Some really great products and services offered here. The more experienced gentleman were amazing little disappointed in one of the young cats trying to play the part before theyve earned it. Some real personable young people working here too just one of them certainly rubbed me the wrong way with his snobbiness.

Not to go into detail, but my experience was outstanding.

Im a director of greatopps.org nonprofit. We except used equipment to help open doors of Opportunities for underprivileged children. The other day we recieved 4 set of golf club. We were unable to use them presently but Roger Dunn will be able to share them with organizations they work with.

Great service. Great knowledgeable staff. Three hitting bays but if youre looking for pre-owned like new trade-in irons use the RD McFadden location in Santa Ana is the five star rating for a greater selection of iron sets returned within 90 days. It also seems as if prices at Santa Ana are more competitive. Finally because SA location is much larger the selection in all departments is likewise much larger than the MV location. The convenience of being closer to south orange county residents doesnt trump the greater number of hitting bays, fitting bays and merchandise offered at SA.

Handy location. Smaller shop but decent selection and service.

Store policy states required to wear masks (smart).Was eager to shop and buy golf shoes, rangefinder, new balls.Entered and saw people not wearing masks-including employee. When asked to comply, got harassed. Left for safety sake (highest Covid risk candidates doing harassing)When I called to report to manager, store employee hung up on me.

I had a crazy experience. Ordered a set of clubs before COVID-19. Had to wait for nine weeks for the clubs and then when they were delivered they were the wrong ones. Chris, the store manager went out of his way to help me .Gave me two different sets of clubs to try out On the golf course. Chris got me a new set of clubs from the Santa Ana store and I couldn’t be happier. everybody should go to Roger Dunn

Stopped by to see if they had a particular golf ball I wanted to try, they didnt but they did have a great alternative. Large assortment of new and used equipment.

I went to my local Roger Dunn in search of a new golf bag. The last few bags Ive had seem to wear out fairly quickly. Maybe Im tough on them, but either way it was time to pick out something new.I checked out a bunch on brands & models online before going in. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a guy whose name badge indicated that he was a Bag Specialist. Perfect!He took the time to go through the different options, pros/cons, brands, etc. They had a large variety of options available to check out. I finally picked out what I wanted. The color I wanted wasnt available at this store, but they arranged for a transfer.2-days later, I got a call - my new bag was ready! (for the record, I selected the Sun Mountain C130-S hybrid bag and it is the bomb!).I have always been happy with RDs service and was not disappointed that I went into the store as opposed to buying online.

First time shopper and had a great experience. Prices are good and always love when stores have a clearance rack. Rewards system allows 2% back on every $250.00 spent in a six month period. Will gladly return!

Ive been going to Roger Dunn golf for 3 decades and they never fail to satisfy my golf needs. Ive purchased new and used equipment and have had repairs done as well. Just this past week I needed a shaft reset at my Mission Viejo store and they did so in short order . I cant say enough about the folks at this location, friendly, knowledgeable and respectable pricing. Jim

I hate to even leave a review, but after wandering the store for 45 minutes, the only person to say hi to me was a customer. I am from out of town and walked in with the intention of picking up a few wedges, a pair of shoes and a new bag. They were a little busy so I waited patiently. 2 other people were helped by the shoes while I was there waiting. An employee walked by me while I was picking up bags and comparing them myself. Then not a single employee acknowledged me while I was sorting through wedges to purchase. Oh well, guess Im on my way another golf shop. Bummed too because they actually had a good selection of bags, but they wont get a dime from me now.

As per usual the staff was amazing. Would mention them by name but dont want to forget anyone.

Purchased a set of irons for my son who is a new golfer. Received great help from one gentleman and came back the next day and got the same treatment from a different advisor. I say advisor because they were not your typical sales people. Very patient with us and could not be more pleased with the service.

Has a large selection and the staff(in the evaluation swing techs are really helpful. Just examine you clubs before you purchase them.

What can I say, my husband loves golf and we come here at least 2 times a week and the staff always takes good care of us. Shoji, Christian, and Chris are top notch !!

I think Roger Dunn is simply the best place to go for golf gear and especially clubs they have a no questions asked 90 day return policy that simply cannot be beaten by other golf retailers. Even the smaller Roger Dunn shop still have everything you need in a hitting range to test out a new club

This is the friendliest Rodger Dunn than Ive been to even more so than the Santa Ana storeThey are very very helpful and very knowledgeable and I would recommend anyone to go shopping there.

Very unprofessional service. I walked in to do a trade-in, and one of the workers said it would be 5-10 minutes and he would could find me and let me know. 1 hour and 45 minutes passes by and I asked what’s the status, only to find out that employ forgot about be because he was too busy talking to the younger workers and hitting on them. I wasted nearly 2 hours because this guy was trying to impress his fellow coworkers. Completely inexcusable.
