Failed to honor mistake the store made on pricing. Manager Rich admitted to mistake but pushed to have us pay for a price no where posted. Even asked for us to pay for twice the price he said the products were on sale for.

I went in on a Saturday evening and took a chance on finding their vacuum cleaner they had posted online. To my surprise it was in stock, but listed at a far greater price. I was told by a very helpful young gentleman to take the vacuum cleaner to the front desk and they should be able to give me their price match guarantee. Not only that, I was able to use their coupon on top of that. Thanks for the great service where you showed the company still has their customer on the top of their list.

Great deals. Did realize until product scanned at the register. Wasnt tagged on the shelf. Still price better than competition. Even cheaper than the online giant.

Set a goal to be in and out in a couple minutes. Mission accomplished, but bought a couple items not on my list. Everything is organized well and staff is attentive but doesnt bother you. Also has a great markdown section on past holiday items and sports items. Clean store

I I aways enjoys shopping here. People are always helpful and walk out with some great finds.

The lady that work there was very quick to help me out with finding what I was looking for. That is cool! She got up to the register and have them open one up to let me out as quick as possible. That is cool but then she starts chitty chatting is somebody who works there instead of taking care of my business. I find this more and more places that I go to where the workers at registers are Yakety Yak and with their work instead of taking care of the customer. My credit card did not ask me to sign and I spent a considerable amount of money. So I asked her, I dont have to sign for that much money? She just continues yakking with this other guy. I kind of jokingly said you didnt hear what I said. She said oh Im sorry, yes I did and no you dont have to sign. I said thats kind of strange considering the amount of money I just spent. So anyway, she was nice and she said goodbye but I just really really hate when people at grocery stores in other types of department stores are in yakking away with their workmates when they ought to be focusing on you, the one who pays their bills! Otherwise it was a pretty good deal.

After years of being able to exchange a product with a lifetime warranty we are told will no longer exchange after 6 mos. and has to be a manufractor defect not normal wear and tear. Management was not willing to work with us as this new policy started 6 months ago.We have bought many products there. Have always been happy.Its not our problem BB&B has lost so much money because of their exchange policy. Not our quote but the managers.We will not be shopping at BB&B again.

Still a bit expensive. I havent been there in a few years but decided to make a quick visit. Picture frame area is a bit lacking in stock, there are definitely changes coming due to the fact that most people shop online, including myself.

The customer service is excellent!! We were asked several times whether we needed help finding anything. And when I Did need help, I did not have to look far or wait long before I got help.

I dont know why people come to this place to buy something. Everything is pricy and not well organized. Clearence items are not cared at all and dumped in uncared space. I wouldnt come here again!! NEVER!!

Went in for a jewlery bar. After searching a low stock store, I asked. I was told to look by hangers, if they had any theyd be there. Id already looked there, but returned. Nothing.I can see why theyre headed to bankruptcy as theyve downsized on hand stock tremendously.

I purchased a humidifier and use 20%coupon. Saw the same item later at best buy cheaper. When I went back to bed bath n beyond to tell them. I was told that they could only price match items without the coupon discount.

Expect your normal Bed Bath & Beyond store layout. Ive been here a couple time and will say that the employees are super friendly and helpful. It seems like they enjoy their job and are willing to help or have a friendly conversation.

Store manager said they were too busy up front at the check out registers to help customers in the store. There was a customer to staff ratio of 2:1. If you cant handle that, get more help or better managers.

Customer service is great! I was looking for a very specific item (Café table size red tablecloths) so I called ahead to see if they had any in stock. They stock checked in the computer and on the shelf for me and then pulled and bagged them. They were waiting for me at the front when I went to pick them up.
