Ive been with metro for almost 7 years and they just keep getting worse! $4 fee to pay my bill in store and then they dont keep cash to make change... smh

I was not able to get the phone case I wanted for one of my phones but it was no fault by metro byT-Mobile it was because it was older model phone and the cases for no longer being sold the sales person was very apologetic and wished that they could have been more help I appreciated their effort in trying to find me one I thanked him for trying though and he even guide and recommend trying an close by metro byT-Mobile that might of had what I was looking for sad to say they did not but the sales person at the other location was very friendly and apologized as well even though I did not get what I wanted I was very happy with the service

Paid 89 dollars for the JR T series ear buds and both pair where defeated and they gave me a hard time for 2 weeks but I received my money back today after filing a complaint with metro but never again and after my 3 months I will go back to boost for good... This is in Charlotte NC

If I could give this store a 0 out of 5 stars I would. These customers do not care about what happens to you and your money. They are rude. And DISRESPECTFUL. They charge you for awful service and try to scam your money. Do not go here! Absolutely awful.

Terrible attendance. They were unaware of the plans. Doubtful about the amounts charged. If I had zero, I would give it. Thats why its always empty. Address metropsc mint hill.

Well I went there yesterday and had one of the most awesome experiences. I called four stores! Three near me and them. I went to the one near me that said they had what I wanted and they freaking lied. Then called here and they said had it. I went there and they told the truth. So 1) Didnt lie 2) Fair price 3) Got a free screen protector and good case 4) Wasnt rude 5) The owner even was nice to me(which is rare). Havent had that before. It was fast since I got my info that I was switching from. No delay in service. Who can ask for anything different? I will go back if I need anything!

Best deal on cellphone service has never dropped a call

So me and my boyfriend switch from boost to metro to get the free phone deal right the phones were free so all we needed was to pay the 1st month bill as I thought because I called every metro near me nd they all told me the same thing yeah when you switch you just need to pay your 1st months bill blah blah Im like okay bae let go to this one cuz its the closest to my house okay no problem....but why we pay $150 when it was only supposed to be 80$ + tax that should be something less then $10 or so no tax were $35.94 nd they charge me for activating the phone but to my understanding thats why the phones were required to be on before you switch so they will be no activation fee correct but they still charge me activation fee and for the SIM card so I call another metro and explain to them what happened and they all say the same thing I was overcharged that what I was supposed to just pay for the plan I was going to get which was the two lines for 80 and then they ask me if I got a case I said no I just got the phone so they all advise me to go back to where I brought it so I did and they couldnt explain it that why all of them have different rules and regulations when its all one company so I called corporate and they couldnt explain to either then they talking about we can take $10 off your bill no I dont want that I want an explanation why out of 5 metros around my area why is it at this one its the only one with a different rules...Im not done with this until I answers nd why were tax almost 40$ ....if I could give no star I would

For the most part very unhelpful .....one of the clerks is very rude and tries to be domineering and belittling to customers.....once they sell you a phone will not take responsibility for it .... have had my phone for 3 months (paid $179.00) quit working and their solution is for me to buy a new phone
