My favorite store, every city/state I go, I visit Michaels

They didnt have everything I was looking for and when I finally asked someone for help Heidi was unknowledgable and unhelpful at least hire someone who knows your products and is fine to help not rude I still bought my 80 dollars worth of stuff but I can buy all of this on Amazon I just thought people here would be able to help with the best products and have customer service they dont so Ill be sticking to Amazon

Never had an issue with Michaels before, except this one. I dont frequent craft stores often, mainly I go when my wife asks me to stop there after work to pick her up something, but for some odd reason, These employees strongly profile me. Sure I am not in casual clothes and just left a dusty jobsite. So I stop in because the old battle axe requests hot glue sticks. So I am looking for the darn things and they announce security check, loss prevention this and that... Me and an elderly couple were the only ones in the store from what I gathered... So I go to an employee in the front to ask where the glue guns/glue stick section is. This woman replies in such an ugly tone we dont sell that stuff here!...... Really? I then knew that they thought i was up to no good getting a response like that. Astonished, I thanked her and left completely blown away by how their (or just her) assumptions could be followed up in such a manner. Thank god for the dollar tree a few shops down, they had them, and were very courteous and polite too. I told my wife what had happened and her being a regular in there couldnt believe it. We dont carry glue sticks here..... And McDonalds doesnt serve hamburgers anymore either huh? What is this world coming to these days?

Love the store, pretty well stocked but unfortunately the employees are kinda grumpy most of the time, with the exception of maybe two of them.

Time goes by quickly as you browse up-and-down the aisles. A lot of neat stuff that makes you Want to be more artistic. Reasonable prices fun stuff for everyone in the family including educational.

Overpriced compared to online shopping. Its a really great place to look at a bunch of products, take pictures, then go home to review them and order them cheaper online.

Star in the framing department is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I moved out to Ontario a year ago and have had multiple items framed with her. I wish there were people like her at all my stores I shop. She is the best!

Horrible.. walked into the store with my partner..AND NO ONE GREETED US.. BEFORE OR AFTER.. NO ONE WANTED TO HELP US.. SO WE WALKED OUT.. I RATHER GIVE MY MONEY TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CAN AT LEAST SAY HI..ZERO RATING.. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I really appreciate everyones help here during this unusual time. They are making it work as best as they can and it shows. Was a breeze to order and simple to pickup. Also out of all the Michaels around me this location had full stock of everything I need. Love my new paint sets! Keep up the awesome job. Thank you!

Always fun to pop in and look around. $5 grab bags are always a plus to find.

Cashier distracted by phone call. Kind of irritating. Store was a mess. Things all over the place.

My one place to shop for art supplies, they typically have every hobby going on here. Im always able to find coupons on thier site or even in store. :) always fun to create and try new stuff out. Staff usually nice during the day. Copics, prismacolors and all paint types avaliable. Heres some of my art to inspire!

Great selection. Favorite location. Always find what im looking for. One of the bigger locations in my option so way more to chose from. Ahhh crafting its good for the soul.

We were interested in only Christmas sales. And ended up buying other sales.

Asked for help finding an item and the employee didnt help much cuz she couldnt find it or asked mo one. I ended up finding it myself.

They were busy but the checkers were fast friendly and accurate.

They have a ton of crafty stuff. Prices are a bit high, but you can use a coupon on certain stuff :)

I was shopping at Michaels and it was closing time so i was walking towards my husband and daughter and this worker there saw me and rudely said. We are closed you need to go to the front RIGHT NOW.I wasnt going to go look around anymore or anything and it wasnt necessary for her to be that rude. I overheard another employee tell another costumer they were closed but she said it in a friendly way, which is perfectly okay... But the way that employee spoke to me was not okay. She needs better customer service and change her horrible attitude towards customers.. employees like that give stores a bad imagine. 1

Fantastic customer service! I regularly shop here and have rarely had a bad experience. Today Kerrie was amazing, she went above and beyond with customer service even though they were busy. Nothing but praise from me.

My go to crafting store. Im so lucky to have a great Michaels right around the corner. And I never know what Im going to find, on to of what I need, so its always such a pleasure to shop there!

The store is well stocked and pretty organized. The only reason I gave the store 4 instead of 5 stars is because every time I have been there, they seem understaffed. But their customer service is great and the employees are always nice and courteous.

This place has lots to offer. I came in looking for a few engagement items for a family member and picked up a couple of items from their clearance area too!I like the coupons offered at Michaels, if I can save a few bucks, Ill do it. With a smartphone today, its so easy to go to their website and find one!This store has good customer service. Its organized, and theres an awesome selection.

The employees are so nice!

They were excellent especially our helper, Lauren, she went above and beyond to help us out to get our little boys blanket back on the mend. Its an old blanket thats being handed down from generation to generation, so its means a lot to us. She was so helpful and we just loved her smile and patients. Thank you Lauren.

Some stuff a little expensive for what ur advertising, we r going thru a pandemic here.

For the first weekend on December it was woefully undermanned. The line was very long and they only had 2 registers open. Also they had a sale on yarn and yet the selection was sadly inadequate. They did have a decent selection of Christmas wares which was good, you just had to get through the lines.

This place is amazing and you can get so many craft ideas. They also had some great specials.

The have a pretty good selection of all the crafts and fine art supplies. Decently priced and good sales.

Today 10/9 I came in to take a cookie decorating class with my grandson and I have to say it started rocky no one could really give me info on what I should bring to the class. Even when I got there I couldnt find anyone to give me more detailed info on the class. Finally the room was opened and the young lady who goes by Dee opened the room explained everything, put out all the supplies and was just a pleasure to work with. She had my grandson participating in every step of the way. It was so much fun thanks to Dee. Later she even helped us find items we needed in the store.

Love Michaels but for some reason the one in Eastvale some of the cashiers are not very friendly and I got one... again. They love to argue and they are not very customer service oriented. It is not my fault tags and/or prices are not well displayed but anyway this has been going on for years so not sure if itll change. Too bad because I would visit more being that it is closer to my home.

This Michael’s has a good selection for crafters and home decor items. They are not usually crowded. They are in a plaza with a lot of other retailers like Ross and Kirklands. The staff is pretty friendly but they do not seem to be very knowledgeable regarding the difference between store policy and what an individual may want. This is not the first time when using coupons it has been presented to me as if the cashier or the store manager was doing me a favor. I had no expectation of receiving anything other than the savings as indicated on the individual coupon be it 40% 50% or 60% Michael’s advertises that they accept competitors coupons so it is not a personal favor to accept a JoAnn’s or Hobby Lobby coupon.

Didnt have comp books, and kinda unorganized, but I like Michaels

Had a birthday party here, WOW! Very reasonable and for the time of year, our child wanted to have the kids make ornaments for Christmas. Staff was very accommodating, they had crafts already set for party attendants to do, but went above our expectations and fulfilled our request! Awesome, party even comes with a parade.

Terrible selection of embroidery floss. It just should’nt be that hard to keep stocked. I used to use Michaels as my “go to” place for any crafting supplies but lately I prefer another store.

The closer waiting at the door let me know I had 4 minutes until the store closed. I was well aware of when they closed and would have gotten there sooner had it not taken me 15 min on hold to see if they had what I was looking for.

Well, like every other Michaels Ive visited, I loved it. Very clean and staff was helpful. The bathroom was easily accessable and clean.

I love this store, always organized and great deals on their mobile app or on their paper they send us in the mail! There used to be a really rude supervisor who I noticed was mean to the other employees but I havent seen her in a while. All the regular employees are always glad to help you look for supplies or what not. They always have what I need for my DIY projects on sale😊

This place was not what expected. Me and my wife when to find things for our house and Woow were we disappointed. Nothing is in stock. We literally walk around the whole store in 10min bc it unbelievably sucked, hobby lobby is definitely better

28 people ahead of me, not counting groups. 3 registers open. I waited over 1/2 hour. I do realize it is Christmas. More help please.

I was pick pocketed for my phone in store and staff all looked and acted like I was nuts! Not very helpful at all. At least couldve shown a little sympathy??!! Something. Girls at register were downright snobbish and condescending. Will not be returning. Joannes and hobby lobby both offer nicer staff and cleaner more organized stores!

The Custom Framing Department was amazing. Star and the current manager (I forgot her name) did an amazing job and I can tell they put pride in their work. Will definitely do business with them again and I suggest you do the same.
