Very helpful here. Sub lines are very slow. I come in on my lunch break and I can not get a sub because they take way to long to make it. Otherwise great people and atmosphere.

This is my favorite Publix location to stop at. It is clean. The staff is nice the products are fresh and the environment is pleasant.

These people can’t give me a straight answer! And when they say something it’s always wrong. Don’t order anything online from these jerks for pickup you’ll be waiting for ages outside or tell you u they don’t have it!

I LOVE shopping at Publix. Their stores are ALWAYS neat and well lit. I love that EVERY Publix has almost identical layouts so that no matter which one I go to I know where to find what Im looking for. I come here to shop very often and majority of the time receive top tier customer service. However, today I will like to point out these two employees who went above and beyond to make sure everything went well with my shopping experience! Only gave the two stars because the little Spanish bag lady was very nice. The female cashier didnt speak when you greet her and she sling your groceries with a little attitude. I guess she doesnt like dealing with the public..

Is very clean, I can always find almost everything I need, the employees are very polite, respectful and knowledgeable, plenty of parking space.

I’ve been going to this Publix at least once a week for the past 17 years. My least favorite section of the store is the deli. It’s a hit or miss. However, the last few times I was helped by the same young man. I was there today and made it a point to get his name for the purpose of this review. Frankie. You are a rock star!!!! I’m always crossing my fingers I get him to help me!!! He’s a hustler. Doesn’t stop!!! And he was very apologetic to the waiting customers. It is just so refreshing to have someone in the deli department who truly makes u feel welcomed!! Thanks kid. I appreciate u!! And I’m sure whoever gets him to help will no doubt have the same experience I did.

Out of all the Publixs Ive been to, from Kendall to Orlando. This 1 has the best, nicest and most helpful staff ever. The deli, produce, stockers, cashiers and bag persons were all AWESOME. It truly is a pleasure shopping here. Thank you

I’ve been coming to this Publix since I was a little girl. Sad to say my mind has turned away from this Publix when one of the girls in customer service stole $5 out of the money I won on a scratch off. I won $45 because I checked my ticket before she scanned it. She had the nerve to lie to me telling me I only won $40. People who buy lottery or scratch offs please be aware because these girls in customer service may try to trick you. Publix should be ashamed to have hired such a fool to work for them. Watch your workers! And stop hiring criminals!

I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Publix on University. This Publix has employees with no motivation to be there. I feel like I’m pulling teeth just to get assistance. Publix subs are never done on time and they never advise if they don’t have specific ingredients you requested on your online order. This grocery store is a complete mess.

The customer service is not remarkable, the people in the bakery didnt know what was Brioche bread when i asked and they never want to help u get the bread u like if is in the back, they want u to grab whatever they have in the rack from last nite. I go to that one cause is the closest to home but definitely the worse publix in the area. The positive side is that as a small publix u go in and out 🥰

Well this isnt my usual Publix but I certainly find it charming. The people are incredibly sweet and helpful. I like the different variety.

There is always an exceptionally long line in customer service no matter what time you go. There needs to be either more cashiers or a different system of handling the volume. I should not have to wait for 30 minutes for any given service at a Publix. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be taking my business to another location until this issue is dealt with.

There was no shopping carts, I found one that was very rusted and unusable. The place looked fair and clean. I didnt have any issues with the cashier. I just there was not any shopping carts in sight.

This is my regular store. The service is exceptional and associates very helpful, polite and professional.

Its a new building with lots of choices of items and things to buy. I got everything I needed here :)

Typical Publix, very clean, employees friendly and talkative and helpful, only thing is the prices are higher than most other supermarkets, but they have just about everything you could ever want. Produce fresh how many items hard not to find what youre looking for.

I ordered high chicken in the deli ... and I told them that without spicy and when I got home I couldnt eat it ..... full of spicy and Im allergic .. I give them two stars for being nice, but lying is not unpleasant ...le quito la estrella porq aun mi boca me arde.

I placed my order for pub subs at 12:30. The website told me 1:45. Of course by 1:45 they had not even begun working on the subs. Normally I check to make sure everything was there, but this time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I got back to work and they forgot a sub. Ill omit his name here, but the gentleman making the subs looked as if he was moving in slow motion. It was really astounding that a line of 10 people had built up and yet he was still not hustling in the slightest. Nice guy? Probably, but he should not be making subs. Its really baffling that someone could move soooo slooow. The takeaway is this, dont bother placing your order ahead of time with this publix, and dont go for subs if youre on a lunch break, you wont make it back to work in time.

Workers are always friendly and everything is fairly easy to find only draw back is there is no pharmacy here

Horrible customer service at the sub station. The employee named Lorraine was rude and disrespectful. She skipped over me to assist the next customer even though she saw me standing in line for at least 10 minutes.

For the most part I like Publix and the BOGO they have. The stores are always clean. It just today they didnt have and frozen tilapia so I had to buy it fresh, which was pretty expensive for a few pieces of fillet. Not to happy about that but other than that Publix is a great place to shop.

This deli department needs some serious help. It took the woman from start to finish 24 minutes to slice one pound of meat and half a pound of cheese. Absolutely ridiculous.

Checkouts are speedy but theres a lot of stock packed up in the store. Great for quick stop ins but also enough stock to load up two shopping carts. Plenty of free parking and full service customer service center and Florida lotto. Across the street from the Bravo supermarket. Many other terrific retail stores are within feet of the two groceries. Dollar General, CVS, Shell gas station Beauty Supply store, a Restaurant, a Bank, Clothing apparels, mobile phone sales center, and more. My go to when I am in Miramar.

Banana muffins were out of stock. Seafood department was very nice and fresh fish was perfect. Orange juice out of stock, expected since on sale.

Found everything including my international items.

This store is located in the Pines area.. Customers are able to pay for the Merchandise with Cash Credit cards..The store has a Weekly Newspaper sales Ads. This time they were out of many items..The store has restroom for the public..Its Handicap assistance..They have many parking spaces..The Service counter is able to help Customers Send/Received money,Get money orders and pay bills.

Been to this publix several times this time I was in to play my mega millions & Lottery tickets the wait was around 10 minutes everyone on line maintained social distance. Mask are Required upon entry to the store & Publix is in Full complience with Floridas Covid Guidelines.
