The owners and personnel are very responsible and curtious. My issue occurred over a weekend, unfortunately, and so they did everything possible to assist me from going to where my vehicle was at (with 2 flat tires) to advising me of locations to take my rims to have them weld. The owners even offered me their tire shop so I could leave my vehicle in a safe place in case it wasnt drivable because of the damage my rims had. Their kind hearted gestures really helped me in my time of need, especially because my husband works out of town and unfortunately was of course working. Now a days, its hard to find honest and kind people like the people at Lopez Tires.

Went in for a tire repair, the guy there scratched my whole rim and damaged my tire sensor. They lady there told me they had the sensors and the machine to work on it but that they didnt know how to use it and when I asked how we were going to get the issue fixed she told me that they were not going to pay for the repair but for me to take my car in again. She just said that they dont know how to put the sensor in so why would she ask me to go back? Worst service ever, they should really shut this place down or get better workers.

Bad costumer service. As I asked questions, the man was watching videos on this phone. I was told to buy my own oil and bring it to them. Most shops provide oil, I assume. I got 1 quart instead of 6 quarts because I dont know much about cars. My car was still drained of oil even though I had the wrong amount. So I was stranded there. They also failed to tell me I needed a filter for the oil.I do not recommend.
