On web site they said 1 day delivery cause I live in FL and they are in FL, on the tracking the boxes come from NY and my order came in 3 times, mean 3 different days, no one answered the phone when you try to reach the company, 1st and last times, next time will be at Home Depot.DONT BY FROM THIS COMPANY

HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY! Website cant handle processing a credit card. It constantly throws errors. There is no telephone number to contact, you have to use the chat feature...except there is no one to chat with in the middle of a workday because it isnt a chat session, it is a message box that no one bothers to reply too! Stay away!

I needed some high quality textile pads and they were delivered in a couple days. Anytime I have a big packing project, I always order from these guys. Fast and friendly service.

Fast delivery which I appreciate however the tape and the boxes are of mediocre quality. The tape doesnt have enough adhesive strength to keep it stuck to the cardboard.
