I dnt buy hats often. But when i do i go to lids. And only buy phx suns hats...id appreciate if yall got some diamond backs hats lol Great customer service and great selection of other teams hahahaha

Worker “Timothy” was very rude and not helpful. Walked in explaining I wanted to exchange and was on the phone and ignored me the entire visit. I chose to select a different hat then I intended on getting because he was in the back not attending to me. Even during the checkout process didn’t say a single word to me. Very rude and disappointed as the lady who helped me during my last visit was very nice and helpful.

Lids is not what it used to be. The cashier was very cool though. They lack the different style and unique hats they used to carry.

Every hat I own, Ive bought here. Would give 5 stars, but they dont carry hats for my nfl team

We have been to that mall many times and the time we have not been able to be there we had to call them but the call was backed up so we used the automatic text service they did not respond need to fix this now.

The Best store to shop

Manager completely rude and unhelpful when trying to return a hat and order different size online. Most of staff acts like youre bothering them when asked a question. Customer service was horrible.
