I just got in too brewing and decided to check this place out. The owner has a very nice setup and has everything you could possibly need. Also what I liked about his services was that everything he had was all fresh products. Way more then your normal brew supply store. The store its self was spotless you can tell he takes pride in his shop. The owner also is very knowledgeable and there to help you with anything you could ask for. I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me everything in the store as well. I just told him what I wanted and he showed me what he had. I didnt feel pressured in to looking at something I didnt want or need. I would highly, highly recommend coming here!

Im new to brewing, and Jim took all the time I needed to answer all of my questions. He walked me through the different types of grain, how to pitch a yeast, easier ways to aerate the wort. I ended up buying a few things to make my brew tomorrow go more smoothly. He talked to my level, and his passion for brewing was fun to be around.The store is clean and roomy with good selection. He know he doesnt carry everything, but he was willing to order anything we were looking for. Prices were very reasonable as well. Looking forward to coming here again. Thank you again Jim!

Great place! The owner was super helpful. I wanted a 1 gallon extract kit and he custom made a kit for me on the spot out of one of his many 5 gallon recipes. And low prices!!

Rather being interested in beer, Im more interested in brewing makgeolli or sake as well as distilling. Still, UR recommended the perfect book for me, which is science and tech heavy that explains the entire fermentation process. Further, they provided more favorable yeast including sake yeast (WLP705). I strongly recommend checking these guys out.

Accidentally found this store looking for the hours for OSheas and boy am I stoked! Unrestricted is an awesome shop with competitive pricing on grain, hops, yeast and equipment. I picked up supplied make my MLT real and added an HLT to my AG rig. The grain selection is perfect for most of the beers in my recipe book and having it milled to order is a huge bonus(less risk of old grain). The hours are actually useful for those need to pick up stuff after work or before the brew day on the weekends.
