everything is handled and taken care of, then you get a brand new house delivered with issues upon issues and they want to jimmy rig everything to get it fixed Or tell you that you are at the bottom of the list and they and they want to give you a days notice when they are going to show up. Highly recommend not going here.
Jennifer, was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and patient thru the whole process! Thank you so much!!!
It is over a year. Iseman homes were nice to deal with during the sale. They do not stand behind the product they sell. We are now dealing with the manufacturer an out of state company and are on there waiting list for service. After living in the home I became aware of the poor workmanship and quality.
What ever you do buy a house somewhere else! Service if horrible. The can not get anything done in a timely manner. There is no communication when things are going to get set up or fixed. Save yourselves the hassle. Response to the warranty issue answer. None of it is warranty as far as Im concerned . House was shipped incomplete and requested/paid for cat 5 cable not installed. I worked with you on switching that out for a bigger sink. I wanted cable installed so the holes would be sealed up. Been waiting for my sink for 3 months. Ive waited long enough. Ive waited for a hall tree for three months. Thats long enough. I understand its supposed to be custom made. It shouldnt take three months to resolve. My faucets are plugged. That happened right away. If I had bad water from Southwest water it shouldve affected my other house. All screens in the faucets were plugged with debri from the factory. That was in the lines in the house. I sure didnt put that there. Were defeated. Your company has no integrity no desire to complete a job. I sure wish I could put negative stars. If you want to fix it you better fix it now.
I was sold a house that has a lot of issues. It’s been a year and I’m still struggling to get everything fixed. A single mom of two and I feel like I was taken advantage of.
Please do not buy from here! 3 yrs and still fighting with them to finish setting up my sisters modular home. Oh and they did charge twice for the set up fees but never completed the job. The home is still unliveable.
This place and the people who work there are scam artists. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT. They tell you the deposit is refundable if they cant find you financing. Then they find you financing at some crazy interest rate like 30% and then refuse to refund your deposit because you reject a 30% loan on a house? These guys are crooks.
If you are going to buy a mobile home in Minot steer clear of this place. I bought mine from them 3 years ago from someone I thought was a friend(James McNamara) who promised me that they would take care of any problems with the trailer for the next 7 years, including fixing cracks in the drywall and and problems with the appliances that came included with my new trailer. Sense receiving the trailer its imposable to get them to come out and work on anything or fixing the problems that are there such as my hot water line kept freezing up due to poor design from the manufacturer, there solution was stuff more fiberglass insulation around it which I told them wouldnt work cause by forcing more fiberglass insulation into that spot would actually lower the r value and not help(dont worry I fixed it, took me five minutes and $80 to do something more affective). Another problem was I paid extra for a dishwasher, when the trailer showed there was no dishwasher. They went out and bought me the cheapest one they could find and slapped it in, I pulled it out today to find is been leaking underneath sense they installed it and instead of using the legs that adjust they used wood shims to try and level the dishwasher out. Come on really, if you dont know how to do something then hire a professional (which they are not). Once again dont worry Ill fix it! And when I talked to them about coming out and fixing some cracks and relevel my trailer cause I have a 1/2 inch crack in my ceiling, they told me they only cover structural damage for seven years and that I would have to fix the crack myself and pay them to come out and relevel the trailer (even though they poured the piers that my trailer sits on and probably didnt clean the holes out after drilling which would cause settling. With all that being said you would be better off and money better spent if you just got a cardboard box and lived in that, I feel like I flushed $70,000 down the drain. Thanks for nothing Isemans!
The owners attitude is horrible definitely won’t be back here!!
Great place to work
