Went to this shop for the first time yesterday and I was in love!There were SO many crystals and stones! I actually got a bit overwhelmed by how many there were. I think their pricing is spot on too. If you ask how they select their crystals, you will understand why these are “expensive”. These are definitely not low grade quality. Besides crystals and stones they also sell: incense, spell candles, books, tarot cards, jewelry, palo santo, sage, etc.The woman that was there was incredibly kind. She gave my sister-in-law and I crystal handouts that list all the crystals and stones in the shop as well as their properties. We also got a handout about the chakras and the colors that are associated with them.I will definitely be returning here!Due to COVID, you will need to call ahead and make an appointment to come in. You will also need a mask!

The woman working the counter (I could kick myself for not remembering her name) was so very helpful. She gave me a handout that listed every stone and or crystal available in their shop and what each is used for, and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. The three people working in the shop were very knowledgeable. I will definitely be a regular customer. 10/10 would recommend!!!

The shop owners were nice an put aside a crystal for me. Just the crystal no chain. Cost forty six dollars. Plus tax. I got two crystal pyramids. I got the smaller ones for twenty five dollars a piece.They have a lot of crystals an if you like crystals it might be worth checking out .You have to call first an give them a time. You also have to wear a mask.wasnt a problem for me. They only want three people in the store at once..

They were super nice and super helpful. The store also has a very good variety of gorgeous stones and some books about them. I will be going back.

Very over priced, they both were unfriendly and kept watching us like we were going steal something . The place is way to small and its hard to read the prices. I wont be coming back.

My daughter absolutely is in love with this place. Everytime she leaves she has learned something new about one of the crystals and their power. Now she has my curiosity piqued!! Lol

Drove 45+ minutes away, with my boys because they’re super into crystals/rocks.. arrive there to find out it’s by appointment only!! And she turned us away at the door, this nasty bitter old lady “no kids!!” Girl! It’s COVID, they had their masks, they’re respectful as well. I understand but no need to be a bitter wench about it. :)

The lady was nice an opened the store to let us look around. I could not believe the prices. At least triple the price! The quality of a lot of those stones was questionable. I went there 3 years ago and then again this week and its a lot of the same product. Common little stones for $12 a piece. Blown away. Beautiful store but it sad to see all that stuff on the shelf and it doesnt get bought. It the only one in the area so Im sure thats why the prices are through the roof. The lady work also decided to speak badly about Camp Chesterfield and was a bit bitter. We wont be returning.

Super sweet staff. I came in to just look around and see what they had to offer the staff helped me understand different crystals and gave me all the information I needed to start my collection.

Such a fabulous shop! The owners are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! The crystals are authentic, beautiful, and reasonably priced. They even have little signs detailing where every stone and gem are from--Ive visited several crystal stores for many years, and I must say that the variety this charming little place has is outstanding! They also have other fun things including books, oils, incense, and fancy charms. You will find something delightful in this candy shoppe of crystals if you visit this wonderful place--you will not regret it!

Simply the best! Youll definitely find what youre looking for. If you call and dont get an answer, leave a message and youll get contacted asap. If you arrive and notice the sign is lit, but the door is locked, simply ring the bell, you will be let in. If they have to close during business hours, due to life events, they will make a post on their fb page and a note on the door. Crystal connection has a lot to offer, I recommend checking them out.

Real crystals and good service

I love Crystal Connection, and if you are looking for crystals or really cool rocks, you will too. I went there to get my husband some incense as nobody else seems to carry any that is good quality. I asked the owner about a particular kind we like, but she had never heard of it. She made a note of it and said she would see if she could get it in. Besides crystals, Crystal Connection also carries an eclectic mix of jewelry, books and even cbd oil.

While I love how local this place is, the owner simply runs their business badly. They dont often answer the phone and every time Ive gone to spend money there - Within business hours - the open light has been on, but the door has been locked. Not to mention, on the one occasion I have been inside, it did not exactly feel comfortable and the crystals seemed decently to overpriced.

Great store really had a great selection

This was a wonderful stop this week as we just moved to Mishawaka! The owner seemed to know absolutely everything about stones and the differences between them. This was very nice stop and a better conversation for my daughter who is obsessed with rocks and different stones!!!

Crystal Connection is a cozy little metaphysical supply store specializing in crystals. There is a wide variety of crystals available here, but they could be better labeled and a bit easier to locate. This store also has incense, jewelry, statuary, books, and CBD oil.The store is very small, which should be expected of a store that has been set up in a partitioned section of a private residence. The store owner is very friendly, talkative, and knowledgeable. She performs Tarot readings for a fee, but I’ve not personally utilized this service.Crystal Connection is definitely worth checking out, particularly if you like crystals of all types and sizes.

Went to southbend for a meeting stopped there with my husband to look around. She has alot of beautiful Crystals but I must agree they were a bit over priced made me miss my hometown crystal shop.

Bad vibes, way over priced stones and crystals. Walking in felt like I was a suspect or something because they werent holding a conversation but watching me and my family like we were criminals. I do not recommend this place at all.

I have to start with my back story...My interest in rocks and crystals and fossils started at a young age.. collecting locally.. then when traveling abroad..As I started learning how other cultures and my own, actually used the earth and its (fauna) were used as gifts and were used to help heal and balance.. it made sence why I was so drawn to what was in my collection.. and I wanted to expand my collection from what I had learned, in said travels.To say it as it was...the first time I went into the shop ... I dont know what they made of me ..(bald and goat tee to my belly) Im just looking at this and that .. picking random items up and setting them back down..(I really didnt know what to ask) I was overwhelmed...But eventually, I stated asking questions and telling Donna (owner) what I thought I was looking for and of my collection(that I didnt even know what they were??) She said, bring them in.. they/she helped me identify many pieces of my collection .. this started the trust.I will say that I am now a frequent buyer from them.. there is nothing like holding and feeling the rock/ crystal/ mineral/ gem in your own hands.. they pick you. If your into the medephiscal thing.... (Im personally all aspects. .. collector.. beauty..rarity and healing)In, my times at the store..I see people walk in and walk out .. walk in but not say what they are looking for ..spending a hour there and walk out.I also seen(PEOPLE JUST ASK QUESTIONS) IM paraphrasing.. Im rock hound do you have this or that?... (sometimes )Im looking for something to help with pain. Do you have this or that?... (yep)I want a beautiful gift for a wedding or a new born baby???... (yep) bought myself all of the above..... and grateful receipts.. many times over..Ok.. feel like Im writing a book you get what you want./ ask for...Dont expect them to read your mind.. dont be surprised if they do. LolOn another note........... Look it up.. so many mines are closing down or are being bought out by the big (C)..&..(R)Many of what (I) collect/ you might as well say, are becoming Extict.. even LOCALLY! WITH E.P.A.All I know... is that I go in with questions...I speak from the heart ... Im there.... for some reason like your there( right?)Sometimes because what I found on line.Pretty ..rare.. healing....Ithink might help me or someone I know .They even call me (because I ask them to) that they bought, said item, because of me... AND I GET TO PICK WHAT I TAKE HOME .. sometimes none OF them.. No pressure..I now feel like they are very close freinds and they have always done me right...I only found the store on a fluke a year and 1/2 ago... but they actually care about (me) as a person... helping me find what Im looking for..Not like getting a package from Pakistan or Chinese ect.... on Ebay. Or Amazon.. that throws a rock in a package (that very ever looks like what they show.. you get to pick it.. or not!.... some are nice... but most arent... what are shown....I even took a class there .. and time willing.. will take more..JUST (ask them about classes/ ask questions from geology to what ever your qureouse about)THEY HAVE TOLD ME IM NOT SURE OR I DONT KNOW MANY TIMES... I guess thats why love and trust them. Its just not about a sale.They are more than helpful when they know..WHAT you are looking for/ or arent sure what your looking for but are curious. But just ask.I seen some off reviews... but I bet they didnt talk to them and just walked in and left..Just remember.. you dont ever own a crystal ect.. you are just their (care keeper..)We will be dust but they will remain..And if you can quite your mind just enough...they can help and teach you something....Or just take in thier majesty..Or just enjoy thier beauty

I Love the Crystal Connection, just to be in the mist of all the beautiful Crystals is so invigorating . You have all One would hope for or need in the Spiritual, that is right here in the town of Mishawaka, What a great asset for those that live here. NAMESTE! BE IN BE IN JOY
