Tommy is one of the best bike builders in South Florida. He is up front with his customers .He will not let any thing out of his shop that is not safe. Tom is there to complete a job and will tell you up front if he is not able to repair an item. Time is money and fab work is hard when you start with nothing.Tommy is one of the best.

New in town and this is this is the place that come up on my Google as the closest to me. I had an idea for how I wanted to change my bike and Tom showed me a few options of different parts I could use to do what I wanted. It took a few days for the parts to come in, but no one stocks anything anymore so I cant fault them! Tom also noticed a rub on one of my brake lines that was about to burst through and had a new line in stock for me... Cool people. Keep thuggin!

I read some of the reviews and the negative ones I dont believe one bit they have been working on my bikes for years I am always satisfied when I do go there I spend a lot of time watching them fabricate numerous parts so just so you know people dont let one or two bad reviews discourage you from checking them out

Thug Custom Cycles made my dream come true. I have been taking my bikes there for years and have referred a number of friends. With Tommys expertise and experience he helped me turn my bike into a bad ass chopper that was featured in VTwin magazine. This bike was also 3 years in a row best of show in its class, at the annual Toys For Tots run I couldnt have done that without THUG. Not only is THUG a great shop but Tom has also been there for me to assist me over the phone for a few smaller projects that I took on myself. I must say my recent purshase of my second bike was alot easier to make knowing I got THUG behind me.

I started out buying parts for my old Dyna from Tom @ Thugs, then I got my Bagger, Oh my God this shop has nothing but Geniuses working there and Tom is Da Man. You can get what ever you want made with nothing but top shelf quality. Toms welding skills are some of the best out there. I trust that mans welds with my life. The bottom line is if your looking for a shop to do some work on your bike or have them build a custom build for you. This is the shop. I am writing this review on the tail end of my most recent build with Thug Custom Cycle and Tom Keller Design. We are just finishing up a bobber build where almost every part is one-off or required fabrication. BST carbon wheel, Titanium moto gp exhaust with an SC Project tip and dirt bike bar to name a few.I figure after 10 years as a customer and as a bike owner for more than 25 years, Im qualified to write this review. Ive known Tom since he worked for another local builder who was popular at the time from being on Discovery Channels Biker Build-Off. (Sunrise Blvd Shop).During my time as a customer Ive done 2 group up builds, redone a bike built by another local builder, customized my HD Street Glide and HD CVO Road Glide and serviced and maintained all the aforementioned bikes including a quad. Over the years Tom and I have become friends. But anyone thats ever done business with friends knows it can be challenging. Ive tried other shops in the past and no one else comes close to the level of skills and experience as Thug. I like knowing who is working on my bike and that they have the knowledge to do the job correctly. In regards to price, I believe you get what you pay for. They arent the least expensive shop in town but they are fair. Thug Custom could improve on their ability to meet deadlines. As a customer I always want my bike back or built right away. In reality things come up and delays happen even to the professionals. I am sure there are faster shops in town but Im certain you wont find a shop with the same level of quality and attention to detail.

I thought Thug did all its work in house...come to find out EVERYTHING is sent out to other vendors....no dyno..no machine shop and their harley mechanic is a hack....definitely will not go back or refer this shop any longer

A total hack.they took money and delivered garbage.cost more to undo and fix correctly, safety, and make road worthy.would not pass state inspection.stole parts off my bike,offered pennies on the dollar.tried to extort more money at pickup.too many hacks to list.they should not pose as custom,no skill for detail,lousy,inept.lawsuit pending.will post more later.2016
