This place has changed. Its very well organized, and theyre always having a sale on things you actually use. Nice staff too. The manager went over and above to make me feel confident about an item that I was about to purchase. I appreciated that.

I havent been to this location in a while but Im happy to say I will be coming back. My experience was great here. Evelyn helped me find the hair I needed for a special occasion. She was very honest and patient with me, which made my customer service experience great. Tequila at the register with the cute name was very nice, friendly and helpful too. Please keep the great staff and customer service there and you will always have my business.

Hate the parking but the store was recently renovated and looks alot better. There is always hair on sale here. Very clean inside and decent beauty supply store. The isles are very tight but they have alot of supplies in the store.

I liked the supplies and products but the moment I walked through the door the employees followed me from isle to isle as if I was shop lifting. My husband noticed it and told me go to the car so he could pay for the items because he was so mad about how they treated me not even 2 minutes through the door. Terrible people.

Located along Miramar Parkway, Beauty Exchange Beauty Supply is a large store that carries a variety of hair extensions packaged in different colors and lengths, as well as synthetic/human wigs in different styles and colors. There are drawstring ponytails & buns for adults and kids. You can also find hair & skin care products, hair accessories, and hair styling tools all at decent prices. They are a few employees at this store and they seem friendly and helpful. The merchandise are neatly displayed on the shelves, which makes for finding things with ease. Note: There are a lot of security cameras throughout the store so dont go in there with sticky fingers...theyre watching you.With the holidays around the corner, I decided to check this place out to get a new cute look. The wigs are towards the back of the store. With so much styles to choose from, I carefully looked at each one and envisioned which one I would look good in. You are allowed to try on the wigs that are on the foam heads, but you must place a stocking cap on your head first. After careful observation in the mirror, I was satisfied with the color and the style of my choices, and the cost of the items were reasonable. In due time I will return to choose another look.

One of the best beauty stores in south fl

Went this store today to return hair that bought at the 54th ave store in Miami and was told by the store manager that I could not. So I drove all the way back down to Miami tonight to make an exchange with no problem. I informed this store manager of what lie I was just told by the Miramar store manager and to my surprise, I could have made the exchange at any store. I was outraged for being lied to and for being inconvenienced as well as not being viewed enough as a trust-worthy customer who should not have been lied too. The Miami store manager was visibly disappointed by the treatment I received that he called the store manager as well as said he was sending an email to all stores to honor returns at any of their stores. To the Miramar store manager, I will never shop at Beauty Exchange Supply store in Miramar.

Horrible customer service. My experience at this store, was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! I came to the store on the morning of Black Friday, looking to buy a blow dryer, some hair, and shampoo. The store workers arrived and gave everyone in line a number 1 - 40. When I entered the store, I was immediately rushed and the employee at the register refused to let me buy the blow dryer nor the shampoo. Afterwards, he told me that, I could go to another beauty store, and he snatched the hair away calling the next customer. The employees were very rude and disrespectful.
