I love them. I always buy the books that are considered to be in used very good condition. Never pay more than 3.98 per book & Ive purchased 17 books since June of 2020. Every book looks like its never even been cracked open. Shipping is very fast, bought last order on the 12th and got them on the 16th. And the email they send you when your order has shipped is the cutest email ever!

The book arrived better than what I expected from a used book. I received it one day late, but thats just because it left the Better World Books warehouse in the evening, whereas it was sitting there packed, ready to go, ever-since the morning. It would be much better if some how they can reduce the time in getting the books to the shipping company faster. The shipping companies do pickups two or three times per day now.

I received a used book described as in very good condition and it exceeded my expectations. The book which is a difficult book to find and if one actually finds it, it is sold at exorbitant prices. I paid a very reasonable, affordable price for what I received which I would describe as in new condition. It only has the name of the former owner written in pencil on the copy right page. I would highly recommend this company, They provided excellent customer service and the book arrived much faster than I expected. It was well packed, so there was no transit or delivery damage.

I paid extra for expedited shipping to get books in time for my daughters birthday. When checking the tracking number, USPS said it had been delivered on time, but we had no package. BWB basically said, not our problem. Contact USPS, which we did. And we know how good the USPS is with customer service and tracking issues... We heard nothing back for several days, and then our package miraculously showed up a week after I needed it. So much for expedited shipping.

The book arrived on time and in excellent condition! Its actually a gift for my partners granddaughter who is just beginning to learn English in school. I cannot express how happy I was to find this book as the copy I mailed to my partner for her granddaughter was stolen before the package was delivered. I did not know it was an ex-library book. The received copy still has the library book index number taped onto the spine. It is not possible to take that off because of the glue on the sticky tape has already merged into the paper. I will ripe the cover if I force remove the sticky tape label of the library. I will not shop here again.

Ordered on April 17, shipped from the UK to Singapore on April 20.Took a month to arrive on May 18/19.Although the whole delivery is too long, am thankful I neednt request for a refund. Unlike my previous USA to Singapore international shipment that never arrived.At least my past few orders from UK to Singapore still arrived and condition of books have had been way better than the GOOD described.

Sometimes they are not in the condition as described and when I receive ex-library copies they are always covered in hard to remove stickers and impossible to remove stamping! I bought the book used because I figured that it’s a little silly to buy it new, it’s a book. If I’m not mistaken the listing said “Used-Like New” of it may have said good but either way I was slightly disappointed in the condition. It had creases and bent pages and just a little rough around the edges in general. It was a gift so I wish it would’ve been a little nicer but it could just be my OCD! Overall it was fine because it was legible and serves its purpose.
