Technician was polite, good customer service, clean work area, fast and knowledgeable. The owner always constantly checking by phone that everything was ok, and if I was satisfied with the product (windshield), warranty and service.

Worst experience EVER. Would give zero stars if it were an option.Replaced windshield, and it was making a whistling noise at high speeds. Called to have them come back and fix it, scheduled an appointment, no one showed up. Called them, rescheduled, no one showed up AGAIN. Rescheduled, then the guy called in sick, so rescheduled AGIAN. Finally they come out and reset it, now it sounds like its not sealed and air is leaking in at anything over 40mph. Technician heard it as well, said they will probably have to replace the whole thing and his boss would be calling me to set it up. Never heard from them, they are refusing to answer my calls or return my messages! Now Im stuck with this loud, noisy windshield and having to pay to have it replaced again by someone that actually knows what they are doing and knows how to treat people. Oh, and they got adhesive on my front bumper the last time they were here, so not only have they not done their job and refused to make it right, but damaged another part of my vehicle as well. Pathetic excuse for a business.

I was very please with prompt service and professionalism. This was my second windshield replacement in 6 months. Due to golf ball and just recently a pices of truck tire on the interstate. Thier Excellent team.

I have to give Mariela a shout out. I have a 2015 Honda Civic with a crack in the windshield from a big rig on the freeway. When I ran into Mariela while in Jurupa Valley and asked her about fixing it, she took one look at it and refused to take my money. She said it was so small, that most likely they would try to fix it and there was a good chance they would end up shattering the windshield which would cost me more money. In the long run, better to just leave it. She had no thought about profit, and its been a long time since Ive encountered good old fashioned customer service. Will be calling to work with them when in the future!
