Bought a new construction home in a community built by Unique Western Homes in San Diego and they used Green World for the windows. Had a pair of windows that needed a large amount of force to close and they would just spring back open themselves if you dont lock it. Filed a warranty claim through the warranty company the builder uses and after about a month we got a rep from Green World to come take a look at it. He said the wrong springs were installed and they didnt have the correct ones and he would need to order them. I received a call on 8/12/2021 to schedule the return visit to complete the repairs and the earliest they had was today, 9/22/2021. I booked it and was told they would arrive between 8-12. I took the day off work to be home and it is now 12:18 and I have not seen or heard from anyone at the company. I called the original number I was given to book the appointment and I get a message that they arent at the desk. I choose the option to speak to an operator and get the same message about not being available and to leave a message. The message is from the CS Manager, Reina, and it also says the mailbox is full and I cant leave a message. In the recording, Reina leave a cell number to call if you need to get a hold of her immediately. I call that number and get a recording which says the mailbox is full so I cant leave a message there either.Edit: Guy showed up close close to 1pm. I noticed on the paper he had me sign showing work completion that he was supposed to call 30 min prior to coming. Guess he didnt notice that even though it was highlighted. No call for being late or for on way...
We have a faulty window that needed repair. Repair falls under warranty. However, because we had less than 10 faulty windows, we had to pay for parts and shipping for one window. They came out and replaced the part ( that their tech said was faulty per his diagnosis); well, window is still faulty aka will not stay open. I been emailing and calling for weeks now. Finally got a real person (Sarah) on the phone. It was mission impossible to have her write down my info then give to her cowoam ker Rena. Still waiting on a response from this company.
The worst customer service experience ever had in my life. Never pick up phones, never return calls, missed appointment twice. I usually dont comment on review sites but wanted to share that they are horrible.

We just a bought a newly built home and the builder used windows from green world. The quality is horrible. So much dirt comes inside it’s ridiculous and simply not okay! How can these windows be allowed to be used in homes?
I had a contractor install new windows in my house last year. There was a problem with one of the windows. The contractor (California Home Upgrades) we’re giving me the run around for months and I called Greenworld to see if they could do anything since there made the windows. It’s been almost 3 months dealing with them and nothing has been done. I’ve emailed and called multiple times. They too have just been giving me the run around and say the issue needed to come from the contractor that installed the windows. I just want my windows fixed, is that too much to ask for. I hope I never have any issue in the future so I never have to deal with them again.
If you want quality windows go with another company like Milgard. I called and asked if they have technical support and they said nope and I should call whomever I purchased these windows from. Milgard has way better technical support and they even come out if you have a problem. If you are doing a cheap flip and dont care about quality go with these. High end homes STAY AWAY.
Excellent, on the money window guys. Know their product, great communication, and clean installs. Joe and Company are great trade partners. Would use them for remodels in a heartbeat. At times, in the trades, some lack professional attitudes when dealing with homeowners, but these guys are great !! Nice, easy, patient.
Cheap and plastic windows with lacking customer service. Put in a work order for a window repair on April 24 and I am currently still waiting 6/27. They have refused to repair their cheap windows even though I have a ten year warranty. I wish KB Homes never used such an unprofessional and cheap window company. I wish I had the choice to pick my own window company so I would have had the opportunity to buy quality windows.
Very unprofessional company. No pride in their work. Will only do the minimum, with no courtesy, or concern, just do what they have to, and dont care if your satisfied. I was without my patio screen door for 2 months the before someone noticed the track was wrong. Their mistake and they still took their sweet time to get it done. Didnt even last a year, and Im back on the phone asking them to come fix it again. They promise to call before coming, they dont. The girls who answer phones dont care the way they talk to you. Like they are doing you a favor to do their job.Very unhappy with the product and service.
Horrible! We bought a house in August, the previous homeowners had done multiple upgrades, the windows being one of them. We had only been in the house about a month when we came home to a huge crack in one of the windows. We contacted the realtor, who contacted the previous owners, who said they were under warranty. We called the company, they have all the paperwork about the installation, and we were told this one window is NOT under warranty! One window not warrantied, what is that about? Brand new windows and they dont stand behind their work? Anyways, we were still going to work with them in replacing the window, more than 2 weeks has gone by, and they have not gotten back to us after telling us they would. Again, I wonder what kind of business doesnt stand behind their work?
They had a lot of growing pains over the years, but recently they have done better on their customer service and quality control. Very inexpensive, but made well.
Windows arent the greatest quality, but they are relatively inexpensive. If youre buying for your own house Id go with Milgard. If youre replacing windows before selling then theyre not a bad option
I have to say I LOVE MICHELLE that works there she is the most helpful and willing to go the extra mile...If anyone needs help ask for her!!!! anytime there is a problem she is the first to help..she is always kind...Even with me I am still learning to order windows and she doesnt make me feel bad for not knowing everything there is to know..... Everyone at work really value are relationship with Michelle...
Awarded this Company a very large new Construction job. They brought some windows that were broken upon delivery we have been contacting them for months now to repair the broken windows, install screens and perform final adjustments and they are unresponsive. Before they were awarded the job they answered emails and calls were punctual with appointments and now we cannot get them on the phone.
I have been installing there products for 3 years and Im very happy with them.
Green World Windows is the absolute worst! We purchased a home that unfortunately used them as the window vendor. About a dozen were defective, and its taken several visits to have them properly replaced. Along with that, they damaged a wall while replacing a defective window and tried to leave without telling us about it. Avoid this company at all costs!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I am on the do not call registry and even so, they keep calling. Ive told them not to call, but their response is that the do not call registry is irrelevant.

Awful product and bad customer service. Over the past 3 years, I have had them replace approximately 90% of the windows in the house. The house was a new build and the builder nor Greenworld are standing by their product. Its quite concerning and I dont understand how a company like this can stay in business.
