Super busy truck stop!All fuel islands were 3 deep,entering and exiting to the 60 fwy is a joke and the shower wait times are ridiculous (32 ahead of me).The only upside is the truck stop, restrooms and showers are very clean.

The cleanest Flying J Ive come across. Showers stupendous, but there will be a wait regardless of time of day. Staff pleasant enough, but who cares when so clean. Expedite vans allowed at front. Parking area kept clean and even a sweeper rig. Very busy.

Brand new truck stop, laundry room locked, no showers for I dont even know how long now, WiFi is TERRIBLE (cant connect, wont keep connection), not enough BT parking spot, people waiting up to the street for fuel at every moment of the day and night. If I could not go there, I would avoid it but since Karenifornia hates truckers, we have no other choices but going to on of the 25 available truck stop in the state. People who work there are very nice tho!

I guess I spoke too soon. We have been enjoying the wonderful hospitality of this establishment for a few months on a weekly basis. We we have experienced some long shower wait times and but we have tried to be patient, and are usually rewarded with excellent showers and service. Today we had sitting in the lot waiting over two hours, which was slightly longer than the number of people in line called for, but we kept checking because the speaker by the PAsystem cuts off the shower number. Anyway, I go in to get a drink, see our number up, run to grab stuff but am locked out. The cashier says that they will put me back in line, and thats great - but its still another 15-30 minutes minimum. I just was curious because it seemed as though I have heard numbers called for the full hour before they switch over, so I went to manager to ask about system. Amy was very rude and abrupt. She yelled at me that I was put back in line, and what else did I want. I tried to explain that I was curious how the system worked because we had no time, no notification on our shower. She yelled that it was automatic and there was no way to bump someone. The information was what I asked for, the yelling was not. I was frustrated about the manager yelling at me, so I turned to tell my fiancee what was happening. Then I decided to step outside to cool off. Amy followed me outside. Said I could have my money back, if thats what I wanted. I just said, I have never had to deal with someone like you here.. She responded that I could just go elsewhere. So, I dont go where I am not wanted. Thanks for the months of clean showers and great service. Sorry you got stuck with Amy.

16 spacious car fuel bays with gas .30-.40¢ cheaper than the average gas station. No car wash necessary for this price.The squeegees to clean windows are all firm. Theyre not decomposing & the washer fluid is clean.The bathrooms are always clean.Fresh food inside from PJFresh, Cinnamon, & Wendys.Not many semi parking spots available.Better than your average gas station for cars.Standard for semis.

The guy whose name is Dylan started complaining saying that we drivers complain too much all because I asked if they didn’t have any more trays then he goes off to say in 5 Star restraunts they serve people in boxes like I didn’t ask about LA I’m in Mira loma not LA so I left from there feeling insulted please do something about him

Trucks are allowed to park wherever the driver wishes. It doeant matter that bobtails are taking up much needed slots for tractors and trailers. Trucks will be parkes two deep from the curb making getting out impossible unless you can wake someone up. Thisbis not only ridiculous, but unsafe as well.

This Pilot Travel Center is not honoring the 3 cent/gallon discount on gas when you enter your pilot card number to or use you Pilot Card. When I went in for my receipt, I mentioned it to the cashier and he told me he didn’t know and another employee jumped in and tried to convince me that we were actually getting a 20 cent/gallon discount for using the card…I didn’t argue with her, but I have saved my receipts and going to place a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I’m calling Pilot’s main office tomorrow. I forgot to mention the employee that jumped in is rude and talks over people, she was rude to me and I have witnessed her being rude to other customers when I visit this Pilot Travel Center. She may need to be retrained for customer service skills and how to speak to customers. Also, their credit card machine at the pump sometimes do not work properly. I can’t wait till I go back to work in the high desert, The Pilot Travel Center in Hesperia is much better and honors their Pilot Rewards.

Place is always stocked and staff are quick and have a good attitude. I daily this place to fuel up my truck and its best flying j Ive been to.

Usually never have anything to complain about Flying j truck stops, except for this time.Walked in with my daughter to use the restroom, and upon walking in to the women’s restroom we found a women chanting and spitting into paper towels and wiping the counters. I continued to look for a good stall for her to use and opened the larger stall only to find feces all over the place and clothes on the floor. The women was staying in there once she seen our reaction she walked into the stall and locked it behind her. Please be careful when using the restroom anywhere you never know what people do. This was very unpleasant and I hope that it was taken care of once I brought it to management.

One of the worst pilots Ive been to, all the workers from the fuel truckers, check out clerks. And Wendys employees all seem like there high and having too much fun. The only person I saw focused on their jobs and being courteous towards truck drivers. Check out clerks where standing talking to each other while other person was checking people out and she speaks soo low that u cant even hear her call u up, and then she has the audacity to laugh and giggle while scrolling threw her phone at the same time as checking me out, ehhhh just gross and disgusting customer service skills. The fuel guy asked me to move 10ft because he didnt want to park at an angle to fill up the station at 2am when there werent any parking spots, and there was plenty and obvious space for him to fuel especially since their hoses stretch to 14ft..... re considering having my fuel card with them at this point if this continues....

Much better this late morning, then 2 days ago, got into a shower real guick, did not have 30 drivers ahead of me, like 2 days ago .

T’s a super busy location. Peoples house work here are nice but Drivers, you can’t drop your trailer, and that’s even if u pay reserved parking. I was told they will call towing company to take your trailer after 1 hr. Showers were a 2 hr wait and getting in and out was a mission. If u have driving time and can get to another truck stop, I would definately recommend it.

Be aware of the cashier whose name is Rachel, she is very rude and impolite to customers, I went to the store for returning a defective trucking stuff that I bought one hour ago, she just didn’t return it for me, she yelled at me even there’s many customers and other store clerks at present, I requested to see the manager, she told me she was the manager…if she was the manager, I was really worried about the future of the store. I like Flying J but not this one, never saw a Flying J staff be impolite like Rachel, she is the person who makes you feel there’s such a bad heart in the world.

A very busy Pilot. At 6PM there were 40 people in line for a shower, at 5.30 AM there were 14 people. Come or wake up earlier). Thank you Pilot / FlyingJ for being there. Clean, cozy, fresh food, great staff.

Very nice and organized truck stop! All the employees are very friendly and love to help answer any questions, without feeling the awkwardness. The manager was extremely generous and made sure each customer was completely satisfied with their stop here.

Nice facility. Clean showers. Super long wait just about 24/7. If you are a night driver like me, dont expect there to be any free parking at any time of day. 1 or 2 possibly, if youre lucky. Otherwise, its a nice store.

This place has become a joke. Go in to facility at 15:00 to get a shower, oh it will be about 3 hours. Go in at 04:00 and sign posted at entrance sorry for the inconvenience but showers are not available, However employees have time to post on social media. People you need to learn the definition of work before you are replaced by someone that needs a job more than you.

If there is only 107 spots to park a truck how can there be over 30 people in line for a shower ALL DAY AND NIGHT?? This is Very odd to me. Worst Flying J Ive been trying. I was waiting in a line for 20 minutes and no single employee and there is no single sign told me about where is the line started from. I had to join a new line and wait. Besides, cleanliness of restroom are just acceptable.

Yes, their service is a little bit slow because of the influx of people but these guys always keep this truck stop really clean.

This place is a complete waste of time total shithhole no parking long way at shower. You are better off going to the TA 5 miles North spending $25 or buying yourself something nice

You have to wait for showers at least 1-2 hours, but showers are clean, small parking very difficult to find spot,but parking available infront of costco on the side of road

One of the managers heard it was my birthday from when I was in earlier and got me right in.Cant be home with my family today but he made my day a little brighter. YOU WILL GET TRAPPED IN A BOBTAIL TOO⛔️⛔️⛔️❌❌❌ 2 left turns to leave the truck stop and only limit 4-5 trucks per light which creates a fire hazard because everyone is stuck at the fuel island, not sure how the designers got signed off from the city, to enter and to exit can cause a blockage for both entry and exit, just wait for a reefer fire to put this place on the news because everyone was trapped

Parking is very limited so don’t expect to find any. Fuel islands are kept clean from what I noticed so that’s a plus.

Lots of spots available during the day 24 hrs parking only and its enforced with towing how its supposed to be.Nice and cleab with 12 diesel pumps.

The reason I give it a 3 star is because Wendys late night after 12 am no customer service honestly stop worrying about other people and focus on your job

I have been all over the country and this is by far the worse flying j/pilot i have ever been to.Customer service is very poorA 15 min wait in a line that went throughout the store. Employee could care less about customers. They are not courtesy but very stand-off-ish.Employees talking on phone while customers wait and wait. I will not be stopping here again. As A Loyal Member to Pilot and Flying J im highly disappointed in this specific Location, reason being is the staff is Lazy 1 line 8 customers in line on multiple occasions the coffee was all empty at 5am and last night the Cappuccino machine was a mess also had cappuccino and the tray was filled with water.This is a New Store and a Store many Drivers looked forward too for years here in So Cal because of the lack of parking and clean facilitys . The Staff here needs to work as a team or they all need to be replaced before it becomes the worst Flying J in the country.From a Loyal Customer since 2010

Wow. Just wow. Long wait for a shower, yes!!! Worth the wait? YES!!! All stalls are handicap and ours was #2 and it was a double shower. Hubby and I didnt have to fight over who was showering first and who got to stay under the water. Parking is hard to find so we reserved before we got here.

Ive been coming here for almost a month now. Officially my favorite truck stop. The people that work here are super friendly and helpful. I had no idea how to set up the rewards card and they literally walked me through every step. When I went to wash clothes they helped me figure out how to use the debit card. First time using a machine like that. To reserve parking, same. Even the security is very nice. A few times I came in and there was no parking and the gentleman let me park my tractor trailer in the lot so I could take a shower and wash clothes. They always have a smile on there face. On top of that, this place is very clean and organized. Definitely the place I will pick over others when I come to the area. These people truely go above and beyond. ♡

It’s a very bad for everything I’m so disappointed

More than half of the parking stalls are reserved pay parking, I fuelled up and got food only to find out all the reserved parking was sold out. Had to park on the busy street close by as I was out of hours. Need more free parking!!! Showers also had a line up of over 20 waiting!! Staff need to get on this!! I will not be using this Flying J again!!!

Theres a lot of reserved parking here in the very limited for free parking but when you go to pay for a parking Reserve they always tell you theres no parking available or anything else so how is it you find one and you cant pay for it why is it always put a lot of Reserves at did they ever show up

Was getting some ice and Snapple apples couldn’t help notice the man behind the counter yelling at some guy leaving,, he started yelling back not sure what it was over neither pernunciated very well. The young lady who checked me and the wife out was very kind but it seems like the young man who didn’t seem to even want to be there could take some lessons in customer service or get the hell out of the field

1:30pm and the only available parking is a few of the paid parking spots, has a Wendys inside and is a brand new travel center, have armed security walking around the lot, extremely tight place to back into a spot or definitely have to worry about being backed into!

Worst truck stop Ive been in. Shower wait is ridiculous. 23 people waiting and the managers and employees there look like they have seen a ghost. I dont recommend this truck stop unless its an emergency.

I usually dont have to go inside but I needed my receipt. This is the third time this occurred. The clerk at the register gets busy, with I dont know what, for several minutes (no, not seconds) before addressing me.

I have been a driver for years and stopped at many truck stops and this Pilot is the best i have ever been friendly and one employee that stood out and was very helpful in helping find my reservation on the app for my shower and she also helped me with setting up my rewards card was DELIA.This young lady was very polite friendly and patient with me and she answered every question that i had. shes bilingual speaks spanish very very well management should really value her as there is alot of people that dont really speak spanish as much as she does. will be coming here more often when i have to deliever in california

Why do you have a full parking lot of abandoned cars BUT your security guard walks around and will force drivers to move to the parking lot across the road? Showers without hot water for a month. Wait time for a shower this morning was 2 hours. Everything else is what you expect from a brand new Flying J. I love the Farmer Boys restaurant across the street, but will just stay at the TA, Ontario CA, going forward.

They are a bit pricey on in-store items,and sometimes there is a line at checkout,but there fuel prices and fresh in-store hot food items make this place a must stop.

Called three times around 01:00 in the morning on August 01 / 2020 and the phone was busy, or was it off the hook on purpose by lazy employees, you lost my business I will never give my money for a company that doesnt appreciate truck drivers, I wanted to ask if you have showers, that means I was about to fill up my truck with diesel and I was almost empty, so calculate at least 170 gallons of fuel and I was going to buy food and some supplies for the truck. Thats at least $ 700.oo lost because of your lack of consideration.Update 08/13/2020I had to go there to get some copies for my next load, and I tell you the people who work in the day shift where so nice and helpful especially Rachel I have to change my review from one star to 4 .

I was lucky to get spot at 3 am. Very busy place. If you take shower be prepared for long wait at least 1 hour. Other than that good clean truck stop with good food options around. And they have free parking, not like crooks TA and Petro.

Not a big fan of some Flying J truckstops but I must say WOW!! very friendly staff, one employee that really stood out was Yvonne at the fuel desk. She was very, very, nice and empathetic to me and my needs. Its very hard to find genuine people who actually care and make you feel welcomed. As a truck driver Im never home and to meet someone who actually cares enough to ask me about my day and answer all my questions efficiently is just beyond me. Flying J, youve got a real winner here! Awsome truck stop al kinds of good items for on the road driveing. Competitive gas prices. My wife free pizza slice and coffee for her birthday month.

It saddens me that the management at this truck stop hasnt the good sense to be ashamed of the incredible amount of greed as evidenced by the very high percentage of pay parking stalls. If I were in charge here Id hang me head in shame until I could drastically reduce the number of those pay parking stalls. :-(

Kristal was a fantastic clerk, really went out of her way to help me. You have a gem there. Did not catch the guys name who was cleaning the showers, but he was also doing a great job helping drivers, especially with your monitors being down. Did not care for the overly aggressive security as I am sure they could have done there job just as well without trying to intimidate some of the other drivers. The body armour and brandishing handcuffs like they were real cops was uncalled for.

This place was so good 😊. I am glad I went here. I love the new showers at this location and the open floors . The self serve food section was a hit also . The parking lot was full . Flying j may want to put more showers in their next location though because there was a 25 person line for showers yesterday ! And the paid parking was sold out !

Nice place. The people inside is nice. Would have given it five stars but the person that patrols the lot was telling us to move and couldnt stay. There are signs that says 2 hour parking but we were only there for 30 minutes!!!!! Sheesh! Guy needs to keep track better.

The locals have completely clogged this space. Not a lot of parking available. I hate to say it but they have to go to paid parking or simply expect that the parking is very limited. Can’t blame the locals for parking here as parking is very limited in the area. This place will stay full with paid parking and then they will get way more traffic through the store making this truck stop an extremely profitable business. Let’s face it locals go elsewhere to shop where OTR drivers have no choice. Wake up management and limit the time allowed to park!

The first time I went in everything was great people were so friendly and attentive. But the past couple times the employees have been not so nice. Also it takes a while to get in and out of there because of the location. Id rather go to the Chevron up the street.

19 guests in line for the shower and only one employee who cleans them! Two to four hours of waiting! The manager says that this is the norm for them !!!

My truck broke down after filled up with b20 biodiesel from this place all the injectors were full of contaminated diesel so watch out

The staff are nice and the place is clean (but its brand new, so it should be) other than that I have nothing good to say (always try to practice, if I have nothing good to say, say nothing at all) this will be the exception, the worst shower experience (aside from not having one at all) and they might as well not, no water pressure and luke warm water at best (and I did use more than one shower) a shower is supposed to wake you up and refresh you, very important parts of a drivers life, these do nothing but wash off the dirt and then Im not even sure they do that. Cold showers and poor parking. I get its a high volume store but they need to invest in better water heaters for the showers. The parking is atrocious. Half the lot is reserved even for bobtails, leading them to be forced to park in spots meant for trailers. Just another money hungry establishment in socal taking advantage of the situation. So much for that driver appreciation that they are so hell bent on pushing.

No hot water for weeks, I think they just cut off hot water tank because of the high water bill for double shower heads in all the showers, Wendy’s count ya days first off it was barely any salad then nothing but stems and no Parmesan crisps in bag thanks for that and the old cold fries

This place gets 1 star for being a nice and clean building. I am severely disappointed in this location because most of the spots are Reserved! There are 48 reserved spots, like really?! Are you turning into a TA now? What a great way to show drivers that you appreciate their hard work and expect them to pay to sleep! I showed up at 4:45 pm on a Monday and the place was jam packed with only 2 reserved spots left. I am delivering in Yorba Linda which does not allow truck parking anywhere! I guess Flying J is cashing in on that fact! Almost $1,000/day profit. Not cool!

This place is realu nice. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The showers were nice as well. Took a little while to get in but worth it. Really clean and professional service indeed. Definitely recommend if you are a trucker or need a shower. At times like these where alot of places are closed i am thankful i found this place.
