Last month my we had to purchase new phones and had not been to a Verizon Wireless store. We visited the store on a Saturday and I expected it to be crowded, but was pleasantly surprised that we did not have to wait. Marcelo, the Manager and both Kevin & Alexis treated us with respect and were very professional. Marcelo even went to another location to pick up a phone and accessories that they did not have in stock. Both Alexis and Kevin were extremely patient and helped us set up our phones and did not rush us at all. They all made sure everything was working properly and all data transferred before we left. We are very satisfied with everyone at this location and highly recommend anyone who has an issue or needs anything to stop by. Thank you for the excellent service!

Verizon Miramar and the employee team there truly understand the meaning of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. I had an incredible experience with the team, managed by Jesse along with incredibly talented, respectful and kind staff of Khris, Jaime, Jeff and the entire team. I also was helped by the regional district manager Jeff with switching phones because I was unhappy with my trade in. He didn’t have to assist in the process but he saw an opportunity as a leader and mentor to help his employees learn and grow. They were able to immediately address the problem.is a very kind and easy going sales associate who persisted for an over an hour on the phone with higher Hq customer service to ensure it was done right and my issues were resolved.Jeff and his team understand people and understand their craft. Cell phone buying isn’t always a good experience but I can honestly recommend this store and team of professionals! Thank you!

So incredibly frustrated with Verizon in general but mainly this location. I ordered a phone and tablet in early December, called a few times to see the status of my order. Was told multiple times the items hadn’t arrived. I finally called corporate in January to find out they had received my order in early December. After A lot of back and forth and never getting a straight answer I finally got on the phone with Jessie, the manager who told me the order had been cancelled. Do not come here if you expect a any kind of customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Is a wonderful community. I have being living here for two years. The people who work at the office and maintenance are very nice specially Franger Cintas. I’m very happy here. All around is clean and secure.

Really recommend this place! Jesse, the store manager was great and although the phones werent in stock when I went, the guy went out of his way to get them in about 2 hours. The other employee that was there I didnt catch his name but he seemed very nice as well. Would recommend to anyone switching or getting a first time phone.

Nathan Innocent was the best customer service experience that I’ve experienced in a few years. He went above and beyond and really, really helped me out of a bind. This Verizon location is amazing! Each and every time I go in with a question or a problem, the staff is always extremely helpful. I’d like to especially thank Jesse because I have gone in on multiple occasions and he is usually the one there and is always eager to help. No matter the problem I have, he offers a simple explanation and a quick fix and I couldn’t ask for anything better!

Brandon at the Verizon in Miramar was so helpful, patient, and friendly! He helped answer all my questions - walked out of there with a new phone and a lower monthly bill! I’m a happy girl!

Worst place ever!!!! After getting 3 emails from them to come in, we went to find out if there was a better pan for us. First Sierra talked to us for 40 minutes about a plan and when we were ready to sign up she comes back that she was sorry bit the plan she had told us about was for 4 lines and not for us with two lines. (Wasted 40 minutes!!) Then the Manager Jesse tells her to offer us the Over 55 plan which they detailed for us. I cannot begin to tell you what mess they got us into. I have texts and over 20 emails to prove the mess these people got us into. WE NEVER got the plan they described, instead we were put on a $200 plan we never signed up for and had to pay $70 for restocking fee of a tablet we never got to use since we NEVER got the plan they told us about. Bottom line NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Thank God for VERIZON customer service getting our plan back to the old one. These people (Jesse and Sierra) screwed everything up!! Come to know from Verizon that they are not a real Verizon store just an Authorized Retailer.

This particular location is by far the best in customer service Ive ever experienced in all of South Florida. Steve the stores manager was exceptional with his professionalism and knowledge. I expected to be there for awhile like most Verizon stores are but I was surprised how quickly I was out the door with my new phone!!! I recommend this location to anyone and everyone. This Verizon wireless location has absolutely the best customer service. My wife went to add another line on our account and they helped her select a new plan that saved us money even with an additional phone line. Maylin was exceptional in informing next promotional change that allowed us to avail BOGO option. I got a surprise upgrade for my iPhone. The whole staff creatively worked out best options to hook us up with the perfect plan for our needs. Such exceptional customer focused service is rarely experienced nowadays. Yes... all those other reviews are correct: Excellent customer service at this location. Very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my phone problem in about two minutes, which is about 2 hours faster than I was thinking it would take!

Second time here in 2 years since this location opened. I came in to the store to possibly upgrade my phone and discuss options on a new program. Not only was the staff helpful and patient. They were supportive and not pushy. They answered all of my questions. I had an issue with my bank they allowed me to use the phone to iron out the problem all the while still helping me upgrade. Austin (the manager) chimed in to help his staff along and guide everyone keeping everyone on track. Jonathan Bautista (wireless specialist) who helped me every step of the way. Every time I said I in the establishment he said WE. We were in the process together. It is a great crew I recommend this store team to everyone. Before I go I must give props to another specialist there Jose Cuervo (the G.O.T. fan) who helped put a protective screen on my phone and offered his recommendations andadded in his great humor to my purchases. You all did an excellent job. Thank you all again. LASTLY, I must say I have been in customer service for 15 years. This group is unlike any other. They are a fantastic team and its a great store.

Worst customer service ever! I called to inquiry if the store has a particular iPad in stock, Alejandro, one of the sales rep at the store, said he could not share that information. Honestly, what do you mean you cannot share that information with me??? I specifically made it known I was purchasing the device. I also mentioned I would provide my account number to secure the purchase of the iPad. Typical sales rep. Trying to get you to into their store to sales you something you are not looking for. I wont be purchasing device from Verizon now.
