Kristy came out, gave us a quote, quickly replied to any questions we had, and helped us choose the perfect flooring. The installer was very professional, showed up on time, respected our home, and was very thorough. He genuinely cared about his work and we’re so thankful for that! We highly recommend them!

I am not one to leave poor reviews, but i think i have to in this case. The problems started from day one. If i wasnt for the fact that we are too busy to have made other arrangements i would have never used Comfort Flooring. My wife and i decided online which carpet we wanted to use for a stair runner. So we come into the store to look and feel the samples and make sure we were making a good choice. The women we ended up working with was running around the store frantically like she was impossibly busy and rushing through talking with us. At times even cutting me off and holding her hand up to stop me from asking her questions. So we decide we like the carpet and have them send us a quote which is way too high, but is fine as again we do not have the time to find alternatives. We finalize everything and put our deposit down on our carpet. With almost no communication i have to call back almost every step of the way for our eta of our carpet and scheduling the fitter to come out to our house. One time i had a missed phone call from them and i returned their call. When the lady answered i told her i had a missed phone call from them and her response was from who? there is more than one person that works in this office. We were told 3 weeks is the typical time but was quoted 4 weeks to be on the safe side well the whole process took 3 months. After waiting 3 months our installer comes and luckily i was working from home at the time and came down to check the carpet. Well its the wrong carpet. I call and explain the wrong carpet is with the installer. They check to make sure they just didnt grab the wrong carpet and they didnt. I receive a call back with an attitude telling me we are just going to have to reorder and go through this process AGAIN. No. I tell her the carpet is the same brand and quality and it does not look bad so we will have it installed and of course we expect a discount which the promptly offer. I have never worked such a poorly run company in my life. We have rental properties and other on going projects that will need flooring and guess where i will not be purchasing from? Comfort Flooring.

The carpet and vinyl flooring are nice. However, we had a terrible experience. The carpet installers that they hire are not trust worthy!! They were very unprofessional! Showed up late, helped themselves to our refrigerator, fell asleep on job in our house, stole tons of money from us, installed carpet without laying new padding down, banged up our walls, and left tools behind…The sales person ended up coming out so the carpet guy would do his job correctly! The manager apologized, but never helped us. There was supposed to be a police report and nothing happened.

We were in the middle of remodeling our bathroom with another company and after many hiccups with craftmanship and quality we decided to cut our losses and start over. From the moment I called Comfort Flooring, I was treated with the utmost respect. I was in a bit of a predicament from a previous contractor gone awry, so I was hesitant to have anyone come into my home to complete work. Tina listened to my story, and came out the same day to see what the best option was for our kitchen floor. She worked with us to find the best fit for what she had in stock cause our timing was very limited. Ray came out to install the floor, which was NOT an easy job given the curves and angles in our home. Everything was amazing. We replaced all the carpet in our home with hardwood flooring. Tina did a fabulous job of bidding the job, organizing the install, and following up with us. Ray and Tim were our installers and I cannot say how awesome they were at their dedication and workmanship.

What a difference Comfort Floors has made in my lake home! Gone are the laminate flooring and ugly white carpeting, replaced with beautiful wood floors that I am so proud of! The entire process was so easy, not to mention the quote was several thousands under a competitor’s quote. Installers were professional and took care not to damage our furniture. We just recently remodeled two bathrooms and Alecia was just awesome!They are so helpful and very welcoming!! Very professional and so nice to work with. They did the install as well on one, and Cody did a great job. We had a contractor do the other and it was easy for product pick up as well. We are buying our product for the third bathroom and have Cody do install again!!!

I had a great experience working with the people at Comfort Flooring. It was a very difficult time considering we were redoing our whole house due to a house fire. Tina and others helped a lot with all the decisions we had to make. Thank you very much my house looks great.

Will never use their services again!! Three day project went two months. Still not done correctly. Suspicious of all the other reviewers due to the fact I have spoken with many people since. I could write a book about the experience . One person tells you something, then someone else and finally the installer tells you something different !! Never again!!!

We have worked with Kristy Rice for a number of years and on a number of projects. and wont consider working with anyone else. We rely heavily on her expertise in carpet, hardwood and tile flooring as well as tile for backsplashes and bathroom tub and shower applications.
