This is the worst company I have ever dealt with not only are they incompetent they are liars. I tried for months to return my equipment I told them I stopped using it to pick it up I schedule 6 times to get it picked up no one ever came but they kept trying to bill my insurance but they kept refusing to pay because I stopped using the equipment. So they started sending me bills. Tried calling several times no one called me back. Finally Gina called me back said she would send me a lable to return it and that she would take off the charges well that never happened and now they sent me to collections. I guess I will have to get my lawyer involved since this will now be on my credit.
If I could give them a negative 100, I would. Terrible, awful, unprofessional company. IF, IF, and IF you can speak to anyone other than the billing department, they LIE!! They are in Healthcare. I only needed a wheelchair, which took two weeks of trying to get them. But folks who need oxygen or other life or death supplies or equipment, please go elsewhere. I paid more for that stinking chair than if Id had bought it after they lied that they checked with my insurance and told me it was covered. Never mind I would have gotten it in two days instead of two weeks.

The worst place in Earth!!!! When they called me telling me they had a equipment for me and the high prices they manage. I declined the service, but they still delivered everything to my house couple of weeks later without any receipt or information that showed their name. I called them back and asked why they deliver and the answer was because I never spoke with them. So I returned the equipment 2 days after they delivered to me, now Im receiving a Bill for a Equipment I never authorized and I didnt use, and when I try to call. Its Impossible to get a hold of Anyone.
Worse company I’ve had to deal with even after my sister passed away. I’ve had to call them several times for reimbursement on products never delivered and canceled days before scheduled delivery. I was promise a full refund to original form of payment. Received a check in my sisters name instead. How would it be possible to cash that when she PASSED AWAY! Spent an hour on the phone and was transferred 3 times with no solution to this problem.
My husband has been diagnosed with extreme obstructive sleep apnea. He was sent a CPAP machine in April. He has been having trouble using it since the mask does not fit. After months of phone tag from both my husband and I with your local company and your corporate office, we were promised that a new mask would be fedexed to him 5 days ago. No mask showed up. Around we go again as we are promised a phone call and service. I have low expectations that they will do anything. Stay away from this company.

I had an issue with my CPAP machine and called Aprias 800 number. They said I had a leak in my mask and that they would have a respiratory therapist from the Miramar office call me within 24 hours. It has now been over a week and no contact from Apria, even though Ive called both the Miramar office (no answer) and the 800 number (where they promise to have someone contact me). Ive had it with this company.
I have always used Apria and have relied on them to supply me and they have. However there is a pattern happening and I don’t understand why I have to keep going through this. Apria accepts my insurance but decides they are not going to accept it. And without notification, they call to pick up my equipment. This is the third time this has happened in past five years.So then I have to scramble to try to find an insurance plan that my drs accept and Apria accepts in order to keep breathing.I was on the phone on Friday explaining to Apria that I received a call saying they were picking up my equipment. I asked for them to text me, because I could not understand the person accent, all the medicaid insurance plans they accept now so I can coordinate it with my doctors. The man said something I though was okay and then nothing came.So I called Apria and explained that I would be contacting my drs to see what plans that they take that are in sinc with the plans that Apria takes and still it is not clear what those plans are.The lady I spoke to couldn’t really tell me all the plans. There are several. I need the list so I can go to my dr and have them check what they accept.I cannot live without my oxygen. Today is Saturday the next day. After speaking with Apria about the list of insurance plans, I get a knock on my door and there’s a woman talking about taking my equipment. I said No. look in your computer. There should be notation that this is being resolved.I must have my oxygen. And my drs cannot tell me what insurance plans will work until Apria tells me what they accept.This is not my doing. My insurance company didn’t do this. This was once again a change Apria has made. But it takes time to coordinate the insurance plan to the drs. I’m an a critical care patient. I need what I need And oxygen has always been provided. I’m pleased with that part of the service. This is the only reason I am changing my insurance carrier not my oxygen provider. But this practice needs to change. On Monday I will try again. I will call once more to your office, unless you can send me now a list of Florida medicaid insurance plans that you accept before then because after looking at your site and getting no information about insurance accepted that’s all I can do. My drs and I are waiting on you to let me know all the Florida medicaid insurance plans you accept. Thanks.
I suffer from cluster headaches and this entire process has been difficult because of the doctor Not being responsible but Lily at Apria is an Angel she worked so hard so that I would be able to get some relief from this nightmare. She is a great asset to any any company thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The absolute worst company you could ever use for healthcare needs. They shouldnt be allowed to handle people that depend on equipment to survive. If you have a device that fails and you need a replacement it can take days. You ask for a manager to call you (Annie), never returns a phone call. You cannot get a hold of people and when you do they dont tell you the truth. They simply do not care and are awful to deal with. I wish I could put zero stars because that is what they deserve.
I was informed my device was approved by insurance on Sept 22. Due to several verification of approval, I was set to get my device delivered 10/25. The people in the office are very friendly and courteous.Delivery on the other hand there is terrible. They missed my deliveries, several times after calling them. I later found out when they get too busy they just mark you as refused package. So if you do have something being delivered, keep checking with the office staff not the shipping team. Still waiting for my package to be delivered.

The people at this medical supply store are extremely cold hearted. They could care less about sick people. On Nov. 18, 2020 I received a rollator walker which was arranged by the hospital I was. I have been hospitalized numerous times since Nov due to having stage 4 bone cancer. Upon my last hospital stay from Jan 26 to Feb 1st I was told by the physical therapist that the rollatot handles, although being fully extended, are two short and doesnt allow me to stand up straight when walking. She suggested I call the company and ask them to replace the handles with longer ones or send a new one that was height appropriate for me. The day after returning home from the hospital I called this company and spoke to Brianna. She said there was nothing she could do since I didnt call within 30 days of receiving merchandise. She then agreed to speak to a supervisor and call me back in 1 to 2 hours. She did not call back. The next morning I got a call from her only to realize she called me by mistake. I again brought up the issue from the day before and she just repeated they would do nothing because the problem was reported beyond 30 day receipt of the rollator. It didnt matter to her that I couldnt point out a problem that wasnt made aware to me until last week by the physical therapist. I would advise anyone needing medical equipment to steer clear of this company. I intend to pursue this matter with the hospital that arranged for this ill fitting equipment. I am also contacting medicare, who paid for this equipment (my primary insurance) as they indicated if I could not get this resolved by contacting the company directly, they could file a formal complaint against this company.
In the beginning I got the cpap machine, but now they’re not answering the phone and i drove to the Miramar location did not see anybody there.The rating system should start with 0 stars.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in any type of business. The only thing they did quickly was call me to get credit card info and charge me. Then they are next to impossible to get ahold of and they will outright lie to you in when you should expect to receive delivery from them. They need to fire their delivery driver and use FEDEX like any other decent company. They are incapable of doing anything correct or in a timely manner. And you cant call them to inquire, you will just be on hold all day. What kind of company that deals with the public and uses this kind of customer service doesnt deserve your business
Terrible Customer Support!Expect longer than expected waiting times on your phone, just to leave a voicemail at the end. After several days, expect no response from your voicemail. It normally tkes a week or more get a live person on the phone.
This is absolutely the worst DME company I have ever encountered! Terrible customer service with zero accountability for their mistakes. As a nurse working in case management I will be sure to warn patients and families to steer clear from this business as they demonstrate no interest in assisting to resolve problems. This place has been a no call no show twice. Wait time to speak to someone always over 20 minutes and the person can do nothing but confirm your delivery. Im almost out of oxygen but they seem to think an oxygen patient cant wait until the day of the week they come to my area?? Really need a delivery today, Sunday, willing to wait until tomorrow, Monday but my delivery day is Tuesday they say. Operator asked if my concentrator was working, I dont even have one, just have tanks. Then asked if I knew where the office was like Im going to pick up two huge tanks. Customer service is horrible. Concerns go unaddressed. Owner responds to all these horrible reviews with they would love to help, please contact them. What a joke. Update: It is now Monday, I keep getting calls that my delivery time is changed. When I called I got a 3rd different delivery time. Every time this happens they dont show up. When I call to get a straight answer I wait on hold 20 minutes to get transferred back to the beginning of the line, so frustrating! Dont deal with them, run!
INSURANCE FRAUD? I was checking the price of a knee scooter...The rude receptionist refused to answer my questions until I gave her all of my information. Then she said she can’t give me that information, they can only tell the insurance so much it cost. She went on to tell me that it also depended on “what insurance I had as to how much the scooter cost “ so if I have Medicare the scooter may cost different than if I have a traditional PPO insurance? I don’t want to do business with a company that shows this kind of discrimination. There was no misunderstanding I asked the question again. I just want to know if the scooter cost $500 my insurance covers 80% I want to know basically what it would cost. She repeated that it depended on what kind of insurance I had how much the scooter cost overall. And that they could not give me that information. Sounds like fraud to me !!
Terrible customer service. I completed a sleep study with Blackstone which sent them the orders for my device. They called and left a message on 6/19 my order was being processed. I called them a week later and them seemed to be very confused. They had my EX-wifes address where I havene lived in three years. Somehow the rep hung up, I called back and got their voicemail and left a message. As of 7/4/20 they have not called back. i called my primary back and complained and they said Blackstone was going to set me up with another company. Still waiting.
The worst company to deal with. I had a c-PAP which I received from Apria Health back in early 2017. We moved later that year to another state. I continued to pay the full rental price for the machine until the new insurance would kick in. Eventually the new insurance did after I had my new Dr. write a letter of necessity for it. After going back and fourth with my insurance company and Apria, I asked Apria what is the balance owed on the machine to pay it off. They told me and I paid it. I received a statement showing paid in full. I recently moved again and had new insurance. Apria contacted me to see if I needed supplies. I provided my new insurance and told the representative, if the supplies were not covered, do not order. I received a call a few days later stating the supplies were not covered because my deductible wasnt met for the year. I said once again, then cancel my order. Two months later I get a bill in the mail from Apria charging me a rental for the machine which I paid in full for and 2 months deductible for supplies that i never ordered or received. When you call the customer service number you get a call center in the Philippines which is a joke. I went round Robin with two people until I just had enough and said Im not paying a cent, end of story. Do yourself a big favor, use a different company, preferable one that has a local office in the US you can contact for problems.
Apria Heathcare customer service line is very unprofessional. I am a survivor of COVID 19, my first experience with this company, i was in the hospital and they was calling me that they was delivering me my oxygen, i informed them i was still in the hospital, long store short they delivery the two portable tanks to the hospital. After my recovery i have been attempting for them to pick up their Concetrator and and E Tanks, every time i call and reach out to them, they want to discuss a bill, i told them i have lost my job and that I WILL NOT BE PAYING NOTHING OUT OF BOOK PASS THE END OF APRIL 2020, NO ONE UNDERSTANDING NOTHING BUT HOW AM I GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THE OUTSTANDING COST. I ask for a supervisor was not successful in that matter as well. I used my address as a identifier, i informed them i do not use my ss# or my dob as a identifier, in which i offer my phone number still was not good enough for them, even when they call me i still use the same identifier if you are speaking with the individual why is so hard to move pass go I just do not understand. They have not sent me EOB from them . This is just messy and unprofessional that one is attempting to give them back their products but they have a lot of professional drama. I am not going to play musical chairs so am filing a compliant today with the BBB. Let them explain their unprofessional practice with them.

Could NOT useufor more than five hhours.SECOND mask was ALSO defective. I was given 90 days guarantee. Mask broke about 60 days later. Received a bill for $141.87. New mask only work ONEnight. I bought same mask on eBay for $17 ( +$4 rush delivery). Slept for 8 hours!!!! THIS COMPANY ONLY TAKES YOUR MONEY . Does NOT deliver products in good shape! Billing in Philippines. I get charged by my cell company every time, even when I dial Miramar Office number. Managers have NOT call me back. Respiratory therapist has NEVER show me how to use machine. Be aware !!!!!!!!
Received a call from the local store about a wheelchair bill. Apparently the chair was a rental and the insurance stopped making payments. A year later Apria calls and asks us to pay almost 1000$ in rental fee. No one has informed this was a rental but most importantly no one has contacted us when the insurance stopped paying. We should have gotten a call a year ago when the insurance stopped and to be asked do you want to continue renting or return the chair. Very disappointed with this service which I think is very dishonest to call a year later and inform us of this and the bill that has been accumulating. Stay away from wheelchairs from Apria. Also not possible to get in touch with the local Apria store. The number goes to the main same customer number which is not helpful. In short, Get a wheelchair from any store for 100-150$ $ and save yourself the trouble of dealing with this nonsense.

My insurance changed and I was switched from another healthcare company to Apria for my CPAP machine. I’ve been using a cpap machine for 5 years every night. I have severe sleep apnea and cannot sleep without it. So first, they quoted me the wrong amount for monthly payments. They said it was $50 a month. After several phones calls it turns out it is really $5 a month. So right away I am skeptical of who I am dealing with. Once this is worked out I schedule delivery. They go out of their way to explain to me I need to have my old cpap machine picked up before receiving their machine or else I will get in trouble with the insurance company. They schedule delivery, take hundreds of dollars in payment, and then tell me I will receive delivery between 9am and 5pm the next day. I have the old machine picked up that morning and wait for the machine. 4:30pm comes around and it has yet to arrive. So I call them. A lady says she will call me right back. She didn’t. 5pm comes and goes so I call again and another lady start complaining that this is her personal number after 5pm and Apria is closed. No reason for why they did not return my call. So now I have called there after hours number twice and both times I was told someone would call me back that evening. They didn’t. So now I am stuck without the cpap and cannot sleep without suffocating. It is literally impossible to sleep. I am very angry because they were shady with the pricing, they were quick to take my money, they went out of there way to convince me to return my machine before their delivery, assuring me they would show up, and now I am stuck without a medical device I am highly dependent on. Every person I have spoke to so far has been shady and I am furious right now at these “medical professionals”. Thank you very much Apria for making people’s lives even more stressful in the middle of a pandemic. Really classy!
I cant speak to all of the other things mentioned in these reviews. I am sure this company and this industry have issues. But today I was away from home traveling in South Florida, and I had an issue with my CPAP. I hadnt had decent sleep in a couple days, and my quality time with my family over the holidays hung in the balance. Despite their apparently largely mail-order business not being designed for someone to show up at their door (really, dont show up if you can avoid it), and the fact that there was nothing in it for them, and me standing around like a sleep-deprived jerk messing up their processes and not even knowing exactly what I needed since all my paperwork was back at home, they went the extra mile and really came through for me. So, by way of thanks, heres five stars, folks at Apria Miramar. Much appreciated.
If your doctor, or your insurance offer to you to use Apria, say hell no! Run away! This company is a joke.They told us that the breath machine was suppose to delivery Friday morning. After many calls, text messages, and hours waiting, and after manny “I don’t know” from Ashley and Casey.So then they choose to delivery the machine a Sunday 7:20pm, with no previous announcement.Guys, just give up. Your company is a joke.

Apria is one of the worst company to deal with. Firstly, it appears that the telephone representative live in another country, who cannot advise you about anything on your account. And they certainly don’t understand how to research errors or seem to know where to contact for assistanceAnd there is never anyone available from their accounting/billing dept to help you with discrepancies.I sent in a check from my HSA account, which they posted incorrectly because they thought the payment was from my insurance company. It took more than six months for them to apply it towards my account. But instead of posting the lump sum to the account, they posted small amounts spreading it over six months to post the entire payment. In the meantime, they sent my account to collections although I was contacting them every month trying to sort out the payment. Everyone should also be aware of their underhanded way of maying people sign up for auto supply service. They tell you that package cannot be sent back through post office or ups and they will need to do the pick up - but they never pick up. And by the time you call back in few day, only then they will tell you that they cannot pick up medical supplies after 3 days. So then you are stuck with supplies that are not yet by your equipment. I don’t generally write reviews, but the service was too egregious not to.
The doctor ordered my dad a wheelchair and I got a call from thiscompany. First of all I could barely understand the woman on the phone. Secondly she ask me for my credit card information to have on file. WHAT ??? Never.... I told her my dad insurance company pays in full for his equipment. Why would she need my credit card info. VERY SHADY. i TOLD HER TO CANCEL THE ORDER. DONT TRUST THEM.
This company is horrible! I was on the phone with Apria for 35 min and got no where. I got a CPAP machine delivered to me in December and never got a call nor a bill stating what I had to pay? I have been chasing after them for an answer and nothing. Now Jan 1st my insurance changed I called them again and all I’m getting is the run around.Finally, I was told I had to pay $312 for the month of December towards my deductible. If I had known, i would of waited a few more weeks and allowed my new insurance to kick in. But I went a head and paid it, because I don’t want any issues with collections. Now I have Cigna so i got transferred to care centrix. Care centrix stated that there is no auth on file for the machine and they had my new insurance info since Jan 1st and were in the end of January and I don’t know what my responsibilities are for this month? Care centrix was kind enough to do a conference call to try and resolve this issue and Apria hung up on us three times. Which she states they are known for that. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and no one was able to help. At the end of the day nothing was resolved. I am calling Apria today and returning the machine. I don’t trust this company with the billing and with them monitoring anything. I will call my doctors office and let them know to send me to another company.

2 months remaining to complete the 10 months for rent and keep the equipment. Change insurance company and they said we need to start a new contract. If you are expecting to solve your apnea with the PAP therapy do not waste you money with this company and the equipment. The equipment does not help very uncomfortable to sleep but you have to use it fot at least 4 hours for the insurance to pay this is a nightmare.
Do not do business with this company. They are horrendous. Ordered equipment for a major surgery and the crutches were the wrong size. Two weeks went by and I called everyday to get the right size and they repeatedly told me they would be out there that day to replace them. They NEVER came. I was forced to buy my own crutches the day before surgery. After getting home I fell twice because I was not used to crutches and was not given time to practice use. Several times I told them I was going to buy my own but they kept reassuring me they were coming that day and I believed them. Never again. This company is horrible. Do not use. You will be frustrated at a time when you are vulnerable. They need to be shut down.
My sons pediatric sent a request for nebulizer machine. It has been a week and still have not yet been delivered. I called for EPA and was told several times its on route.
They are terrible in getting back to you. My husband has been waiting for a CPAP for will over 1 and 1/2 months! If not for us hounding them, I would have no clue when the machine will be delivered.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The employees are rude and talk over you. I was billed almost $400 for a CPAP machine that not only was NEVER used but was returned with a week of receipt, intact. I asked to return it and someone, unannounced and rude picked it up at my front door. When I called about the bill, they were rude, yet again, talking over me. I cannot NOT recommend this company enough.
My son got discharged from the hospital. The hospital requested the equipment he needed they sent the wrong wheelchair, the wrong commode, the special mattress for the hospital bed is still pending. There is no communication between them and the delivery. They are not liable at all. I have to buy in amazon what he needed and still doing it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU CANT COUNT WITH THEM.
A star is too much to give. Ive been trying to change the setting on my c-pap machine for 8 weeks now, since my doctor faxed them the new setting. Dozens of phone call,. Some times Im told someone will call you to walk you through it but most times Im told we can do it remotely, just leave your machine on. NOTHING. The worst customer service I have experienced. Still waiting and calling. In addition, each time I call I get someone in the Philippines that I can;t even understand what the heck theyre saying.
Off shore customer service is horrendous. Severe communications issues. They called me instead of the hospital where they were supposed to call. The conversation was so bad that I thought it was a scam and cancelled the order.Apria, breakdown and spend the money to provide customer service your customer base can understand!

Had surgery on March 8th prescription sent to Apria on March 11th for a well needed equipment. Received a recording from Apria acknowledging receipt of the prescription.Next call from Apria was March 28th (over 2 weeks later). Who does business like this?When someone is ill and need equipment that need is immediate not 2 and 3 weeks later.SHAME ON YOU!!.
Completely incompotant company who out source to other countries. You will never get anything done. My experience with this office and Apria has been horrible. You can never get a hold of someone and when you do they say they will call you back and they never do. My husband has been trying for a week and a half to get help with his machine that is not registering. Our insurance company is threating to have us return the machine since it looks like he is not using it when in reality he is. Yet we cant get Apria to assist. Very frustrating and horrible customer service.
USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. Terrible service, my equipment was broken upon arrival (i did get a replacement days later), very hard to contact, insurance stopped paying (without my knowledge) I received a large bill from Apria with no communication. Once I requested they pick the machine up they were very difficult to work with.
Horrible service. Received Prescription over a month ago. Failed to fill. When contacted first couldnt find it. Then gave excuses why couldnt fill it. Then advised that someone would call me back in two weeks. Pathetic!
Keep sending wrong equipment. Went to Drs and the Dr. sent in new information. I called because I expected to have it by now but they said it was on its way. I asked what they sent??? WRONG AGAIN. 3 hrs. on the phone the best I can get is they will ship me the correct stuff if I pay for it.If I have to pay for it Apria will be the last place I go. Please avoid this company because one agent says one thing then the next double talks and tries to twist it as if they did nothing wrong. When they did everything and I mean everything wrong and take no responsibility .You know the saying, Your just a number . It really hit home today.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My daughter had Osteotomy surgery on both legs, which is fracture of bones and changing rotation. Wheelchair and commode was ordered to be available at hospital day of discharge and nothing was there. As of today, 3 days home and no wheelchair still, just got told it will not come until ending of next week. Between them and Centrix Care, theres alot of lying going on. Claiming they never got prescription for wheelchair, only commode, but both items was on same prescription. Very bad company and customer service.
Would give 0 stars if that was possible. These people are incompetent and incapable of providing any actual healthcare to the people who are dependent upon it. Any attempt at cooperating leads you down a spiral of phone transfers and “that’s not my dept. but I can transfer you somewhere else”. God help anyone who has to deal with this company. Godspeed and get a new healthcare provider ASAP. Hopefully they’re continued lack of anything resembling actual care will sink this company into a massive lawsuit that bankrupts the company. At least they’re already morally bankrupt.
This company is AWFUL!!!! When you need supplies you get an automated recording that says you might get a call back in a few days! They have no care for peoples health or well being. They are just trying to sell CPAP machines and get the money out of your insurance company. SHAMEFUL!!!!!! They should be investigated and closed down!
Worse service ever.... Never answer phone and they dont know how to bill to the insurance. Dealing with them for a year and still having the same problem. The number they have in the invoice always has a fax connected.
This company is pitiful. We have been waiting 2 days for them to deliver the prescribed medical equipment required for discharge from the hospital. They lied to us on the phone multiple times saying they would deliver by the end of the day, but still nothing. Avoid this company at all costs. Unreliable, dishonest, and poor service.
My husband and I have tried for 3 days straight to contact an individual at the location where we picked up the sleep apnea machine and it has been a horrible experience. Like other people have mentioned in this review, the customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. We are business owners and if we were to give customers the same service that we are being given, we would be out of business in a matter of weeks... maybe even days.
I live 15 miles from their HQ and cant get a person on the phone closer than the Philipines. Was on hold for 20 minutes calling te LOCAL number and still got the Philipines. I was told by Carecentrix (another HORRIBLE company) that someone from my local office would call me at 12:30. The I got was from the Philipenes. Communications gap is wider than the distance between us.
Avoid letting your insurance select your cpap supplier. Ask your sleep physician for the prescription. This place has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. When you call, you are transferred from department to department. Their turnaround time has exceeded 4 weeks. Im not sure if its my health insurance providers fault or not, but nobody can give me any information on why the order is taking so long. It doesnt even deserve one star. This business would go under without the health insurance cabal.
To the owner(s) you guys should be ashamed of the lame service you guys are providing. My brother waited 1 hour and a half to speak with a rep from your company and he was based in the phillipines. The hospital im in requested a wheelchair around 10 a.m. it was supposed to be delivered by 1:30 p.m. two hours later the the hospital wont discharge me because of your imcompetence. It is sad that businesses like you, are allowed to provide such services. Shame on you!
This company is made a bunch bumbling fools. Called to place an order for oxygen and the phone menu goes around on a loop. People must be desperate if they are doing business with these bufoons.

Their customer service was very unprofessional, they gave me an appointment for the CPAP machine class on memorial day. I questioned that this is a holiday and that they would be closed. They said no, they will be open. Before I left my house, I called them again to verify and again they said I was on the schedule for the class. So I left my house in Miami lakes to Miramar to find the office was closed. They could care less that I changed my plans for that weekend. I believe this happens because their customer service department is not from within the office in Miramar but its in a center somewhere. Today we went there and they were very professional, on time and our experience was much better.

Our daughter was discharged from Miami Childrens Hospital last Thursday after a 5 month stay.We were assured that once we arrived home a Respiratory Therapist would meet us here with equipment and provide instructions.We are still waiting. Its been a week. A week without a nebulizer to administer her medicine. A week without supplies. Our daughter has a tracheostomy and G-tube.I have had to go to a retail medical supply store to purchase the essentials to keep her alive.This company is charging things to our insurance and not delivering them or providing the services so we cant even request them from a different company. We are going to be forced to take legal action because we have now had to do an emergency trach change due to their negligence.I am appalled and horrified they are doing this. It is disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The head of social work at Miami Childrens has been involved and has vowed to never set up another patients home health care through them because of this experience. Our issue has gone all the way up to a VP of the company and there is still no correction. From the bottom of the company all the way up no one cares.
HORRIBLE ! My child was diagnosed with bronchitis and a machine was ordered at 10AM, they said it would be an hour to deliver...I rushed home, Its 8 hours later and I have no machine. Ive been on the phone for 45 mins, spoke to 6 reps, no one is accepting responsibility blaming others and saying theyre behind in orders. I offered to pick up equipment, but office closed....my child has missed two treatments because of their negligence! IM WAITING ON MY SURVEY
They dont even deserve a star. Poor customer service, unprofessional, lack of knowledge of on their own oxygen supplies and they dont care about peoples lives. Horrible company!
This company is terrible to try to do business with. Waited 1 month to try and get a nebulizer for my son and every time I called all that they would tell me was that it was being processed and they did not know why it was taking so long. Stay away from this place if you need equipment.
It has not been good. Since Oct 2013 only return 1 phone call, send me emails to sell equipment, no set delivery of supplies, no response wanted tanks 6 days prior to an expected Hurricane in case power outage, last time maintenance May 2014, truck driver barely looked at concentrator, ignored Pulmonary Doctors request for portables for 2 years. Cant get live person to deal with. I am stuck with them because of Medicares laws.
The worst service ever, employees dont know their own policies. They cant call and offer an arrival time. They also cant make it to you in a 4 hour window. WHAT A JOKE!
Do not do business with this company unless you want t to get ripped off. Terrible billing they over charge me monthly and I have to keep calling for refunds every month. They blame the insurance company and Stated insurance company denied payments which was not true
They will not deliver refill tanks. I am a lung transplant patient and can not lift much weight. They do not care at all. Still waiting for my Apria cordinator to call me and that has not happend yet
Do yourself a favor and avoid Apria at all cost. Its honestly such a hassle to get them to do anything in a timely fashion its not even worth the stress.

Omg,terrible service,Im on oxygen and Im a prisoner in my house because this company brings you half of what you need have the tanks but dont have the connection for the tanks nor do I have the caddy for them I call and call them and they keep on lying.

I have a bad experience with this company. Their service is terrible, they deceive the clients (Ive been waiting for a nebulizer for 1 week and every day is a different story).I do not understand how they still refer patients to use the service of these types of unprofessional companies.
