Large variety of food available. Being our first visit it took a little longer to find what we wanted but we eventually did.Stopped here because of the Tesla Supercharger in the parking lot!We ate at the attached restaurant only to discover a really great spot for dinner. What a great surprise!!!

Pharmacy offers covid vaccinations and are helpful kind and always eager to assist even for walk ins.If you do walk in highly recomend doing so before 3pm to avoid the late afternoon rush.

Had breakfast made while I shopped then took it to go. It was done and still hot. The store always looks nice, fresh and clean. The bakery Dept has a HUGE selection of pastries.

Let me start out by saying, I hate grocery shopping. However, this store was clean and mapped out well with nice wide aisles. I found everything I needed with little trouble and was able to get all of the meats/seafood/sliced meat from the counters no problem. It was a little difficult to find an associate to ask for an items location at one point, but what do you want from life?! They have many self checkout lanes which is great for me because I like bagging my own groceries.

Not trying to be a Karen, and I know its not the law in KS, but none of the employees wore masks.My friend and I are both higher risk and had to swing by a grocery store to pick up a couple of necessities.We left after only buying a sealed drink since we couldnt trust that the fresh produce was handled safely.Instead we went to a Hy-Vee over on the Missouri side where they are still wearing masks and we felt safer.

Multiple people were not wearing masks. The clinic there is a mess, but they do have really good chicken. Im feeling a decent to a strong 6 on this one. Tran-sition, did you go here? Did you like it? Youre the best youre the best. What places should I review next.

We had two family members undergoing surgery today at KU Med. We can’t be there due to COVID restrictions, so as soon as we were informed they were in recovery we ordered two balloon bouquets. They were delivered within two hours! Our loved ones were surprised and delighted, and sent me a pic.The balloons had sweet messages like “feel better soon” and “you are special”.. so much better than just the usual “get well” that other vendors offered.We were so grateful to be able to send a little cheer for their rooms.Thank you Hy Vee!

Terrible customer service. An elderly woman in front of me bagged her own $350 worth of groceries. I bagged $250 worth myself all while four associates giggled and chatted at the customer service desk. Ill never go back

Absolutely terrible experience with the catering department. Placed a large order to show appreciation for my staff and when I arrived to pick up the order it was just a complete mess. Half of our order was wrong, half of the order did not have what it was supposed to have included in the Package, we got all the wrong trimmings for what we ordered and then when I tried to call the catering department to let them know that the order was wrong I could not get anybody to answer the phone. Will not order again.

The staffing is amazing and a manger there named Mary is such a sweetheart.

This is a typical Hy-Vee, Clean, well stocked, Great quality products. They are also the most expensive food chain in the area. So with Hy-vee tour going to get the best quality product available, your also going to pay 25 to 50 percent more at the rgister.

This Hy-Vee is pretty cool, Im used to going to the one I work at but I tried this one out and I was pleasantly surprised at the health food department, it was better than any one Ive been to. I will definitely return just to get all the vegetarian goodies they have.

Beware of expired food. This is not the first time we have realized that food was several months past the best buy or expired date. Saturday, we purchased a food item over 3 months past the best by date.

So I know Hy-Vee is an upscale grocery. But they normally have the quality to back it up, NOT THIS LOCATION. I have been to really great Hy-Vee locations in NE, MN, WI, IL and none of them ever had the degree of shafting the consumer as this one does.$8 for a loaf of bread, did they fly it in from France? Nearly $8 for 12oz. of bacon and $9 for a pound. (This was the regular packaged kind, and not like this location was hidden up in the mountains). More than $2 for a can of beans. And your right next to great cattle country in Western KS and Nebraska. You should not have to pay nearly $7 a pound for 80/20 ground beef, or $22 for a single ribeye, (this was select cut, not Prime). And Cheese, dont even get me started. $7-$9 on every type of blue cheese when wrapped in a 2oz package. Thats up to $72 a pound. As a Chef I import Lanark blue cheese and Isle of Mull cheddar, both high end cheeses from Scotland and it never costs me more then $15 a pound. Come on now.WHY RIP OFF THE CONSUMER. STORES LIKE THIS ONE NEED TO BE CALLED OUT FOR WHAT THEY ARE.BAD CHOICE TO SHOP AT!

I had Hy-Vee cater my wedding. We had a couple slight hiccups, but Hy-Vee was so friendly and made everything right with us. Tara is great to work with! And my cake turned out amazing!! Thanks to the catering and bakery teams!

I don’t know what was acceptable about standing around talking instead of helping customers. I saw people at customer service talking, and other people in front of checkout, no one bagging. Not a single worker in sight at the self checkout. I had been waiting for an associate for over 2 minutes for them to put their log in to enter my fuel saver. No one came and we made eye contact with the girl that was checking out at her register behind us, and the ladies at customer service. There was a line forming behind me and I went to another self checkout and all of a sudden when we left, they decided they then wanted to stop being lazy and help other customers at self checkout.

You can always find what you need if its groceries or around the house products.Get the sushi here, its fantastic! So much to eat.

One of my favorite grocery stores to date. The store is always clean the staff is super friendly and the variety is amazing. Personally I am a big fan of their delivery service as it simplifies my life and gets them to bring it straight to my door. If you havent already tried it out I suggest looking up Hy-Vee Aisles!

Its Hy-Vee. Decent produce, lesser beef case compared to other nearby zip codes, likely due to demographics. I used to he a huge fan but after they went through all the expansions, no personality, doesnt feel like our community grocery any more.

Bad customer service. Kristen came off as rude and seemed skeptical of my return of a 4 blade DSC starter kit I had purchased in error. I needed a 6 blade starter that they did not have on the shelf.

Over charged for a&w diet root beer, shelf tag $1.25 but charged $1.68 for 7up quantity 2. If we noticed before we left we would have gone to cs for refund. Only cs and one register open so line was way long. Cashier was friendly and efficient and over whelmed too. Feel ripped off for over charge and feet hurt due to long wait. Probably will not come back 😟

As with any Hy-Vee this place is awesome! They have a natural food section that is well stocked with many choices. Also health and beauty is great so many product!! You wont regret a trip to that store.

Then Deli counter always has excellent savory meats and cheeses for our dinners and parties. They always keep the store nice clean organized staff usually helps very good with questions you may have I would definitely recommend it to everybody. Only one negative is that the prices tend to be a little higher but you get better quality that way

The food which was whopper,fries,cookies. Everything was cold I could tell it had been sitting around the fries were tough/cold. The cookies were ok. What a waste of money. Wont go back.

HyVees got some good deals. That box of 1/4 lb. Jalepeno-Cheddar Hotdogs are good ($9.98). But I started HyVee on Shawnee-Mission Parkway 1993. We had Anhiser-Bush & Coca-Cola on 63rd, past Swipe Parkway. Also we had that Sonics that was a cross the street from there (Shawnee-Mission Parkway). But we aint been getting any money from them. Thats straight b.s.

Hy-Vee is a gorgeous store. The bakery is top notch. The store is clean and the design is open so its always easy to move through the store and the wide aisles without feeling crowded. Its easy to move past other customers while maintaining appropriate distancing. Hy-vee has several aisles devoted to name-brand health foods and international foods, such as gluten-free soy sauce and sauces and dressings with a large variety of sugar-alternative sweeteners. Hy-Vee store-brand products are high-quality. They have an extensive deli, salad bar, and hot-food counters, and a huge selection of prepared meals. Instead of a food court, you eat your meals in a lovely pub-style restaurant. I highly recommend this store!

Assistant manager Ariel Young ran over me in the bike lane outside of the store. Lucky for her, Hy-Vee employs half the Mission Police department for security, and I was later charged with inattentive driving. I dont do business in the whole city of Mission now and try to avoid other Hy-Vee stores. Except for Dearborn animal clinic. I cant give them up, theyre awesome, and happen to be in Mission.

Lynn in the Floral department at the Mission, Kansas HyVee is a fabulous florist. I just tell her I need flowers and she does the rest and they are always awesome!!!

I like shopping at Hy-Vee. When they have sales you dont have to use a card to get the sale price. It is simply on sale. Hy-Vee brand Goods or better quality than other off-brand Goods. The meat is a little higher than other stores but its fresh and good quality. They also have a nice sized health section that has nice variety.While I was there I made a salad and got a slice of ready to serve pizza from the in-house eatery. They also have a full restaurant and the food is delicious. And I bought the missing head of cabbage in the photo.

Stopped in to buy clearly Canadian sparkling water beverage and they didnt have any. Otherwise, the store was clean

Well, Sunday afternoon, so of course you know it was somewhat packed with people hustling and bustling, this way and that way, through the store. It was kind of a little bit of an anxiety trip for me, but hey, Sunday grocery shopping that you didnt do early, you should know what youre getting into wherever you go.... other than that.... Hy-Vees probably one of my favorite, if not the favorite, grocery stores to shop at. Always has a good selection of quality stuff and a helpful smile in every aisle, as they say... now its not technically every aisle, but pretty close.
