I Highly recommend this Shop for your dance wear needs. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect the point shoe. She made sure I knew exactly what I needed to know before I left so I could fix my daughters Point shoes to be the best for her. The best part is she is the most reasonable in price . We will definitely go back.

I do NOT recommend this store. There was only one store worker who fitted and ran the store; the interruptions were inconveniant. Also the worker did not listen to my request for shoes and they ended up being HORRIBLE. They only have a few pointe shoe brands. The leotard options are overpriced and not pretty.

There was only one employee ( I think the owner) new her stuff! We were in and out.

I have been shopping at the Ballet Shop for years. The customer service you receive is top notch. The owner is very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. She is very personable. The quality of the products are top notch and there is a wide variety. the only reason I give the store a 4 star rating rather than a 5 star rating is because some items seem to be pricy.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I always go here to get my daughters shoes. They are patient, professional, and extremely helpful when finding the right fit.

I scheduled my first pointe shoe fitter here today and they were absolutely amazing!! Great customer service and was very intelligible about pointe shoes! I am so glad I went here and not anywhere else. Also, I was able to get my shoes for a really good price!

Although I didnt find what I was looking for, I thought the woman that helped me was knowledgeable and patient, and did a good job helping all the customers (busy Saturday!).
