As an artist the lumber section of Home Depot has always held a certain allure for me, but usually when I show up at HD I get weird looks from employees curious why a girl might want to buy some 2x4s. I also move every year so my annual Home Depot trip is a must. I HATE that! Thankfully, the Home Depot on Western is somehow not only pretty gender neutral, they also have a bunch of super helpful ladies on staff. I know gender troubles and Home Depot might seem strange, but I really appreciate the customer service of HD employees-- sometimes its just impossible to find anything without them! Theyre return policy is also really awesome (especially when it comes to returning plants that have died within 30 days).
