Iβm so disappointed π’ Lori the manager was just as clueless as her employees when it came to issuing me a refund for an order that couldnβt be verified. I placed an order for Air Force 1 shoes which are always sold out in my home town so I always have to order them online because my son loves these shoesπ. I waited on his cs check to order these for his birthday to say they were from his dad & not only did they hold $104 off my child support card they never processed the order for the shoes and the manager told me I could call my bank and ask for a fax number so they could try to help me in the waiting process which could take up to 30 days so after going back and forth with the bank and FootLocker Iβm completely over it π€ I will not ever purchase anything from FootLocker or any affiliates ever again & if youβre smart you wouldnβt either!
I placed an order on June 21st to pick up in store. I never received a status on my order. The app where I ordered from doesnβt give any information regarding my order. I never received a phone call, email, or any other form of communication from Footlocker.When I took it upon myself to call, I was told that the store was not responding and the last they seen was that the store couldnβt fill the order?? I lost communication with the First Lady I talked to who was also not helpful at all.I had to call back where this lady was a little helpful in the fact that she re-routed the order from a different store.I still never received a shipping confirmation from Footlocker with tracking information. I had to call AGAIN to get that information. To find out that 8 days later I would receive what I ordered, promised to arrived within 24 hours at the store for pickup.WORSE SERVICE EVER!! Footlocker really needs to improve on their online ordering service.

Visited to see the variety of Jordans they had in store, not a great selection. Wouldnt visit again due to staff when I didnt need his help being I literally just walked in the door. He wants to reply Oh I get it. Your just window shopping Way to insult someone. We turned around and went to FinishLine. Team there gave us great guest service.

Service and a smile. The customer service received repeatedly from Savannah Sullivan is wonderful. This has been my go to spot for shoes for myself and my family ever since this lady has started working there. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Two registers open, only one can perform certain tasks. I was in the certain tasks line and had two people slide in front at employees request. Watched two other people walk up and get waited on before me. Manager was standing in the middle of the floor talking with another employee. When I told him hed lost a customer due to their lack of customer service he told me there was nothing they could do. They act like no on else sells shoes in the mall. Customer service from big corporations is dead. Buy local!
They have some nice shoes but its always crowded and hard to get someone to help you.

Bought a pair of $140 Nike shoes from Footlocker. I wore less than 10 times as casual shoes. They are literally falling apart, glue in several places letting go. Footlocker will not even acknowledge they sold me the shoes, and offered zero compensation. Move on to finishline IMO!

Bought a pair of Tims on a Sunday. My girl went to return them 1pm the next day because I didnβt like how they felt when I walked in them. A few hours after the mall opened and they canβt be returned because βI donβt have enough money in the drawer.β Youβre at a retail store. Do you not have a safe for situations like this? What if you ONLY had returns for the first few hours and you ran out of cash? I get things happen, but whatβre you going to tell someone who drove a while to get there? βDrive home and come back later and spend half of the return on gas.β?
