This location is close need to update new location in Rialto
Parts department struck out on the customer service part. Three front counter gentlemen at there desk. Everyone can see I walked in. Stood in front of them to not even be told they would be right with me. Once I was attended to. Two huge computer monitors cover the sales guy completely. So I remained standing while I gave him transmission info and part I needed. Sat down. We couldnt see each other. Felt like I was in jail while we spoke cause of the barrier between us. Got my part, got my invoice. No room at all to sign invoice on his desk. Had to walk back towards the boxes of coolant and use them as as desk. Small changes can create big improvements towards presentation and customer service.
Beware if you have under age children dont take them daniel pulido might roll up
Cheaper than the dealer, way faster service. The guys in the front actually know what they are talking about. Love this place!
Great service and fast
Had my truck there for 4 days didn’t touch at all. Total waste of time and overpriced money. First day never tell you how long. Second day they still don’t touch the truck and tell you “will start first thing in morning and your first in line”. Third day still don’t touch and say will start after lunch on fourth day. Brenda gives no calls or updates on what’s going on. Beware who you talk to or they will waste your time and say lies. Better off Somewhere else and get it done From better service and on time.
My Technician was Andy He is the kind of person you want working on your unit outstanding and I would like to Thank Mr. Jim Knox He is a working Mans man thanks for going the extra mile for Stone transportation.

Quick and great prices
Brought our NEW truck in for a DEF code going off. They forced regened it and it cleared the code. Test drove it code did not return. Then since our truck is brand new it had an open recall they repaired it without our permission or knowledge until after it was complete. In the matter of a day in a half on of the mechanics hit something with our truck damaging our mudflap housing. The service write photographs the truck for instances like this and we are thankful they made it right. The level of disregard for my truck to allow that to happen in the first place is baffling. The problem is that instead of saying it could of been a glitch it was automatically driver error. He said the driver ran it out of def and blah blah blah which is not true as we NEVER let our 200k dollar truck go under HALF a tank of DEF. BEWARE THEY ARE NOT STEWART AND STEVENSON AND DISGRACEFUL TO BE ASSOCIATED AS DETROIT DIESEL THEY SUCK!
