Not only are the storage units here clean and fairly priced, but the staff is incredible!Jim and Barbara do an excellent job at managing the facility. They are super helpful and very kind. Along with Gina, they do an incredible job at providing excellent customer service. They make you feel welcome, answer all your questions, and a true professionals. With that being said, there’s really nothing more you can ask for! If you are looking for a storage unit In Mission Viejo, look no further. You will not regret it!

THIS PLACE ROCKS its under new management and gary and april are so down to earth and so helpfull i cant say enough about them.. i am the owner of Done Well Moving and ever time i am there with my crew of guys some times up to six they always make sure to let us know in the morning when we get ther wear the restrooms are and always bring us waters threw out the day i love the new management so down to earth thanks guys from DONE WELL MOVING WHEATHER ACROSS THE ROAD OR ACROSS STATE LINES WE DO IT. DONT GET STUCK PAYING THE REST WHEN YOU CAN HAVE THE BEST !!! BECAUSE YOU ALWAYS GET A WELL DONE JOB WITH US!!!

I was lucky to find this location which is near our home to store a great deal of furniture and miscl items; not of any value to anyone else but our family; April and Gary were very helpful and answered many questions I had about security of our items.

The people are nice, but the hours arent very convenient. It started off as a cheap alternative to other places, but the rents keep going up and have well surpassed another unit I have elsewhere with better, more convenient hours. Ill probably take my items there. Very common for rent to go up about 30%.

So far so good. The place was clean, the staff helpful and looking forward to not worrying about my items.

Incompetent staff, Buildings are not ventilated and get VERY hot, sap from the wood beams leak onto your items, incorrect billing that they wont correct because they dont know how... Worst storage experience EVER!!!

This place is a complete rip off! They raised my price by 75%! Plus the facility is gross and seems very shady.
