Even though they cant make you up right now the girl who walked around with us was amazing and really was very knowledgeable for my nieces first time with make up.

Very well organized place! Tends to be crowded but thats not their fault considering theyre a big name store in a popular mall. Tons of selections on popular brands and some that I had no clue existed! Lots of skincare options too. The employees were very kind and understanding, too.

Absolutely amazing. The staff that greeted me was amazing, smiles big enough you could see thru the mask. They were very eager to help me, talk to me about my fiance and our engagement, and made the time spent there memorable. Definitely will come back.

My wife loves shopping here. They have a massive selection for women. The staff is always super nice to us when we come in. They have a small selection of mens cologns and face products. They also have a very nice return police and let you try samples. The staff is also very knowledgeable.

Whenever I need a new fragrance, I go to this sephora. It has a good selection of colognes and all of the employees are helpful. Its a really nice environment

Will be making my purchases online from now. I spent a total of 6 minutes in the store and was asked if I needed help ~8x. I couldnt look at ANYTHING without someone approaching me. A few people approached me more than once. Each time I kindly replied No thank you. Im just browsing. It got to the point where I was feeling targeted. I promptly paid for a lipgloss and left! I understand providing customer service, but it turned into harassment. This wasnt the first time it happened either.

The staff need training on implicit bias. I was in the store with my wife and daughter. My wife was browsing and I was on sitting duty with our daughter. I was asked by an Associate if I needed help, and I pointed her in the direction of my wife. She walked away and helped another customer instead of my wife. I am a white man, and my wife is Hispanic. The whole time we were in the store, I was asked on multiple occasions if I needed help; my wife on the other hand who needed help was not asked at all.

Always organized and easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is always helpful,friendly and offer suggestions when you are unsure of something. You always get some points and rewards to choose from if you are a beauty insider(which is free) and that gives you a chance to sample out some cool products.

Being super confused when I got here being I dont wear makeup, a staff member here was able to help me pick out eyeshadow brushes along with a few other items that my wife loved, thanks again.

I wont shop anywhere else for makeup. If you cant find what youre looking for in the store, you can find so much more online. Theyre reward program is awesome! Lots of free samples with every order. Complimentary birthday gift every year during your birth month.

Love the staff, I go in there often so they should know my face. But then again they always get new staff! But the ones whove been there for a good minute know me. Always helpful and love to give recommendations. Their makeup all looks good.

This sephora is one of my favorites. The workers are always very nice and will try to help you as best as possible and give suggestions. The store is always clean and they have a wide variety of products to choose from.

I just moved back up here from Florida and thankfully, I really like this Sephora store, too. I have been looking for an eye cream and have stopped by two separate times for samples. Both times Val has been working the skincare department and she is amazing! She is so helpful, friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and guide me to what type of products may work best for me. When I went tonight I asked her for her name so I can write this review. I am sitting in my vehicle writing the review before I drive off because I didn’t want to forget. I highly recommend Val-she’s amazing

Worst haircut EVER

I have gone to this Sephora for years and spent a lot of my money here. I went in today looking for a foundation and a worker came up to me and asked me if I needed anything and was watching me and I said I don’t need anything thank you and she continued to bother me and stare at me there was a removal bottle top on a foundation and I screwed it off because it is unscrew-able and the worker yelled at me for opening and looking at it and snatched it out of my hand and proceeds to tell me off and bother me and yell at me. Never shopping here again I would give it zero stars so rude.

Not the best, cleanest, or most organized sephora I have ever been to but it is the only one in the area. They are great for emergency make up but they have a better selection online.

The beautician was Melonie and she did a great job helping me pick out the correct shades of primer and foundation. She helped me contour too.

I had my engagement pictures yesterday. Not only did UP mall Sephora do everything in their power to squeeze me into their busy schedule, last minute, but the ladies that helped me were TOP OF THE LINE. Michelle there finished my makeup, and put on lashes for me. I don’t ever wear foundation, but she found me the perfect shade that was lightweight and looked natural on. So did my fake eye lashes. My makeup turned out so beautiful, that every where I went all day people stopped to stare and compliment me. I got my makeup done at 10 am. My pictures weren’t until 6 pm, and my makeup was still ON POINT! Thank you guys for making me feel like a beauty queen.

There was a wide selection of makeup and other products to choose from, and basically of them had testers to make sure you were happy with the quality before purchasing.However, some of the makeup stations were dirty, which a can understand to a certain extent, but some of the products (specifically shadows) had even mixed together or gotten on the floor, shelves, etc.The most disappointing part of my visit was the overbearing workers. They made me very uncomfortable to the point of leaving the store without purchasing what I had originally wanted. I will admit I am on the younger side, and I was spending a fair amount of time testing different foundation shades, highlighters, etc. so they could’ve assumed that I was unable to afford such things and was instead just messing around and wasting their samples. However it went too far. One worker specifically kept staring at me. I would continually break eye contact and look back, seeing her still staring at me. I walked away, looking at another area of the store, and she started following me. Her and other workers approached me 4 or 5 times within a 15 minute period. Needless to say, I felt judged and unwelcome.

Shoppers paradise for makeup. Girls are always helpful.

Well the Sephora in the mall..not in JC Penney! Are all wonderful ladies and gentlemen! Everyone is very knowledgeable, polite and professional! Everytime my little girl and I are there..all the ladies adore her and walk her around while I shop. And spoil her with affection and will always give her a little sample from time to time! They WILL ALWAYS have my business...our business!!
