Shopping through their website. I ordered two four packs of Stafford undershirts which are good quality and only available at JCPenney. And they ship me the wrong item 4 Pac-Man shirts. And of course now its on me to spend my gas money to drive to the JCPenney so that I can get the thing I paid shipping and handling to have sent to my house. Thanks so much JCPenney.

Complete garbage. Wouldnt give me the sale price on shoes for my daughter. Wouldnt have bought them if they werent the only ones that fit. Be aware you will not get clearly marked sale prices at this JCP.

I dont think I have ever been inside a JCPenney store but once they started having the pickup outside, then I started ordering online and in the app. I have found some really good deals and I dont have to get out of my car to go there and get them. When you order online for outside pickup. You arrive at the store and the App will guide you quickly to getting your products. the staff are really quick to be at your vehicle. Really happy for that.

Workers are so nice they used there own discount card so we would get the deals. Very nice and clean. Pricey but worth it.

I wish I would have got the ladies name that helped me. She left her own department area to help me find a specific item. The fact that she took the time out to help me was so kind.(She was a little older, blonde hair, hanging clothes up in womens dept.) Anyways, thanks for the kindness.Some sales arent really sales, more like a gimmick to justify buying something on sale. Then again they do this at most stores.

The sales woman was super helpful and polite. Everyone else I asked for help that day was also a great help.

I absolutely love shopping @ this store!!I just purchased 7 Ambrielle bras for 8$ each! The other 3 were 20$ and thats still a great price, especially when they typically run between 40$- 45$!

Two places to checkout in whole store? Line was outrageous. Thankfully the beauty salon let me pay for everything at their counter, along with my shampoo purchase.

JCPenneys is in Old favorite generations of families have shopped there forever school close to Christmas gifts. Will always be a favorite of everybody you mad a lot of stores when out of business we have very few left enjoy them

I personally love this store so many great deals... I often ask the cashier to please twist my arm so I can say they made me buy it to my husband. Only downfall to me really is because its so busy often finding sizes I buy hard at times then I get sad because something I wanted I cant have 🥺... staff is always friendly. I leave feeling broke...🤭🤑😉 but ready to try on many new sexy things!

Photo shoot for my 3yr old son. The photographer was excellent in interacting with my toddler. She has also quite artistic in arranging props and chosing final poses. It brought my son joy. That made my heart happy 💞

I like visiting jcpenney because of the prices. The fitting rooms are open and you can try things which makes it easier to shop. Also, I prefer the styles more here than Kohls. However, if youre in the fitting room, beware of the locks. My hubby had locked and someone was still able to open and almost barge in on him... :( their photo services and salon services are open, but you do need to make an appointment before you can get anything done. Good coupons through the app or if you have a rewards card. There was a line on the first floor, but you can check out on the second floor too, which is less time consuming:) Happy Shopping.

The clothes in the mens department are nicer than Macys and the dressing rooms are open. Cheaper too. The lady at the register was very cordial and thanked me for shopping at JCPenneys. Thats four wins.

Found everything for my fiances tuxedo easily. Got help whenever we asked for it. Although there was a substantial queue at the check out, it was fast and efficient.

I am outraged at the audacity of the cashiers at this store. It is unbelievable how disrespectful they were to me. First when I walked in, everything was fine. I was having a decent time shopping with my mother and sister. However, when I went to the cash register, the woman who was there told me that I should not be wearing my shirt because it was too cropped. Apparently, it would attract the wrong attention. I could not believe that an employee would say such an insulting thing with my mother and sister there. I am outraged and will never shop here again.

Not the best photo but I walked around the appliance department of JCP and NO ONE said anything to me. Looked up at me and acknowledged I was looking but never offered to help. Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service. They rather stand there and chat. I was literally able to snap a photo of them chatting with each other. I was there about 20 minutes before I said forget it and left. There was a time where I would go to JCP for everything now I dont even want to pass through it because the employees just dont care...

Ordered something online. Went in the Cleveland Rd/Salon Doors the next day. Counter immediately to the left, to pick up my item. So, so easy and fast. Will definitely order from Penneys like this, again.

Came looking for an outfit for a fancy dinner thing. If you are looking for a dress and are plus size I would not try to look here as the selection is very limited and kind of ugly. The people working were nice and they do have some good sales here often.

I dont really understand what they are doing at Penneys. They recently just opened back up from the covid 19 business, and they dont have enough employees working to run everything. It was busy in there and not enough employees to help any customers, just run the registers. Doesnt make sense to me. I saw people leaving because they couldnt get any help.

My experience today was fun! I recently received a coupon in the mail for their store. I have a birthday this weekend, and we have something fun/special to do each day. I thought Id go in and get a fun shirt or two (justified by my coupon) to help celebrate the occasion.

Usual great quality clothing at a reasonable price that made JCP what it has been for 100 years. The convenience of shopping carts. Only problem was the shortage of associates to help when needed, and only 2 places to pay for merchandise in a very big store. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, it became clear why people prefer shopping on line instead of brick & mortar stores. Please bring back more cash registers and keep our store open !

Had not been there since the remodeling they did. It took a while to find the clothing we were looking for. The sales personnel were friendly and helpful. This is what retail sales are SUPPOSED to be. Kudos on a job well done.

Im really struggling to understand how this store is still in business. The quality of clothing has went down hill consistently over the past ten years. The service is horrific! Never anyone running a cash register, and the shelves are not full. Why can there not be a good department store anymore?

I didnt find anything in this store that I would buy but that could be because its so terribly organized. Clothing is not in any particular order on the racks. I was irritated by the time I left and I wont go back to this store again.

Lots and lots of sales. They lack registers and staff. Very confusing departments, poorly labeled. Juniors mixed with misses etc... Took forever to locate the items i wanted and never did find some items. Staff had no clue where anything was in the store. Only one worker knew anything and it was because she purchased items in the department she was working in. She warned us about the juniors items being mixed together!

The Plymouth store is small but very nice. I like the sales, and the clearance rack. The Mishawaka store (in the University Park Mall) is huge, and has a fantastic selection of dresses. Definitely my first choice for finding what I need for parties and special occasions.
