I regret ever buying a Masserati its a good looking car and all. But NEVER think you are going to get luxury treatment when you take it to the dealership. One day they will see you in the dealership next door Cadillac and another time they will see you in the Masserati building which looks abandoned. They have no budget to employ people to run the dealership. Wait times are long, service is bad you constantly have to interrupt you work schedule to take your car back to fix a problem they missed. If you just take your car for oil change or maintenance its a day or 2 for them to finish. They will NOT offer a vehicle to drive while you are left carless. When they dont fix your vehicle property they just start blaming other departments. Its like they have no communication between departments.Mercedes Benz, Lexus, BMW and AUDI really offer luxury vehicle customer service. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH Bert Odgen MASSERATI. I would suggest people do a good research before buying or leasing a Masserati.
David failed to inform me that the insurance wasnt paying for something until the rest was done instead of informing me beforehand and I would have dealt with the insurance beforehand so that there wouldnt be any further delays but I had to wait more because of David!
Cant grade yet, just dropping my car off. Thus far, customer service is courteous and prompt. 10/20/20
