Good cabinets. I like my kitchen now

The measurements taken were wrong, two sides of the countertop were too short. I was willing to accommodate by having only the small piece replaced and let the other be. At first the seller try to give me fillers. Then seller told me he will be stopping by my house on a Monday but didnt show up nor call. The next day I called to follow up and the seller told me he will call me in 10 minutes, a week later Im still waiting. I have now called my credit card to recall the last payment. At first they seem nice but not responding to their mistakes its a huge issue. I do not recomend using them.Almost two weeks after the above post, the salesman comes to my house to tell me that hes measurements were correct and that my cabinets are of the issue. Mind you, I have had this kitchen for over 5 years and the only reason Im replacing the countertop was because the original had a crack that I did not like. The original countertops covered the entire thing perfectly so now he was trying to blame the installer of those cabinets for the work that he just did. Poor quality, poor ethics. Take your money elsewhere. They also run the business under a different name at a second location, be very careful.

Full disclosure- services not rendered. Why?....Day 1. They showed up one hour late to tale measurements. I called at 9:20am because the 9 am appointment passed with no word from anyone. I spoke to Elena and told her it was my only day off work and I had a really tight schedule. Her reply was: everyone has a tight schedule these days. After he did arrive and took the measurements I went to the warehouse to pick a stone for my counter top. I then had to go back to Elena to pay. We clarified the type of edges and all was set. The day of installation they were again a no show. I called Elena and she gave me excuse after excuse and has a horrible attitude. She told me how some of her guys did not come to work that day, she left my phone number in her office, she was in Fr.Lauderdale, she got lost looking for an address... I told her if I did not at least hear from her the next day that she said they would show up that I would be in for a full refund and she agreed. So come the next day and she was very informative and the installers showed up without issue. The issue was thought that they did not do the correct rounding on the edge. I was not home but had pictures sent to me. As I was on the phone the installers overheard the conversation and simply removed the countertop and left without saying much of anything. I pulled up pictures of the stone I had picked out and realized quickly they also brought a totally different stone. I immediately sent pictures to Elena and she was upset and immediately started with more excuses. She told me that she was not present when I made the choice of stone. She got very angry and said according to me they don’t do anything right and said she would be refunding my money because she did not want to deal with me anymore. She is not an easy person to communicate with. I honestly don’t know how they are in business. I would not recommend anyone waste their valuable time or money with this establishment. They do not respect your time, money or business. She could not have cared less through the entire process. Luckily I was able to get my money back.

Excellent service, my vanities and countertops were installed in four days before I asked for. All the cabinets are made in wood and they have some options of quartz that are cheaper than other ones I looked for, but beautiful anyways.

Past week I made my kitchen with this company and I must say that I loved the job that they did at my house, very professional and kind employees.

VERY OFFENDED!!!In the market for new kitchen cabinets. Located in close proximity to where I live. I go to the store showroom to see what they had to offer. When I walked through the door I wasnt greeted by the lady or man that was sitting there. 🚩🚩🚩 Should have known then I was no one they wanted to do business with. As I enquired about cabinet pricing I was told I needed the measurements. It was about 1145 am I was told that they would send someone to my home around 1330 to take the measurements. About 1430 I call to find out whats going on the lady was very rude and hung the phone on me. I called back and a man answered the phone to calm the situation, telling me that he would come to my home personally around 1700 hrs. Needless to say its 1810 hrs and I havent heard nor seen him at all. A whole day wasted with people who obviously doesnt want to do business with BLACK PEOPLE like myself.

I am disappointed in myself that I didnt see these comments before. I am familiar with some of the complaints that are posted here. Lesson well learnt though. I would not recommended anyone here.

I never write reviews but I feel the need to warn everyone about this business. Take your money SOMEWHERE ELSE. Unfortunately we chose the wrong company so don’t do the same. So disappointed with the quality of the product, so many flaws and the final product was not what we had agreed on. They first sold us cabinets and granite they had on display and after they took our deposit told us they “no longer had it” so weeks passed until they could find us something SIMILAR, their reason ? That the company they order from changes the style and they dont know about it. What kind of business is that? Not only did they sold us something they didn’t have, they are the most disrespectful people we have ever dealt with starting with Elena and David. Their employees are more respectful and puntual that the owners themselves. If I could give this business a ZERO I would. So please, save yourself some time, money and disappointment and go somewhere else.

I recomend these guys, I had two projects and they finished it in less than a week. They have prices 30% less than others in the market.

Kp kitchens show you real nice cabinets, but when I received the cabinets a different story, come to find out they buy the cabinets from cabinet makers and KP assemble them. When I got the cabinets there were scratches on them that they tried to cover up and did a poor job of doing so, and also when they put cabinets together you can see all the nail holes on side of cabinet.I went to there office to talk to them, the owners werent there, the girl in office called them and they wouldt even talk to me said they werent going to do anything about them that as far as they are concern I did the damage. I would never go back to them and definitely never recommend them to anybody!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE

My name is David Arias, manager of K & P Kitchens Corp., Mr Lucas came to our showroom around noon and wanted somebody to go right away to his house to measure his kitchen, he was told that somebody would go in the afternoon. About two hours later he called complaining that nobody went to his house to measure his kitchen, he was very aggressive and loud with the secretary and he said that we didnt went to his house because he is black. Classical way to play the card race. Our showroom is located in an area where most of the population is either african american, haitian, or jamaican, most of our customers, around 90% are black people, we are hispanics, minority too, we have been in this location for twelve years and have hundreds happy customers, many of the friends black americans, haitians and jamaicans, so Mr. Lucas post is totally a lie and just shows the type of person that he is and thanks God we didnt do business with him.
