Worst supply store in south Florida these people have no regards to you and your business. They only like big corporation.

If youre a tech and need to go to this location. May God be with you you, could be there an hour while they help 2 customers. Slowest and worst branch in probably all of Florida. On top of that they arent even helpful a bit. Idk why trane cant get better CSR to represent their top tier quality

Literally the worst Trane branch in south florida so far. As an a/c tech I go to a lot of them. This one always takes forever to even talk to anyone. And on top of that while waiting in line the counter sales guys let their friends just walk in and skip the line causing more waiting. You cannot pick and choose who you want to serve first. These guys up front need to be replaced with professionals with actual customer service experience.

Real bad customer service. Just because Trane is a big company and the employees have job security we still a Trane customer and we deserve a little attention. Every time we come to this store it seem like they dont care about the customer, one of the customers told the guy in the counter youre sniking out again it was 430 pm they close at 5 pm and I was standing there just waiting to get service. I have been working with Trane equipment over 20 years and never complained but its clear to me that this location needs a customer service audit.

Wont sell a simple capacitor to a walk in customer. Horrible business practices.
