Awful customer service. I have been a gamestop customer for over 10 years and have never felt so un appreciated as a customer, just go online and get better help for less money

I was welcomed by the employes.l looked around.

Yo, I came into this store and felt immediately at home. Ethan and Alisa helped me get everything taken care of in regards to getting Tony Hawk and NBA 2K21.They showed me some new deals and I was stoked at how kind, generous, and respectable they were.From a college grad to a current college kid (Ethan), I appreciate the respect and I wish him the best on his endeavors to complete college.To Alisa, if the Game Stop Nation hasn’t made Ethan or her a manager, why not? They know the game well and they know their games well.They need promotions. Game Stop get these guys some raises.

Got a love these places get last year’s game for more than half the price list and you got a place to get rid of the ones you have love that

They made buying a new game that I had reserved an easy process. This is one of the best GameStop stores. Period!

This Gamestop is not pushy like some of their other stores. Staff was friendly and the selection of games were great. They also have anime and game related stores and t shirts!

This GameStop is shameful, employees will try to scam u. I tried to trade in horizon zero dawn and was told it was damaged, no visible marks, I was told I would get 8$ less. I went to my local GameStop and Got the full value of my trade in. Apparently the manager at this GameStop encourages these types of actions.

I really like the place and Ive been coming here for years now. Today i was attended by Ryan, who was very professional.

So far the best costumer service than any of the other G.Ts Ive been. I had accrued thousands of points in the past and never able to redeem it till the girl there went above her way, so I decided to ball out and buy more than usual 👍👍.

Very good location aside from having fewer of the rarer items like PSVR or a bunch of PS3 games. However, it’s totally adequate, and well kept, with friendly staff who are USUALLY willing to talk shop with you for hours

I worked here for a seasonal job and it was horrible. I watched the manager lie to customers mutiple times about not having new versions of games in stock and selling them used ones just to keep up the numbers. They forced us to upsell children and lie to pretty much everyone. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I really like the games here especially the Pokemon games. I just wish I couldve bought the Pikachu backpack; I may if they still hopefully have it!

I hate to admit it, but as cool as this place is, it will be out of business in a few years. The internet is really hurting them you can tell by their not so successful and forceful transition to make some of those lost sales in t shirts and Knick knacks.

Good selection of used games. I dont like their business practices though.

Do not go here! Store manager is rude. She gave away my managers reservation. Even though we had it confirmed and her employee came to our store to confirm it. We call again to ensure it was on hold. He was driving from Costa mesa to pick it, was stuck in traffic for over an hour. When he get there, he sees her selling it to someone else. When he asked for it, she stated she just sold it. He then asked, why would they if it was on hold. She stated that it wasnt a true reservation. Why would the the employee come to our store say it was on hold, call to confirm it was on hold? She was very rude. I wont go back here, even though I work right next door.

Very friendly helpful staff

Store called me to tell me to come in to pick up a Nintendo Switch that I had been checking in wth them for no less than 4 weeks about. After driving an hour to get to the store, I waited as the sales lady finished up with another customer. I would later find out that she was the store manager and she had just sold the switch that they had called and told me to come pick up to that customer and basically told me I was out of luck!

I get their and the cashier gives me the wrong disc. In addition I figure this out as soon as Im at my house, Stone ridge which is like 20 minutes away and I come back and I give it to her and she awkwardly looks at me and just grabs the disc without saying sorry or whatever

Horable service only one cashier and 100 people in line and after all the wait didnt have my game when there was someone walking around with a tablet telling you if they had your particular item bad store never going there again.
