Wow, first time trying Mexican ice cream and it was the best! Fresh ingredients, so flavorful. A must stop. Oh, lots of different flavors.

Definitely a cool place to grab some ice cream and smoothie and snacks for the hole family and friends...

Today I went to get some Ice Cream and a Agua Fresca. I asked them to for a large Tamarindo agua Fresca. It tasted a little funny. I drank 2-3 sips on the straw and it tasted old. They said if they added water it would taste better. The Lady poured the agua fresca which I had drank out of and poured back into the original container. When I told her what she did wrong, she didnt understand why it was so bad. She said I had drank it from the straw and not the cup. At that time, I only wanted the Ice Cream. I will never buy Fresh waters there again.

I think the shop does not deserve a star. The ice cream taste like tuna, the inside smells bad, bad service, to top it off the employee scooped herself a spoon of ices cream and ate it in front of us. I think the shop should not be in business at all until things are straight.

Everything was really delicious, nice big portions! Lots of Flavors of ice creams and paletas to choose from. my parents were surprised at how much the paletas taste just like the fruit!We had the biónico, sundae, mangonada,(wish it had more mango chunks) and paletas!

Staff and visitors are not wearing masks at all. Walked back out. Cold food with sprinkles of contagion? No thanks. If only at least staff was wearing masks...

It was my first time here yesterday night and I picked what i wanted, just because I chose two different flavors that dont so called go together the lady judged me for it, on top of that i asked them if they could put magos and chomoy on it ill pay the extra amount instead she made a whole cup and told me i had to pay for it... idk why some people act like that... I felt like i wasnt welcome at all and my instructions werent clear even though i spoke in Spanish..

We have been to a lot of la Michoacana and we love them but this one is nasty and made us sick the icecream tested weird nothing like mango the girls where just playing around in there and looked like they didnt know how to make anything or even care to

This place has great ice cream at a solid price compared to the stone. English / Spanish was a bit of a barrier, but it wasnt difficult.I really enjoy their cookies and cream and my wife likes their slush fruit flavors. More of a flavored ice than ice cream.Im curious to taste other flavors but I keep going back to the cookies and cream.

I usually go to the one in Ontario. Big mistake coming here. Mangoliada was terrible

Great place for a treat. I recommend getting the paleta de nuez. It has while pecans and tastes great.

If I can give them 0 stars I would, first their ice cream is so unsatisfactory it has such a disgusting flavor my daughter got a cookies and cream scoop and it taste like cinnamon ice cream the worst ever. Plus we got ice cream bars, I got an sandia (watermelon) flavor and it taste like milk. When I went back to ask for a different one or refund the girl said I should of sample the ice cream before, when I wanted to return the paleta (ice cream popsicle). Poorly customer service. I will be putting a consumer report as well it was a disappointment. 0 stars! Don’t go there horrible ice cream nothing like a real Michoacana!

The treats are good, most of them. The service isnt the best they take forever and sometimes forget, they talk a lot but wont do a lot.
