There customer service was great and the service dept kept its word and had my repair completed as stated.

I send everyone I know here that needs work done on transmission. They know what they are doing and back their work up with a warranty. The lady that works at the front desk very help and sweet. Most definitely would use them for any transmission work.

I came here with a small issue and they gave me a quote that was far higher than anywhere else. Since they had good reviews I still had them work on my vehicle but wish I hadnt. I had to take it somewhere else to fix the damage they did.Do not come here.

I took my car in to repair a leak. It was still leaking the next day and there was a loud clunking when i drove so I took it some where else. These guys didnt put a seal in properly and did not put the axil back together properly either. Their mistake cost me an extra 300$ to fix! Would never go back or recommend. Still trying to get my money back

Transmissions are expensive to repair, so it makes a difference when you have great service and confidence that its been done right.Michelle handles the up-front operations, and she is capable, professional, and friendly. That also matters when you are dealing with a major repair.While I hope that I never have to see them again, I will never go anywhere else if any other car I own needs transmission work.

They treated me right! Not only was the bill less than what they estimated, they gave me a ride to where I had to meet some people while my transmission was being worked on. These are good people and were recommended by my go-to mechanic.

Okay, so I feel like I have a special case. I have a 2013 Ford Focus SE Hatchback and like a lot of Fords in that time frame, it had clutch issues. Mind you, I didnt know about the problems until a few weeks after purchasing the vehicle. Now, to find the issue of my car they had it for 8 (long & nonconsecutive) days. But, I want it known, they did NOT raise the estimate for me and they worked very hard to find the issue and even got me a rental for the end of it. My car now is working like a dream. I am SO happy and SO grateful for the work they put into my car and I am so happy I went with them to fix it. I highly recommend the folks at Certified Transmission.

These guys are just great! They do great work for a fair price and in the time frame that they tell you. Theres no misguiding or trying to sell you things you dont need. I also just got a follow up call from them a week after my car was finished making sure that everything was still going okay and to see if I had any concerns. Just some friendly, professional folks doing a quality all around job. Highly recommend!

People are nice had to have my transmission rebuilt it messed up again 4 days later they forgot to tighten some hoses sent a wrecker to get it and took another 3 days to refix but they did it without any hassle

Took my truck in for them to look at so I could get an estimate of how much it would cost. Took them a week to get to it because they were busy and it was a holiday weekend. Once they called me they told me what was the problem and gave me the estimate of $350, which honestly wasnt that bad. They fixed it and returned it to me the next day and was a bit cheaper than they expected. They are truly certified!!!!

Don and his crew at Certified Transmission are great people to go to for transmission problems. They were extremely helpful in answering my questions. The quality of their work is excellent and fair priced. I highly recommend them.

Just a little over 2 years ago I had my transmission replaced by Certified and because it is a CVT transmission they will not warranty their work. Just got a quote from the Nissan dealership saying the transmission needs replaced.

These guys are great! they rebuilt a transmission for me out of a 91 Toyota mr2. the parts for these cars are hard to find as it is and certified found all the parts I needed for a full rebuild from all over the country! the price they offered was very fair for the work they had to put into it and also staying later 30 minutes just so I could come pick it up! I had to make a 2.5 hour drive one way but Ill do it again anytime I need a transmission rebuilt

Awesome experience! Went to Precision and left after the man at the front was rude and tried to charge me $40.00 just to inspect it. Came ro Certified and was greeted with a friendly smile and no charge for the inspection.
