I ask for a thick medium milkshake and it was like pure milk. Then the other three in the car had the same experience. It’s gotten worse and worse each time I go. That was my LAST time to visit.

Worst Baskin Robbins. Consistently out of 90% of flavors. How do you run out of chocolate every day? Wish there was another option nearby for Sundays when the Creamery is closed.

Service is really good and friendly. Always serve a full rounded scoop of ice cream!! Only 4 stars because the coffee is weak and on occasion, stale and or cold.

Every time we go there they also give us very dirty spoons and it’s very annoying. They don’t listen like today I got a very small cup for a toddler IM NOT A TODDLER, But the ice cream is good overall of the issues that won’t change.

Hours are listed as being open until 10:00 pm. I got there at 9:00 pm yesterday, and they were closed.

This Baskin Robins is consistently out of almost all flavors of ice cream. We’ve come here several times and they are ALWAYS out of everything except chocolate. If this place is only going to be a Dunkin then do that but don’t advertise that you serve ice cream because you really don’t.

Drive thru...I asked for a scoop of chocolate on the bottom of 2 other scoops I got the scoop on the top..

Good ice cream, great costumer service. They will replace your food or drinks if you are not satisfied.

They’re always running out of things in the afternoon.... how are you running out of things early but you close at 10? Simple stuff like cookies and cream ice cream or hot fudge or brownies...

Originally wanted a brownie sundae but they were out of brownies... Ordered a medium chocolate shake instead. Quality product but SLOW service. Pricey. Messy/ some dripping on the outside of the cup that got on my jeans and hands :(

Let me say to management, your Drive up window person today was an rude short unfriendly person taking my order today! I ask what Ice Cream flavors do you have, she said 28 you will just have to come in for the list to many to name short rudely she said. No one behind us no one when we left. Our scoop of Ice cream and mild shake cost $11.50 and took 15 minutes at 4pm. Not the kind of experience I have ever had at other locations. Mint Hill is a blemish on the brand. First and last time for me at your location. Unhappy customer!

Staff was unpleasant and they ran out of chocolate chip ice cream at 3. If you are a ice cream place how do you run out of ice cream.

They have the best flavor choices. The staff is nice the store is clean.

Really enjoy coming in during the evening. The amount of people ordering hasv slowed down. It gives a chance for families to come in and sit down.

We ordered ourdaughters 9th birthday cake from here and it turned out beautiful and tasted amazing. Seriously one of the prettiest ice cream cakes we’ve ever ordered. We will be ordering ice cream cakes from Baskin Robbins mint hill for all of our family from now on. Oh and bonus... Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts Do Not Use artificial food dye anymore in their food! 🙌

Bought an ice cream cake yesterday. It had no taste. Waste of $25.

Ice cream tastes decent but is definitely on the soggy side. Employees are nice and polite though.

Havent taken my kids for ice cream in a while. Saw baskin robins and decided to stop. All the ice cream was stacked on top of one another and on one side had plastic over them. I understand they need to clean but its 3pm on a saturday. Do the cleaning before you close. Got a brownie sundae and had no hot fudge. But didnt tell me until after they warmed brownie and added ice cream. My daughter went to use the bathroom and ladies was out of order. She used the mens and soap dispenser wasnt working. Bad experience..

Poor, rude customer service. Ran out of several flavors of ice cream.Gave small scoops! And the waffle cone was stale! Tasted like it sat out in the rain.

They no longer have praline pecan and the butter pecan wasnt tasty.

Just brutal, for years the employees have been too lazy to close the freezer doors and the ice cream stays soggy. I give up on this place!!! How can you be Baskin-Robbins and be unable to get ice cream right? Absentee owners perhaps?

I was the 3rd person in the drive thru and it literally took them 5 mins to ask the customer how can I help you. So I waited in like for about 15-20 mins just for them to finally get me. Then when I order they are out of everything that I ask for. This has got to be one of the worse Baskin Robbins locations ever!!!

Always have a problem with this place. Their machines are broken or they no longer carry something they clearly advertise on their drive thru sign or theyre out of something...... they mess up simple iced coffees that even the ghetto locations nail. Really wish corporate would shut this disgrace of a place down.
