There needs to be an update to the online scheduling system. I have had two oil changes scheduled, with confirmation and followup and when I show up they cant find my appointment. They do accommodate but then what is the purpose of the scheduling system?
Took it in for 3 recalls and free oil change. When we bought the car their was a promotion to have free oil changes for life, now they say no more. Isn’t life until the car is ground up for scrap? The Kia Soul is a 2020 the engine seized up at little over 9000 miles it sat at the Bert Ogden Kia dealership for six months and sixteen days when we got it back the engine compartment was filthy dirty, can you change a engine without disturbing the dust and dirt on top? The cabin air filter was full of sticks and leaves Texas type in changing the filter they dropped part of the debris in the fan witch later made a lots of noise I vacuumed it out which they should have done and then they charge me $52.00 for the filter cost any parts store is less than $10.00. No a happy Camper.
I came today to do the service on my Kia vehicle, and Javier helped me. He was very professional, and he listened to me attentively when I explained my last experience in another Kia service department. Javier’s customer service made it a nice experience for me this time making me feel back at a Kia I can trust again.

Would be nice if the call center would actually find out if the dealership is ready for walk-ins... I came in at 1 and got out at 5... Everyone at the dealership was very nice, helpful and respectful....
Very satisfied with our recent purchase of our Mazda. Salesman was very knowledgeable and treated us like VIP. The rest of the staff that was involved in the process of the purchasing made it a smooth one and made it possible to get the keys of our new vehicle promptly. My service was done at the KIA next to this location because they don’t have employees. I was supposed to get my vehicle cleaned and this didn’t happen due to the same issue. Service took a while but this is normal. Very friendly people.

Great experience shopping for our family vehicle with Mazda in Mission. Ruben explained all the vehicle features and options. He took care of everything for us and called us when everything was ready. Fast and easy process.
So, this Mazda dealership does not work on Mazda vehicles that are over 10 years old or over 100k miles (company policy). Good luck! I had to pretty much beg for them to consider doing a diagnostic and would get charged for a minimum of three hours of service ($135+ an hour) for it without commitment to get it fixed. This dealership just burned the brand for me. Go to another brand and dealership if youre a loyal brand owner that tends to keep vehicles longer than 10 years. This is not a place for you. Bigger metro area dealerships (for example, Dallas/Fort Worth) never had an issue servicing or fixing my vehicle.
Really friendly and professional people, ended up purchasing my first car with them. Ruben, the salesman who helped us, even had the patience to aid us in switching our car insurance, which was a somewhat lengthy process. Overall a great experience.
If I could give zero stars, I would…. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone I care about, my Kia has been there 45 days total only to finally pick it up and have to take it back a day later because the issue was not resolved. No one answers questions or calls back, front desk person never has ANY idea what is going on...0/10 recommend!
It was a long journey with Kia after the engine locked on our 2014 Optima...employees back in March of this year when I took my car were not very helpful, lacked communication skills, and had no work ethic. It was a month long struggle trying to get a rental due to my vehicle being at the dealership. I called constantly to check up on my car months later and got no answers and rarely received calls with any updates. This happened for 4 months finally about a month ago I got in contact with Melissa. Melissa was extremely helpful and made sure to maintain constant communication with us and made sure our vehicle was prioritized due to it being there for going on 5 months. Finally yesterday we got our vehicle!! Thank you Melissa for your time and willingness to help! Also thank you to Myra that assisted us with the paperwork and to the technician Marco!! Im glad to hear their is many new faces In the service department, individuals willing to help out the client and maintain communication which is crucial.

Very friendly I was greeted upon entry and right away helped with my service needs. I was able to do a walk-in and they were able to take me as soon as they could but within 2 hours they had my car ready with all the maintenance needs it had as well as a recall it was asking for.
Eldon, our salesman, did well. We are happy both with our car and the deal.Finance, however, kept us waiting. Two hours of waiting! Then we bought the car. From walking in around 12:30p, we didnt leave until 6:30p. We decided probably about 1 or 1:30p which car we wanted.
Had a bad experience waited 3 hours and vehicle was not ready was not advised so I had to get a ride back home . First and last time I will visit this place. They need to be trained in communication skills.
The team ia always professional and quick to help.

Went in for an oil change with my Kia k5 and was told the oil changes were free even though I got it at a different dealership. Was then told after the oil change it wasnt. I wouldnt have got been mad had they told me but the fact that I rescheduled my appointment for them because they were busy for the following week saying it would actually be 45 minutes and it taking 3 hours added to it.

Advisors are typically nice, but they are really short staffed for technicians. They’ve been like that for a while idk why they dont cater to the demand in service and look for more techs. It is ridiculous. I waited 3hours for a simple oil change and have been on a service waitlist for 2months. Terrible.
Poor service it took approximately 5hrs for an oil change and replacement of driverside headlight bulb.Service associate was good with his customer service skills but the otherhand the mechanic partextremely poor service. This type service should not take that long. I live in Harlingen and refuse to do business at that Kia dealership below 2. .Associate advisor has poortomer service & will not refer to that location.Travel from Harlingen to have my vehicle at the Kia Mission location. My experience was not good today 5 hrs. to have service for oil change &replacement of driverside headlight.
Starting this off by saying Jasmine was just great to work with!It was a back and forth process for about a week in search of an MX-5, she was very down to earth, personable, and amiable. Eldon was very nice too, unfortunately they didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for and I ended up going elsewhere, but if you stop by or call, just ask for them, you won’t regret it!
Drove over there after having been told the vehicle we wanted was available and halfway over we called again and were told it had been sold the previous day. I dont like this practice. I like dealing with honest people. Then they were trying to sell us another car that was listed for 1,000.00 less on the website. Shameful!!

I came with my dad to get a Mazda CX-3. The entire process was seamless, smooth, and went on without difficulties. There was no haggling with the price and what was found on the internet was what I paid. All the employees were so helpful and happy to assist as well as answer any questions I had. Once we finished, a gentleman named Ruben gave me his personal number so that I could contact him if I had any questions and he stayed with me in the car to show me how things worked. Overall it was such a pleasant experience and I will seriously consider staying with Mazda just because of the excellent experience I had. The best experience thus far. I recommended the Mission dealership to anyone looking to upgrade their car or just want something different. I could rate this more than 5 stars if that was possible. Love love love this place 💙
I was told it would take an hour and a half, I drove on the street almost 4 hours later. I will not return, Ill have my oil changed by professionals from now on. They said it would take longer if I wanted my complimentary car wash, took a rain check. I might return for that when I have alot of time to kill. Unprofessional, unworthy, disastrous, if I hadnt crossed the expressway to eat at McDonalds, it could have been worse. NRJ.
Kenya was great at assisting me. Unfortunately she had an injury the day I left my car for service and was out for a week and was unable to contact me when my car was ready.I spent the next week calling about 8 different times being told by the receptionist that the service manager wouldve call me back. A call I never received. I was unable to keep going by to check on my car. All I needed to know is if it was ready or still being worked on; a simple question. It wasnt until Kenya returned to work that she called me promptly at 8am on Friday, May 7th to let me know my car has been ready since the previous Friday. So no I was not very happy with the customer service received by anyone except Kenya.

The service lady that checked me in had an extremely bad attitude and acted as if I was interrupting her by getting a $120 oil change. She rolled her eyes and made sure I heard her heavy sighing whenever I asked her for details about the service and how long it would take. I asked her if someone could give me a ride home since I lived close by. She rudely said we don’t have drivers! I ended up walking home instead of waiting the 3 hours she told me. She took my number and said she would call when my vehicle was ready.When I called back 4 hours later to check on my vehicle, it was ready. What happened to they would call me? I will get my $120 Telluride oil changes at another Kia dealership from now on. If I’m going to pay that much for service I don’t expect an ugly attitude to go with it... those are usually FREE!
I have used this dealership twice and have been completely satisfied with the level of service provided! My salesman Jose Hernandez did an outstanding job in getting me the best deals possible. From the sales managers to the finance managers, Job Well Done. I also want to point out, even though Jose was my salesman, the other salesman that were present were also very courteous and friendly and greeted me everytime.
I was buying out my lease car and they wanted to charge me more than what my buyout was. Plus they charge me $800 for financing fees.
I had booked online and asked for a shuttle service to not wait at the dealership. I got here, no shuttle, no rentals cars, no water nothing. The girl at the desk was nice but, I really do feel the service was lacking. I understand its not her fault, but the dealership should have better service.
Terrible service, a whole day for nothing. I left my truck at 8.30 am and at 5.30 pm I picked it up without having done the service.
I arrived half an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment to have my vehicles tires rotated and the oil changed. Really bad service. Took 8 hours to check the car. Then told me they will call me back in a week never did. I went to a different Kia and they said it was only disconnected and they didn’t even check it. Went a second time for an oil change. Waited 2 hours for them to tell us they could do it. Couldn’t help in the area of finance either. Don’t recommend this Kia.

Customer Service in their Service Dept. does not exist. NO COMMUNICATION!! Rep did not call to authorize additional work nor did she call to advise of delays. When work was finally complete they did call to let me know that I would be picked up but failed to mention that porter was driving elsewhere first. If you can avoid AMBER, I would do so!

Very disappointed with this visit, prior to this one was not any better. Trying to get an appointment for service seemed to be beyond the receptionists hands. Called several times, nobody returned the phone call, until I got somebody else on the phone. I guess customers service is not a priority. Or maybe because I wasnt buying a new car, its not important. I always used to go to this location, for getting services done. But its not been easy the few times I needed an oil change, inspection sticker...

The problem with buying a vehicle here, is that they dont have a functional service department. High turnover of employees is only one of their problems. The service manager de jour will happily tell you how your problem is the blinker fluid is leaking into the flux capacitor. . . . . . .{Unfortunately it wont let me post unless I give them at least 1 star - which they certainly dont deserve.}
The Manager, Yesenia Vasquez, has been very capable, helpful and nice. I had a flat tire on my leased KIA Forte, and had not realized I had no spare or jack. So when my tire got a gash, I was stranded. The emergency road service came to my rescue thru Rio Towing, in the person of Luis. He beat me to the location and told me on the phone hed wait for me. Sigh of relief. He was pleasant, and made my trip to KIA a breeze. When I called his company to let them know how much I had appreciated him, I was told he was the owner. I was super impressed. He modeled exactly what all his employees should do. Back to the KIA Manager, even though the computer said they did not have my tire and Id have to wait until Wednesday, which was not an option,. she went to the service department and found me one and it was put in immediately. Plus I bought a jack and a spare. All in all a long day, since 10 am to almost 4 pm, but it accomplished what I needed. Thank you Yesenia and Luis, for a happy ending.
We were looking for a specific used vehicle so we drove over from Harlingen. Turns out the vehicle had been moved to another of the dealerships that morning. She drove us over and let us test drive it. Turns out someone was in getting financing for it as we were doing this. We liked the car and the saleswoman so well we said lets go back and look at the other used/new ones. We have never owned a Mazda before. The seats were very comfortable, lots of leg room and even in the back seat we had lots of room. We got the Mazda 6 in the end and are thrilled with it. The staff was beyond excellent. There was no high pressure or directing to a new vs used car. Answered all our questions and stayed late, as we didnt even pick a car till after 7:30pm. Bridgett, George and Dahlia helped us and we were very pleased with their service. Thank you for making this car buying experience awesome.

Before going to Mazda I went to a GMC dealer. Mistake. I was subjected to the high pressure sales tactic of today or never and could not break loose. The numbers just kept getting better and better as long as I was walking out the door. In Mazda, the first offer was the best offer. Take it or leave it. I took it.

I got a 2012 mazda 3 in April for the purpose of NOT having anything wrong with a car and not even 4 wks after buying it, I started having problems. First, it was with the computer system and for some reason, they wanted to send the car to the body shop? system got updated, no more problems. Then, the alternator went out and they couldnt replace it because it was bought as is, fine. Now the battery needs to be replaced and even though its from THIS yr, its not under warranty. You would think, a dealership would put the batteries under warranty but nope. I probably had better luck buying a car off a person than this dealership.

Its Not Mazda I was at Bert Ogden Mission Kia! they never call you to tell you your car is ready! everytime I have my sportage serviced I never get a call telling me its ready! I have to call or juat go and I find my car already it the done area!
Service appointment was completed as expected and personnel was very pleasant however I had to return to the dealership later that day after I discovered that the mechanic had taken my wheel lug lock while rotating tires and failed to put it back in the car kit, thankfully I discovered this before I had a need for it.
Felt the dealership was more than accommodating relative our concern over a lease unit.

Took over a month to work on our vehicle. I understand parts take time to come in but when we would call for updates we would get the same response someone will call you back. We never received a call back for two weeks. Very disappointed.
I had to call upper level management to get service. Phone receptionists need a lot of coaching. Once I spoke with Someone regarding my service problem, I had no problems. I got my problem solved. But it did cause a delay in what should have taken a few minutes took a lot of aggravation and waiting and an overnight stay for my father’s car.My issues were addressed with a very sincere apology and excellent service and a personal guarantee that this would not occur in the future.
