Thought i was getting great deals until recently. Loyal customer since first car service. Always loved the timing of service car feedback and prices.Then i get shammed today with all the labor and extra fees for a simple fuel pump. Never got charged for diagnostics and other fees before until now. Way too pricey for a fuel pump replacement.

Just call for radiator replacement on 2007 Murano and was done. Job well done and no trying to do nothing out off discussed. So Im Happy with that .Thank you so much

I saw the reviews for this shop and thought this would be my go to spot when I ran into car troubles.I took it in about 3 months ago cause my AC was barely working. I could drive for 30 min and the car would only be 5/10 cooled (Id be sweating). They ended up saying they couldnt find any issue or leak but that my car was just low on freon. They re-filled it for $100 and sent me on my way. AC was working perfectly well for about a month, then it began to fail again. I took it back and was told they had found a leak this time around and were able to replace the part at fault. Again charged $100. Here I am writing this review about a week or two after the second visit, and the AC is not working right. Its not as bad as when I had taken it in the very first time but Im still sweating after a 30 min drive so its obvious whatever the issue is, it remains unfixed.Im extremely frustrated and disappointed in this place, I thought for sure based off general reviews it was going to be a strong shop. Wouldnt recommend.

I showed up on a Friday afternoon at 5:00 needing a fuel pump replacement. I had the part was ready to schedule an appointment for Saturday but they said they would stay late so I wouldnt have to return. Its hard to find a good mechanic who doesnt mind staying late for their customers. I found my mechanic

My car broke down on the highway last night and I was so stressed because i was leaving for vacation the next day. I had my car back before 11 am today. Service was so quick and they were very nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

I recommended recording your conversation with the mechanic explaining the services required in your vehicle prior to them starting their work. I needed to change all 4 break pads, and according to the mechanic people only change the front ones, so he changed the fronts one but quoted me for all 4. When I went to pick up my car they wanted to charge me double the amount to fix the rear break pads. The owner, which was not part of the original conversation, said that I misunderstood, that his assistant told me that it was just for the front breaks. Not happy with the service or the way they handled this situation. Now I need to find another shop to get the rear break fixed. I’m actually wondering if they ever changed the front pads since the old ones were not given to me either. DONT LET THEIR NAME FOOL YOU, they are not “HONEST”!

I have never had a problem with Honest Auto Repair, Shon has been great. He takes care of our fleet vehicles. Took my girlfriends car for oil change and transmission fluid change, no issues. They are very upfront and honest, they dont try to upsell. They take care of the problem and very professional. Took my Gfs mothers car for AC issue, they added freon, a/c runs great now. Even connected a loose horn cable for no charge. Overall, they are a quality shop. Thanks Guys!!

Very clean and professional shop. I took my lowered and heavily modified car in today for an alignment and they were very detailed in achieving the proper specs for optimal performance. I didn’t have to wait and the alignment equipment was a newer Hunter unit. You pay a little more here, but the quality and service is worth it.

I have taken my GMC Sierra to this repair center a few times already. Each and every time has been a great experience. They are caring, all mechanics are knowledgeable in there field, and as there name states they are HONEST. I went to Honest to get an evaluation and estimate to repair my air conditioning which wasnt working. The manager took me in and put the car up on the lift almost immediately. He gave me a ballpark figure as to what it would cost depending on where the problem was. While on the lift he brought my attention to some issues that I had that were much more pressing than my air conditioning. The shop was very clean and the workers seemed to be following very good safety precautions and getting customers in and out expeditiously. I will be going there to take care of things I cant do myself.

Called to get a quote on changing car belts and they said they dont give prices over the phone.I replied that my car is running on only one belt somehow, but It made no difference.

Heres the deal. When it comes to my car, Im a pain in anyones behind. Ive been back several times for them to evac and recharge my AC. It should be called dishonest. I brought my car for an estimate telling that my windows was broken and not rolling up. They did not give me a free estimate and rolled my windows completely open to charge me $70 to manually roll it back up!!!! I came for an estimate and left with a problem. I tried to reason with them and they cursed at me. Most unprofessional mechanics. Scammers. Thieves.

Once Carlos, the transmission specialist who works nearby told me that i did not have a transmission problem, he recommended that I leave my car with Shon who would take care of the misfiring as well as other problems and then Carlos could better determine whether I needed a new transmission. Shon had my car from Monday evening until Friday afternoon. At first, it looked as if he was not going to be able to fix the car and just as I was about to take my car somewhere else, he decided that perhaps there was something he could do. By early Thursday afternoon, everything had been repaired except a misfiring. A few hours later, Shon called to say that he had resolved the problem of the misfiring and that I could pick up the car the following day. I still have to do one more tiny repair but I will gladly drive my car from Hollywood to Shon in Miramar . He gave me excellent service and charged me half the cost of what a previous mechanic had quoted for the installation of a new transmission. Turns out that once the last misfiring had been repaired, I did not need a transmission after all. Thanks to you Shon and your fantastic team. You have earned yourself a happy customer.

Came in a Friday for an oil change and tire rotation, was treated quickly and the service was amazing! They returned my car cleaner than I gave it to them and job was well done.

I have an infiniti g35 2003. My car wouldnt accelerate past 2500 rpms. I had two other mechanics look at it and they couldnt find the problem. I brought it to honest auto repair, honestly, because of the name. And location. Its really close to my house. They found the problem, which was the pedal sensor and throttle body. They even topped my tire pressure for no charge.I am definitely going back for anything else. And recommend to my family and friends.

This place of honesty the only thing it has is the name, my car stayed here for a week, I would only be charged for a diagnosis, $ 250.00, I ended up paying $ 750.00 In pieces that according to them it was possible to guess if I found the problem and which I never authorized, the car came out with the same problem plus a leak in the water pump, I just lost my time and money.Now I have to take him to Court to recover the lost money.If you really need to repair your vehicle, take it to the agency.
