I would just like to say that I had a wonderful experience at this location the arrangement was gorgeous and already put together I didnt even have to call ahead. Tiffany who worked the front counter was absolutely wonderful she found me a coupon and she even offered me a free taster she was so kind and Ill definitely be visiting this location again!
I went in for a small gift for a friend. I told the young lady my budget and she showed me so many different items within my budget. Knowing it was a gift she gift wrapped the items and suggested other cute ideas. Amazing experience.
Do not order from this location. I have used edible arrangements in the past, but never before have I been so appalled.I paid $75 for an arrangement and specified severe food allergies during my order. However, I received an arrangement covered in exactly what I asked not to be included. This unfortunately had to be trashed.Filed a complaint, only to be called by Vanessa from the store. First words out of her mouth was, First of all..., then to be followed by, we were busy and didnt have the time to review special orders. This ended with, I dont know what to tell you.Apart from lack of customer service training, her resolution was to provide me with a smaller arrangement, because now they have the time to make it the correct way. I have no interest in receiving any arrangement, no matter what size.Never again!!!
They arrangement was quite small for the biggest one they offered. I paid $12 for birthday balloons that I never received, then Cal the store several times and no one answered, but instead listened the advertisement they have in answering machine for minutes and minutes. I decided to loose my money rather than to call again and hear that annoying commercial.Note : you can find a better most thoughful gift for that kind of money.
I ordered an arrangement for a special ocasion and they delivered at 7:00pm because it was residential we were Almost in bed not and of course it was too late to call the store. They called the person to see if they were home and of course spoiled the surprise but told me that we should have paid more for the surprise FEE. Never buying from them again they should have told me about it before the person got their arrangement super late at night and then tell me that stupid comment I should have paid more for the stupid surprise fee.
I was online trying to order a delivery, and ended up calling to place order as i was having trouble.i was told i could not it was to late . they said cut off time is at 1pm your a minute to late 1: 01 .really ? How rude ! Nevermind the fact i was online trying. Not very nice ! Bad buisness ! Owner should check whos running the place, and replace !!
My husband purchases a lot of products from the Aventura location every year for special occasions for me. But this time he went to the Miramar location and we had the worst experience ever. The delivery guy was suppose to come at 9:30am and came at 4pm with melted chocolates, I couldnt believe what I was seeing. The bag looked liked it had been played with it was a sight to behold. Then he had the nerve to say I was waiting for you and it melted; like he could have came up with a better lie than that. I was so applaud and disgusted with the service that we drove in our car and went to the actual location to get our money back, only to learn it takes 7 days to get a refund. All in all, edible arrangements just lost a loyal customer!!!! I will NEVER order from here or any other location AGAIN...
Delicious but a bit pricey. Good value but could benefit from smaller arrangements.
EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE, I ORDER A BASKET IN THE MORNING WHICH DID NOT GET DELIVER. .THIS PLACE IS 15 MM AWAY FROM WHERE THE DEPARTURE LOCATION WAS..I CALLED THEM LATER IN THE EVENING THEY STATE IT WILL BE DELIVERED 2HOURS LATER ..AT 7PM..ON SOMEONES BIRTHDAY..THEY THEN INFORM ME IT WILL BE FIRST DELIVERY 10:30 NEXT DAY, WHICH DIDNT HAPPEN. .THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH GAVE ME A FAKE NAME, AND STATE I WOULD HAVE A 50 PERCENT TAKEN OFF MY ORDER, WHICH NOW THEY ARE GOING BACK ON, BECAUSE THEY STATE no notes from there staff, like that matters to me, CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE THANKS TO SUPV JANICE AND STAFF, I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN
So, I bought some if these arrangements for my mother and my boyfriends mother and I wanted to call to pick up the arrangements earlier now that my boyfriends mother eats the fruits for breakfast, but they would never pick up. I really couldnt even rate their service because they never even served. Worse experience ever. Next time I will try a different company.
Valentines order never arrived never got a call back on status. The arrangement never arrived, I tried calling and I got no answers after calling corporate they said that somebody would get ahold of me within 48 hours. After waiting 48 hours I called them they finally answered and did not fix it anything just offered to refund. Customer service was rude and did not work with me at all. Save your money go anywhere else. You have been warned. 1 star is too much.

I called a total of seven times because i wanted to change my arrangement for mothers day so the seventh time i called they took the phone off the hook i only talked to an actual human the first time i called and the other six they would not pick up i will never order from this location again
