IAN (Mgr) and his coworker were so nice. He walked me to the item I desperately needed and could not find. He made sure I was satisfied with my shopping experience before I left. Thank you π
Iβm currently in the drive-thru line waiting already 20 minutes. Why allow one car to hold up numerous car behind it is beyond my understanding. If the order is not ready or needs to be located, please have the car waiting move to the side so that you can help other customers that have a simple pickup. Drive-thrus are supposed to be for the convenience, and no one should have to wait more than 15 minutes to pickup meds. Itβs now 25 minutes. I would leave but another car was already behind me so I could not back up. This wait time is outrageous!
Visiting this place (09/01/2021) has been one of the most terrible experiences I have had in recent years and, boy, is that quite a displaced person. I went, because I took an appointment for a quick COVID fight (a very delicate thing). I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and they did not wait, after an hour, I decided to enter to see what happened; They asked me to wait, after another hour, I went back in; I was surprised that they canceled my appointment, due to absence. despite having two hours waiting in my vehicle. All this, do not be comfortable with the discriminatory treatment that I received from one of the employees of the clinic, the situation was not serious for me, if in fact my life and that of the people who are close to me, we did not run the risks of such a terrible disease. she was irresponsible and should be discharged for violating human rights. I hope never to visit you again and I hope that nonok won your trust in this store.
This is out first time attending the store because we are from out of state! When we arrived at the store Ian greeted us at Heath hub to help us due to my wife was not feeling the greatest. Ian went above and beyond to help us to try and get an appointment sooner than 4:00 pm and he started out by writing down my wifeβs symptoms and information to give to the nurses just incase an appointment opens up earlier. When he was taking about my wife he did use the pronoun for my wife and didnβt judge us one bit for being an LGBT couple. We felt like EXTREMELY comfortable! When we came back at 4:00 pm for my wifeβs appointment and he came back to the Health Hub and greeted us again! He then proceeded to ask how my wife was feeling and apologized for assuming he used the wrong pronoun, but he didnβt. π Overall if you are looking for an excellent customer service person Ian is the person to go for! Thank you Ian for making our experience here a positive one!
How much more COVID brainwashing could we need? A year isnt enough, we need to hear about COVID vaccines for the half hour they leave us on hold?
Worst pharmacy ever not the staff, the staff is wonderful but they seem to canβt keep the pharmacy if u are sick and need your meds I donβt recommend sending your prescription here because who knows when you will get it every time you go there is no pharmacist on duty sign!! Please get more ppl on board.

If I could give this place a -1000 I would. Vanessa that does the COVID testing to sum it up in one word sheβs the DEVIL! The way she curses and talks/treats people especially the elderly especially the ones who are physically challenged is unbelievable and I will NEVER go back to that CVS after how she treated my mom and I will continue to contact Corporate until something is done about her. No one should be subjected to her abuse and disrespect especially the elderly she needs to learn to show her elders the utmost respect.
I had to make a stop at the pharmacy and when I went to checkout, Ian took care of me and was very friendly! I was not expecting an interaction at all but it made my day. Great customer service, very funny, and professional
Never once in the year of shopping at this location have I ever had an issue with customer service. Nothing is better than consistency and reliability. Pharmacy wise, Isabelle and Melissa are the best!!
Pharmacy picks and chooses when to open and closes and the girl at the front makes up random things you need to pick up antibiotics like a BIN number? Never heard of it? Lol Donβt waste your time go to the one up the street or use Walgreens.
The nurse is rude and jumpy, waiting times jump randomly and inexplicably. Left cause I would rather get proper care somewhere else.. waste of time

Why you let people schedule an appointment for the flu shot on your app and confirm the appointment and waste or time making me go to then just tell me there is not flushots available and to go to the minut clinic and then tell me there is not slots available there either, first if you donβt have the flushots donβt let the people schedule the appointments in first place and send even a confirmation to my phone to check in once im in the store for the appointment, it doesnβt make sense you play with people with their time and plus with their health, get your act straight. thatβs really messed up

Pharmacy has the worst customer service Ive ever seen, dont try calling them they never ever pick up the phone I was on hold today for almost 40 minutes o needed to get a prescription for today my husband went picked it up and I was still on hold when he got back home. Horrible.
The wait is so long. They took forever to ser you and when the medication isnβt ready you have to wait and theyβll forget about you if you donβt remind them. I needed to take a shot of the medication that I got prescribed and they told me they do not administer shots. So I started calling everywhere trying to find out who administers the shot. When I was about to leave is when I saw the minute clinic and turns out they can give me the shot. The pharmacy didnβt even give me that option!
I transferred my prescription to this location for convenience, worst decision I made.Awful customer service, it feels like youβre bothering them with their facial expressions and mannerisms. When you call you could wait till no end. Waited on the phone for over 30 minutes to check on a prescription and finally hung up, no one ever answered.
Worst pharmacy experience! Drop off a prescription and then came to pick it up at the window and they said it wasnβt there after we received the message to pick it up. Then they finally found it after telling them it was there. Then they found it and stated it wasnβt covered by my insurance. Then we had to say it is and then the lady said it was. Worst experience Iβm switching to Walgreens!

Terrible experience! I walked in to the minute clinic sick. I was there by 6:55 PM (they claim that if you are at the clinic before 7:30 PM they will see you). There was one patient before me sitting waiting to be seen. The nurse came and took him and attended to him. Saw me sitting next to the other patient waiting to be seen. After sitting there for 35 minutes, one of the nurses comes out and tells me that they are closed. And started to recommend emergency rooms and hospitals nearby. I was so disappointed! I was in desperate need to be seen and was there before their closing. I was forced to go the hospital where eventually they prescribed a few over the counter medication. Something that the nurses in this minute clinic couldβve taken five minutes to have prescribed during my unpleasant visit. I will never be going back to CVS again.
My pharmacy of choice for many years.....Completely tired of their incompetency....under staffed always the same thing...I cant say that there has been a pleasant visit to the pharmacy to pick up medications....Now today you didnt have my insurance information.....? Why is has been the same since January this year.....and all my monthly prescriptions are the proof of that.Then I go to my car to get the insurance information that I know that you guys had....and they proceed to tell me that I have to make the line again....but before my turn the tech told me that he need it to take care of somebody else before me......because they had been inline already....so was I.....Will be taking all my business and my families as well to another pharmacy.
Very bad attitude
I came to the minute clinic, waited an hour to be seen. Then had my meds sent to be filled. It took the Pharmacy over an hour to tell me my insurance is not accepted here. Then the Pharmacist has the nerve to say its not there fault but Im sitting there waiting for an hour. Never again will I come here horrible Service Pharmacy sucked
Worst pharmacy ever!!! They lost my prescription and after 20 min of looking for it, they found it in the garbage! It was meds that I needed to start right away! Knowing that I had to start right away how do they lose something like that?!? Horrible experience!
Ive always had a good experience shopping here. The staff is friendly and very helpful. At times the line has been very long, but Ive noticed they always call for an extra cashier to help out and theyre there right away.

Be wary of sending your UPS shipments here for access point. I shipped an item here and when I went to pickup it the package was opened. The cashier did not even verify the pickup which required signature. The rest of the store was common CVS layout, a little disappointed I could not find dry clean at home.
