Thank you Hub Cap Annie, for charging me DOUBLE the amount you were supposed to and then proceeding to tell me you did nothing of the sort, when i called my bank and they clearly stated that you did. Oh, and not to mention the damage the trailer did to my box frame, did not protect it from water whatsoever. Your service was nothing but disappointing.

Used their U Haul Equipment rental during the severe snow storm. They were extremely friendly, the parking lot was well kept. Rental and return was easy and we were on our way! Will definitely use again in the future!

Just visited for a U-Haul rental. This establishment is awesome. Need any kind of hubcap? They have them! Classics, OEM, or aftermarket. I did see some wheels too.

Great people and great place. If I need moving done in the area this is the first place I go to. Super nice people that helped me out substantially despite computer issues going on through no fault of their own. They made it up to me and really took care of me as a customer. Theyll always get my business when it comes to moving!

I have bought hub caps from them for many years and have always gotten great service. Both owners are very polite and easy going, i rented a u-haul from them once and that was fine also. They have a lot going on and are very hard working people, i have referred many of my customers to them.

The web site is excellent if you are looking to rent a moving truck. However, I am working with my children to restore a vehicle. Found this place looking for original hub caps/wheel covers. The web site and the Face Book site is of no help. Very disappointed here.

This is purely on U-haul services. I was delayed in my move by 4 1/2 hours for equipment that was not ready for my pickup. This is after delaying my pick up of one item by 12 hours. Communication and service here broke me down to tears. It was a frustrating to say the least, an experience I would never wish on anyone else. The equipment that was broken and not available for my use was a tow dolly, for my multi-state move.

Very honest in helping us determine what truck was best for our needs. Had we gone our original plan it wouldnt have worked at all. Glad we took the advice!

I ordered a rim for my handicap van over the phone with the owner. My son picked up the rim and written on the receipt was a note to bring in old rim. I was never told about a core charge. I was commuting out of town and did not get back into town until after they closed to be able to take it in. I got a call from the owner telling me to bring the old rim in, never once did he say that I had to do it by a certain date. Within a week of the phone call, I found he had just charge my credit card without authorization. I confronted him about it in which he said it was their policy and argued that he told me about the core charge. Best practices would have been to get authorization for the core charge upfront and refund it when I returned the rim. He didnt do that because he never discussed a core charge. I would never go there again or refer anyone to them.

If I could I would give this place less than a star. We have a reservation set up for today, but theyre closed for the next couple days??? No one even bothered to contact us! Last week me and my husband drove by the place, and it was surrounded by Cops.Also when my husband called in the voicemail did not say anything about being closed.

Great place to go if you need a hub cap like i did to replace the one i lost on a trip to the east coast and she had one exactly the same stock hub cap i needed. Also they have U-hauls there as well.

Every single time I have rented a truck from Hub Cap Annies I have received excellent customer service.

Hub Cap Annies was able to help me out when I was in a bind on a Sunday. They were the only truck rental co. That answered the phone & had a rental available in 10 minutes after our reservation with another company wasnt available!

We got the truck we needed but the staff wasnt very personable, I dont know if it was a bad day but me and my grandma didnt have a good experience with the staff.
