DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIR AT THIS PLACE. When I came here, I had one light problem and then leaving this place, I had MANY lights coming off on my BMW 3Series. Its crazy that they did more damage than fixing it. Then when it came to diagnosing the car, they scrambled and wasnt precise on what the cars problem was. And the fact they said they had to drive my car somewhere else to be fixed but I cannot be with them seems skeptical and unreliable. Also let me add, the fact that most of them are out of uniform and I saw one guy who works there drinking a beer?? Would you really want your car being handled so lightly considering YOURE the ones to drive it and not them? Seems like they dont care about your SAFETY with the CAR theyre supposed to FIX than damage. Im glad I found a better place to have my car taken care of. SO NO THANKS to this place and people, they shouldnt be given at any credit to work because theyre all about taking your money and breaking your cars and bank.

I would give them a rate 0 cause they dont even deserve one star. A Rip off mechanic shop, they took my money and they cant even fix my car. Do not trust them they are cheaters and devious. They do not know what they are doing as mechanics. I expend 3,000 dls and the car was worse than before. And lot of excuses.

Sent this repair shop a 2011 BMW X5 that needed a head gasket. The hourly rate was decent for the area and not trying to overcharge. While the vehicle was down, they replaced my alternator as well without charging me for the labor.Unfortunately for the shop, my BMW kept throwing an engine light. This is where Ill justify my 5 stars. It took them multiple attempts to find out why the engine light kept going off, but didnt charge me any extra labor or parts. They repaired the issue for the agreed on price. Im sure this project was frustrating as it was an injector seal issue at the end that wasnt sealing correctly when they reassembled the engine.Once all was repaired, this car runs faster and harder than when we bought it! The head was completely reworked and now wife is happy to keep the car for a couple of more years!Thanks guys for your patient and determination!

I would give zero stars if possible. This shop is a rip off. They replace my working coolant reservoir and radiator because they said they were leaking, they were NOT. RADIATOR they used is not the correct radiator for my car so my check engine light has been on ever since. The coolant reservoir they replaced also leaks and Ive had the car back to Brian 5 times to fix leak and its still leaking. Keep in mine both of my parts were working perfectly fine before I took my car to BTG. Ripoff business with a smile on their face. Save your money and go to a dealership or you will just pay double like I had to do.

My dealer told me that I needed to find a mechanic because dealerships typically have only fulltime service techs! Lucky me because at BTG I found the kind of mechanic to whom dealers can confidently refer their more complicated jobs. After more than 5 years as a customer, Ive found that BTG can be counted on to be consistently honest, professional, conservative, and conscious of my budget. Thanks BTG you are the best!!

Hands-down this is the best mechanic in town, if you want the job done right at a reasonable price this is the place to go. Brian gets the job done right the first time, so you don’t have to take your car to another mechanic or return it to him for unresolved issues.

Great service and professional. Water pump and thermostat failed Saturday night, car was fixed by Sunday night 10 pm, yes on a a Sunday. They made an effort to get me the car knowing the kids had to be dropped off to school the next day.

Very knowledgeable and honest mechanic. Would definitely recommend especially for European vehicles.
