On May 31st, 2012, the Pit Stop car wash ripped my side view mirror off of my car. I have a small Honda Civic, definitely not a huge car. I have been taking my car here to get it cleaned since I was 16 years old (over 10 years), and I am very aware on how to use the car wash.The attendants at the front desk stated that they had no clue why it was open, because they have been having problems with the configurations for the past few weeks. This was told to me AFTER I purchased the car wash IN PERSON, not at the gas pump. I have photographic evidence clearly showing that there is no way that I was outside of the lines. The owner would not take any responsibility for it, nor would he refund the money spent on the car wash. Right after I got off the phone with him, they sold another person a car wash, and did not mention what had just happened. I had to step in, or this would have been 2 side view mirrors off, and potentially a popped tire since the glass was never even cleaned up! How irresponsible is that? I would never recommend anyone get a car wash from here.
