Bought a new car from Jordan Toyota and the service connect did not work from day one even though it was promised to work. Went in three separate times to have it “fixed” and we were told it would take less than 10 minutes. Each time took over an hour. We were constantly told we were not correctly pressing the fob button three times when both our app and fob were not working. The car was then picked up from my work and we were told we would have it by lunch, five days later we got our car back, however, the connected service still did not work. We called Toyota support who talked to the technical team and gave us a “handshake” code that Toyota service had to enter on step k. According to Toyota technical service, the fob should work when this process is done correctly, however, we were told by Jordan that this would not work when the car was brought back to us. When we contacted Jordan with this information we were told we would be called back in a few minutes and we were of course not contacted, but ignored. The service manager, Zach, delivers horrible customer service. We have been given the runaround since day one. We would not recommend purchasing from Jordan or using Jordan’s service department. We do not believe that they possess the knowledge or care that is adequate.
Today my husband and I stopped in to check out some SUVs and were treated like family. Daniel Stacker took great care of us today it felt like chatting with a old friend about cars gave us great options. Explaining every detail and taking our concerns about certain things and talking with us about ways to fix it or make a suggestion to accommodate our budget. Today I was able to pull off the lot in a brand new 2019 Nissan Pathfinder! With payments in our range. Completely and totally covered from bumper to bumper. Free car washes as long as I keep my sticker from Jordan or keep my paperwork on hand ( is this real life?🤩). So many cool little perks. Like the fact there is two nail techs in the customer lounge 😍!!! It truly was an awesome experience to be at Jordan Toyota and to work with such great caring people. Paper work was a breeze, it seemed like we signed half of the paper work we did when we bought our truck from another company. Again everything was smooth from start to finish. Thank you Dan and Tony, for all your help today. Im super excited to have such a beauty for a vehicle, it fits the whole family. 😊🚙
Purchased new Toyota pickup from Jordan Toyota had an issue from day on took it back multiple times finally got Toyota involved. Thought it was finally fixed until started making noise. Check fluids realized after they put new rear axles in they never filled it with oil Jordan Toyota refused to repair the damage tried taking it to other dealers they said because rear had just been repaired I had to take it back to jordans. Jordan Toyota refused to fix their mistakes. Cost me over 4000 dollars to repair my 2019 17.000 mile truck save your self the same headaches go anywhere else
Jordan Toyota service is always quick and courteous, they can always slot me on when needed. When it comes to the actual level of service they are one of the better of not best service facilities in the area, the quality is there. Sometimes their price points are a bit high but sometimes you have to pay more when you know that youre getting the best.
