Easy spot to pick up something on the way. Even though its not my go to store but the place is clean and organized and you can find there what you need

Great choices in every department. High quality foods and service. Large store with helpful staff. Only complaint is some of their produce is not properly trimmed. For example, their broccoli had 4-inch stalks left on it! No one I know eats the stalks - so this department is just padding their profit. I can buy it beautifully trimmed at Gelsons, for less cost...

Terrible service! Pretty pathetic. Ask for help they pretend they don’t know the answer. I asked a lady to scan my cokes and she pretended she couldn’t. Ummm I see the scanner sitting beside you. She was too lazy to do it. PATHETIC. Will NEVER return to this location. Get better employees.

They have a kiosk to renew your car registration with the DMV. You get the registration card and the sticker while you are standing there; no waiting for the mail. I paid with a credit card which cost 3.1%. Probably could have done it at the Auto Club for free but it was nighttime and no line. Debit card cost 1%.

Seriously I love this place. Great people in all departments. I go 3 times a week and everyone is so nice. Place is clean and just what you hoped an orange county store would be like.

Wow! Food lovers paradise! Meander through the the non linear sections along the front sides of store and find bins of gourmet products. Their liquor section us impressive too!

This place is typically more expensive than the competitors. I recommend shopping down the street at Ralphs

Nice place to shop but prices are over-the-top compared to Ralphs. Even prefer Whole Foods and Sprouts over Pavilions.

A friendly place to shop. Good variety of foods and products. When an item runs out, it may not be available for days, even weeks. It may not be a Pavillions issue though. Could be a shipping or delivery issue.

Good tequilla heist scope out

For what it costs to shop here, the service should be much, much better. The cashiers do nothing but chat to each other and other employees while they ring you up. As a result, they overcharge you. This has happened to me several times. Luckily I check my receipts. In addition, Ive purchased baked goods with mold on them. When I brought this issue up to managements attention, I received no apology and no call back from anyone with authority. Highly disappointing.

Very considerate employees, always talkative and friendly. They stock almost every night so there is always goods on the shelves. And there has always been a nearby parking spot available

Very beautifully furnished and stocked.

I enjoy the cleanliness and the staff very much. I do like the majority of products they have. Process are slightly higher than even their sister company and higher than Ralphs. I still do 90% of my shopping here due to convenience.

The store is great. Bought 2 dinners at the Bistro today. They were horrible...the meat was overdone to the point it looked and tasted like leather!! The vegetables werent much better. Not worth the money, in fact dont waste your money.

We went during the pandemic crisis. The store is well stocked, everyone is wearing masks. Went in for bread left with bread and sushi. Sushi was not as good as would have liked, the rice was a little gummy. The bread was excellent and the premade food looked appetizing. I presume the sushi would have been better if we had something made to order or made same day. I would try again.

Best place to take a dump in public

Judy, a manager, was extremely rude and doesnt treat her employees fairly. She shouldnt be a manager given that she cannot correctly do her job due to her incompetence as a leader and customer service employee. I witnessed her yell at her team in the middle of business hours, so not only is she incompetent, but she also lacks the temperament and patience for leadership. If I were the store owner Id consider putting someone else in her position because she obviously doesnt know how to use her power correctly or deserve it.

Huge and amazing grocery. A liquor and alcohol collection that would rival some of the specialty stores. Dont miss the gigantic bakery with amazingly crafted sweets!

Excellent supermarket with reasonable prices. Great selection of produce, meat, fish and liquor. Friendly staff and lots of parking.

Spacious layout except the back. Great selection.

Customer Service is always excellent, product selection is always great my only complaint is some of the products are priced too high. Other than that theyre great.

SUSHI here is great. The new guy is really nice and looks like he knows what hes doing. I dont always go for grocery sushi but the quality of the one here is great! 10/10 recommend

Freshy fresh produce

This store is going down hill during this pandemic out of the everyday products (not talking sanitizers etc ) Rye bread ? Bacon, lunch meats ?? Some of the staff needs alittle customer service refresh as well not ... Just Sorry ...How about is there something we can offer to replace the missing items like they have for the past 23 years ????

The parking lot should be classified as a form of cruel and unusual punishment. There’s a LOT of stuff in this store & the remodel didn’t do anything to make the aisles wider. It’s a popular location, so the small aisles & plenty of people make for constant cart jams. The bakery selection is good, but Albertsons cakes are still just tastier. The employees behind the bakery counter have never been overly friendly. To ask them for something always seems like a bother. Deli people are fine. Meat people seem to be the nicest. Front end staff is fine. I’ll help bag and once I do, no one takes over. That’s fine. The worst part about the store is the customers -> Entitled, pushy, and rude. I would much rather shop at the Pavilions at Alicia and Pacific Park, but it’s just too far to drive. Unfortunately, this is my neighborhood grocer.

This is a nice clean pretty organized grocery store. I never have too many issues here and the employees are generally helpful and in a good mood. I got really good help in the bakery department as well as from the butcher when finding a nice piece of meat so I definitely recommend Pavilions.

Despite it still being under construction, everything is coming together beautifully. It looks sleek and up to date. They have a really cool walk in wine cellar. All the employees were so helpful and friendly.

Like the layout. Like the selection. Fast checkout most of the time (but I dont go during peak hours). A little higher prices but deals/sales helps there.

This is a great store of you dont mind paying double. This is a grocery store for the wealthy and their servants (who are shopping for their masters), of course the servants wouldnt do their personal shopping here.For some reason the chicken and other meats that weve picked up here are amazing. Best chicken!!! So when I feel like celebrating, or Ive saved up enough money to splurge Ill go to Gelsons for chicken.

Best signature brand ice cream, wines with kick butt prices, and soup so good i wouldn’t dare look anywhere else. i always just go in for ice cream and end up with a full basket of things i didn’t even know they had or i was looking for

I love this grocery store for many reasons, but the main reason this Pavilions deserves 5 stars is the sushi chef who works here. Shes so nice and friendly, she makes fresh sushi all day long and even takes special requests! The sushi she makes is great quality, fresh ingredients, and unique flavors!

Terrible customer service at this location. Staff at fresh seafood service and express checkout stand were unfriendly and not helpful and even appeared that they hated their jobs. Dont even expect a smile or reminder that you are not getting the just for u coupon price when purchasing you items even though you thought you were. Had to bring back my items after verifying my receipt when getting to the car for price adjustments. Amazing.. No apologies were given either!!! Much improvement in customer service is needed here. Spent over a $100 in groceries but wont likely be coming back.

This store always has a huge selection of really good quality products. They have lots of locally sourced produce as well as organic items. They also have good quick service food and a Starbucks. They even have a bank with a great staff. Go to this market for all your needs.

Never crowded. Good selection, reasonable prices. Its a large store with not too many customers at any given time. Sometimes the lines get a bit too long though, not enough cashiers.

The place has quite a good selection of higher end good than your average grocery store, although the process are a bit higher as you would expect. If your are looking for a more refined selection and it now esoteric and upscale foodstuffs, this is the place.

This is a pretty legitimate grocery store. It has everything you can think of. All top quality and fresh.

Keep an eye out for when they do their wine sale. Awesome. Their bev manager knows their stuff and was on the floor telling stories about her travel and procurement of some of these fine wines.

I was disappointed with the quality of the ingredients at in the salad bar I have had the pleasure to buy lunch from many different supermarkets in the South land but vegetables were wilted and dry. I could not even add some of the chicken it was extremely dry. Maybe it was a an off day .

All the workers are very polite and curtious. They are always smiling and it makes me feel comfortable

Worst customer service!!! The lady who rung us up did even say hi to us, let alone make ANY eye contact with us. We happily left the store and won’t be returning again. Sad to say after shopping at this store for over 20 years....bye

Amazing grocery store. Its huge but well organized and has a great selection. Asian, Hispanic, Indian, European, this place has stuff imported from all over the world.
